Im a Allstate agent in Ohio, I drove from Ohio to this awesome auto brokers and they held the car for me and the people are wondeful to deal with. I was on the look out for this car for over a year and we cut a deal. They disclosed everything I needed to know and the car was in immaculate shape. I couldnt have asked for a smoother transaction. You do your research on a car, you check the basics and dont drive a 150+ mph on the car the minute you drive it off the lot youll be fine. Just like everyone else they got a family to feed- go there and support small business! 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would do it again. Thank you MGM!

We purchased a vehicle from MGM Auto Brokers in 2018. We were told we were the 2nd owner and given a “clean” car fax report, when in fact we were the 3rd owner and the vehicle had significant damage in years prior. This was not disclosed and completely diminished our trade in value upon selling.

I reached out to ask about a vehicle at 8:30PM and within minutes had a response. Kyle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had—even though it was after hours. I was leaving their dealership in my new vehicle the very next day. He and the other staff members made the process so simple and I was out the door in my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder in about an hour. My son, Petty Officer Smith, bought a 2016 Mustang GT for over $30k with 16k miles on it here. He had the car for a day and a half when the check engine light came on. Had it checked out immediately and came to find out it needed a motor. Ford garage told him that, a $12k fix. MGM told him to take it there. This was a month ago and the car has been parked since. Luckily he has a motorcycle he could use to get back and forth to work, although the weather has not been kind to him in Pensacola where he is stationed. This put him at risk on a daily basis. He did not want to drive the car until MGM advised him what to do at that point. Car is still sitting at this point. He had to get another loan to purchase an engine and get the car repaired. I dont suggest anyone doing business with this company. They have zero integrity and terrible character! There are many more details to this story that back everything I am saying. I think it is a disgrace to treat any customer (I, myself run multiple businesses) this way, let alone a service man. WARNING👉MGM ARE CROOKS!!!👈

I have read every review for this company, plus researched this company, its very sad, that once they sell a vehicle, they dont stand behind it! All they want is your money folks! Lots of sad stories here, especially the one about the young military man! A person serving our country! Who had a blown motor after a day and a half! This company would not make good! The other reviews about inspectons and customer service are just terrible, I would not purchase anything from this dealer!!!

This dealership does not stand behind their product! They sell vehicles that are questionable at best and once problems are found with the 30-50k vehicle you just bought from such nice people are now not so nice and they do not offer the expected help in resolving the situation they put you in. I highly recommend finding another dealership!!!

My fiance and I went to look at a Ford F250 that was on the lot today. After inspecting the vehicle and countering a price because of obvious flaws on the body work and inside, the salesman (did not get his name, but a white, short, chubby guy) got an attitude, locked the doors, and walked inside. He was not welcoming, did not thank us, and was downright rude and condescending. An apology was only offered by him after my fiance went into the store and told him he didnt appreciate how we were treated. Even if he took 50% off the sticker price, I still would not spend money at a place that so blatantly disrespected us.

Ripped off my cousin who is in the Navy on a car that they said needed nothing! Terrible business he had the car for a week and had an underlying issue with the engine that is bad. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

My son-in-law that is in the military in Pensacola bought a car from this dealership and the engine blew the very next day and the dealership will not make it right.Dealership said the car engine was under warranty but the previous owner altered the vehicle so now the engine warranty is not honored and the dealership will not replace or refund.My son-in-law will have to get a attorney!!! Shame on the dealership for taking advantage of a 20 year old serving his country!!!He needs a vehicle to drive back and fourth to the base and the kids are not wealthy to go and buy another $30,000 vehicle or replace the engine for $10,000.
