The Service dept was the best when I drove in from having an issue on the interstate in my Mercedes GLE 350. Cheryl and Ben were fantastic and took care of me and fixed my issue by the next day! Was shopping for a new vehicle and was ready to put down a cash deposit and wait for the vehicle to arrive. It was explained they were not going to negotiate on the price because they were already giving me a deal by not selling the vehicle for 2K-4K over asking price. Odd negotiation tactics, to offer a price for MSRP and then we could charge you more, but we did not. This was the decision given by an Ingram. It did not sit well with me. This would have been my third vehicle purchased from Jack Ingram. Decided to drive to another MB dealership.

The customer service was lacking. Ben was my service advisor and he was much less than helpful. He could not meet the simple commitment of calling me back or providing an estimate at times he said that he would, so I knew better to get my car out of there and go to a dealership that could handle a ton of business at one time.

My husband recently retired from MBUSI and had a benefit discount of 12.25% in writing. The info was carried to the salesman who communicated with his manager, and the deposit was paid. We then built the vehicle with features we wanted over a 2 hr period. The vehicle arrived 3 months later, we were contacted. When we arrived it was on the showroom floor. We was told the discount would not be honored initially, On the 2nd visit with spoke with a general manager, told the same, and no discussion would change his mind. After months of waiting we had to start over with another dealership.

I would like to start by saying the people at Jack Ingram Mercedes are the nicest I have ever dealt with at a dealership. I purchased my second vehicle from them three years ago and have had the same problem with it since day one. I will admit it is an intermittent problem but two different service writers have been in the vehicle with me when it has occurred. They also have been in it when it would not. I was told multiple times that if the computer will not tell them what is wrong they would not replace anything to try and fix it. I have worked in electronics most of my adult life and if you dont start replacing the most likely components to try and fix an intermittent problem, you just have to accept the problem. I am not willing to accept the problem on a $63,000 automobile although I have been accepting it for three years. Automobiles manufacturers are filling vehicles up with tons of electronics and bragging about the technology they are using. If you are going to use it you better start supporting it by doing what I talked about above. They were supposed to find a like vehicle for a straight across trade nine months ago. I havent heard from them in eight months. My vehicle is paid for by my company every five years and I have two years and 35,000 miles warranty left on it. I am paying over $20,000 out of my own pocket to buy a replacement ahead of time. Needless to say it is not a Mercedes and not from a Jack Ingram Dealership. This should express my extreme dissatisfaction with this dealership and their lack of performance. I have spoken with other customers and apparently I am not alone in this opinion. Having nice people is nice but it doesnt mean much if they dont solve your problem. Especially if it is totally covered under warranty. Not much of a warranty at that point. I have just gotten my new vehicle and am very pleased with it. The two things I like the most about it are:1. It is not from Jack Ingram Mercedes.2. It is not from Jack Ingram Mercedes.

After waiting 3weeks for appointment took my 2020 glb in due to none of the warning lights not working lane change ect get there drop it off get a call saying its a simple fix with sensor ok fine i was advised it was ordered couple days later get the call its in so it should be ready left on answering machine so after 3 call back attempts Im told oh that didn’t fix the problem the tech needs to do a little more research the cars are so new to use we are still learning please be patient so a week no contact i called still no answers on what’s wrong 2 weeks later get a call oh the tech found a whole was in the bottom something chewed through the wires after sitting there 2 weeks you come with a picture of a big hole that was missed the first time what bs my car is under warranty and has extended warranty just showing me pictures of a hole the tech sent you oh this had to be redone this had to be done ok so the bill $346 for a 2020 that had to have all that done doesn’t sound realistic at the end of the day they didn’t wanna fix it for free they wanted labor fees for the tech and new they couldn’t call my outside warranty bc they would’ve came to check it out oh yeah the car doesn’t sit have several cars same location and one thats sits never been ate by this wild animal they seem to have tried to blame it on at this point they don’t like to honor warranty’s even tried to put a fee when i got a new tire they are under warranty to be replaced for free but took it off they are full of it no other car lot i have been with pulled any of this with any warranty covered cars they will always find a way to get paid‼️

I bought a Mercedes from Jack Ingram Mercedes this week, and I’ve never had a better experience. I had a bad experience at the last Mercedes dealer, and I put my trust in them on the car because I had not seen it in person. Tony and Shawn did a fantastic job, and I’m truly thankful for their efforts. I wasn’t trading anything, and they sent somebody to pick me up, and I live over an hour away from the dealership! When I arrived, my new car was cleaned, and I was able to walk right in and knock my paperwork out in less than ten minutes thanks to Shawn. This literally has been the best transaction I’ve ever experienced. I’m so thankful for the Shawn and Tony, and I’m in love with my new car. I would recommend this dealer to anybody in the market for a vehicle, as I received a first class experience!

We were driving our Winnebago View/on a Mercedes 3500 chasis about 35 miles south of Montgomery when our ABS/Cruise Control/ESP were disabled due to a malfunction. Called dealership & had to leave a message. So we kept driving to dealership. When we got there, they got us in within 30 minutes. Ben in service knew exactly what was wrong, wheel speed sensor. Diagnostic determined which wheel. Fortunately they also had the part in stock. Spent about 2 hours at dealership & it was under warranty! Very nice people too! Would not want to drive far with this problem as things just were not working right!

When I bought my SUV in Nov, I left with the feeling the folks there cared. After a few weeks they had not paid my lease out with MBF. It took my multiple calls to get it taken care of of. I was also due a warranty rebate that I have called multiple times about. The salesman will not answer my calls and has not since I bought the car. Sean was to get my warranty rebate processed after I called him in January. I still don’t have my rebate and no one answers the phone. This is my 3rd or 4th Mercedes from Jack Ingram but it will be my last. I can’t imagine their service being this bad.

Brooke Byrd!!! This woman right here works on a top performing level that I have ever encountered at a dealer. Usually when purchasing vehicles, I ALWAYS have to purchase not just away from the city of Montgomery, but the whole state, being I always find super deals in other states and just have the vehicle shipped to me; job or home. Well, trying not to make this long but I was dealing with a total, get me now, of 6 dealerships who all had the same vehicle. With that being said, after dealing with Brooke Byrd, as I long as I am in the search for Mercedes vehicles, she will be my choice for sales woman. Very very professional and very very competitive and she gives it her all to get your business. She has mine and anyone I ever hear about wanting to purchase a Mercedes, I will quickly refer them to Brooke Byrd at Jack Ingram Mercedes-Benz!!!!

Very impressed, I can truly say I have never had better service. After being stranded with two flat tires and a broken rim and towing to the dealership at midnight, they looked at my car immediately at 7:00am the next day. Special tires were needed and a unique rim. They ordered everything, looked up my car (Ive never been to Jack Ingram before), told me a couple of hours later they already filed an insurance claim because I purchased tire and rim insurance. They also helped us get a rental car to go home out of state and had everything done a few days later. They were so amazingly helpful, I highly recommend Jack Ingram Mercedes.

Opposed to so many positive reviews, unfortunately I was not so pleased with the service. First, I made an appointment for Wednesday, and I even dropped off the car the night before. However, it was Friday afternoon before they even lookend at the car (I called them frequently because I wanted to know whats wrong). I know that a schedule can change sometimes, but two and a half days?? And then they werent even able to diagnose the problem, so that I actually had to wait until Monday afternoon.Like with doctors, I got a second opinion on Tuesday, and the other Mercedes service center offered a much quicker diagnose and a repair that was 7,000.00$ !! cheaper than the quote from this location. Honestly, this was the most unethical service I have experienced in my 30 years of driving a car.BTW, did you know that the replacement of the LUG nuts costs 220$ at the dealership whereas you could order the nuts for 60$ in a set (I admit not original Mercedes parts)? I should have asked for the price before Iput the replacement on the work order...

Dropped off my S-class for a vibration. I suspected engine mounts or transmission mounts. They had to Oder the parts on Thursday (hard to understand as these mounts wear out easy) . Called on Friday afternoon. Service writer explained the parts were in but they cant work on the car until Monday. Ive had these mounts replaced on several Mercedes and have never had to wait this long. So far my experience has been disappointing at best. I will let everyone know how this turns out.

I live in Huntsville Alabama Im from Montgomery Alabama I grew up here in about the good service at Jack Ingram motors have and good cars that have so I went and bought a Porsche truck from them bacon that since they have a Porsche dealership that they would take care of me a man into having a truck it started acting a little strange and I call back and talk to the salesman they were supposed to be getting back with the used car manager and then get back with me havent heard anything back from anybody I just feel like when we spend $25,000 on a used vehicle from a reputable dealership that I want had to turn around and put money into the vehicle after purchase I could have just went somewhere that was a local

I am stranded with a flat tire. My car was towed to Jack Ingram, which has promised to work me in within three business days. Im supposed to hear from a service manager by the end of the day, presumably today. I was told that I could rent a car from Enterprise Rentals next door. I suppose the word stranded means something else here.Added info: The service personnel took care of the issue and offered to pick me up when the car was finished. The initial issues were easily overcome by the service department, which is greatly appreciated. I would have clicked four stars if it werent for the initial shock possibly of needing to rent a car while a dealership took three business days (six days because of a holiday and weekend) to change a tire.

I leased a 2017 C 300 from this dealer. All of the employees are super friendly and are there to help you. Not to just sell you a car. All the salesman’s are very knowledgeable about all of the cars. We had a problem with the rear view mirror. It had completely disconnected and was hanging. We took our car to the service department and I was expecting to have to wait. I have owned Mercedes for years and the dealerships in the Tampa Bay area have always done a good job. However, Brandon Freeman at Jack Ingram Motors provided exceptional service!! I had lost my brakes on my 2013 Mercedes while passing through Montgomery at 3pm. At 5pm they were closing, he got me in service, a part sent overnight and back on the road by 11am the following morning !! He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable of the problem. He recommended a very nice hotel close by and gave us a loaner vehicle. Then to finish things off they cleaned the car and delivered it to me in the morning!! I could not find the words to express my gratitude!! Im actually considering buying my next Mercedes from there even though I live in Tampa Florida, a good 8 hours away!! That was old school service, fixed the problem and did not up sell me!All I can say is thank you!!

Easiest and smoothest car buying experience Ive ever had! Although overall purchase was facilitated through text and email, our salesperson did not treat it as a done deal when we showed up. He took us for a test drive answering every question even ones we didnt think to ask. He also gave us an orientation on how to use all features before we left. I enjoy a clean business, especially one that provides excellent service. I take my BenZO no where but Jack Ingram. I went on line and got a super deal on a new set of tires. Save a bundle. We drove over five hours each way (even though we live five minutes from a Mercredes dealer) to buy our new C Class at Jack Ingram simply based on the straight and honest way we were treated, and the extraordinary customer service by everyone but especially by Melissa Wilcox. No hour was too late to send her a text and get an immediate reply...nights, weekends, even on her day off. Also Brett played no games whatsoever and honored every promise he made without exception. Dont let the small size of this Mercedes store fool you. Jack Ingram represents everything a Mercedes Benz buying experience should be.

Really unhappy with the service center customer service!!Our ML350 needed a new key fob and starter assembly. We left the car with the dealership for 6 days to get the parts and work done. They needed a copy of the registration to order a replacement key fob, and when we picked up the car, the registration was no longer in the car.When we called to notify the service department they still had our registration they said they would locate it and call us back. They never did. They then closed early despite their operating hours saying opened on Saturday. Again zero communication with us about where our registration is, or when we could pick it up.So after 48 hours of trying to find out what they did with our registration we still dont know, and no one from the company has any idea.Poorly run communication and expectation management. I have spent 3000+ dollars at their service department in the last 2 months and they dont give me the time of day.See ya later Jack.

Had my sprinter Ambulance for two weeks. Terry called me on the third day to OK the $391 diagnostic fee, which I OKd. They never touched the unit because no one from my organization could tell them what was wrong with the air conditioning. Why was I paying $391? They never ran it to check for themselves. Had my unit towed to someone else. Great I had to pay two towing fees.

Brought my car here because I was told it would be best if their expert technicians worked on it instead of an independent repair shop.. first off, communication from the service writer was terrible.. we had to keep calling to get a status update o the car.. couldn’t get them to come to the phone because “they were out back washing a car”.. was the most common response.. when we could talk t them I just kept getting promised the car would be ready in a couple days..4 weeks later I was upset..called the service writer...again out back doing something to a car..finally came to the phone and was told they haven’t been able to work on it due to people coming in from out of town..after finally getting the service manager involved.. the car was repaired.. went to pick it up and there were deep scratches and a chip of paint missing on the roof.. was told be the service writer..” they can’t be held responsible for the damage”.. they are supposed to be experts that is why I brought it to them and paid them there labor rate at no complaints from me..worst dealership experience I have ever had... not sure if I will ever buy another Mercedes.....customer service is terrible and I don’t appreciate how they treated my wife either ..just disgusted in the whole experience..

I had a low tire warning lite come on so told wife to drop off at jack Ingram, they looked at the tire and added air. The psi was 23, other tires were within range. Today the warning came on again so I took it by and service couldnt get to it today...... .Really? Tires are new, still under warranty and they couldnt get to it? I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership regarding my vehicle, but my business is not a priority to management. I visited the dealership during normal business hours, but I was told that the GM, Service Manager, and even the Sr Service Writer were all out at the same time and day. I do not think I have ever done business with another group so lacking in communication. I am still waiting on answers regarding my vehicle, but once again I cant get anyone on the phone. As my daughter and I were driving home to Atlanta on Wednesday, Sep 3, 2014, from Orange Beach, my 07 GL 450 started making a loud vibrating noise. It seemed to come from under the driver side area. After pulling over twice and unable to see anything obviously wrong, I decided to go straight to Jack Ingram MB in Montgomery, AL, the closest MB dealership. Ricky, in the service department, greeted me as soon as I pulled in, and listened to my description of the sounds. He looked under the car and hood himself but said hed have to get a service technician. In a few minutes, Ryan came out and drove the car several miles until the noise was duplicated. At first he thought it sounded like the strut was going out, so he said hed hurry and check my car out and let me know for sure. After about 15 - 20 minutes, he came back up with a screw and washer that hed found wedged under the exhaust pipe, which was making the loud vibrating sounds (Id had my oil changed the prior week at Atlanta Classic Cars and it appears theyd lost a screw during the oil change and instead of looking for it, just replaced it!). When I asked for my bill, it was no charge!!!! I cannot express enough my gratitude to Jack Ingram Mercedes Benz and to Ryan in particular. They couldve made me wait forever, since I didnt have an appt., but instead they did everything possible to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

I was having car problems with my 2015 c300 which I purchased from this dealership in 2016. I called on August 20, 2018 when they opened to see if they could look at my car that morning. The lady on the phone told me I had to make an appointment and the earliest appointment I could be seen would be on August 29th. I then explained to her this is my only vehicle and asked for a recommendation or if was it anything they could do so I can at least get back and forth to work. She was rude and dry and keep saying you can schedule an appointment for the 29th then we can check to see what’s wrong then. I then asked if someone else could help me. She transferred me to one of the service managers I think. I proceed to leave a message asking them to please call me back. Well needless to say at 2p.m. I still hadn’t received a return phone call from the manager. So I called back and he answers the phone and I explain to him what was going on and asked if it’s anything he could do to help me get back and forth to work or any mechanics they could recommend me to. He then said oh yeah that was me you called and no it’s nothing we can do and I don’t have any recommendations for you either and sarcastically say we don’t have any openings for the 29th anymore only for the 30th now. I thought being that I bought my car from them and they are the only Mercedes dealership here the services would’ve way been better!!! I would never give this dealership another dime of my money!!!!! They don’t live up to the name at all!! I couldn’t wait all that time so I took my car to Christian Brothers. They had way better customer service and they got my car fixed in a timely matter!!!

Since the purchase of my GLS I have made several trips to the dealer for issues to be resolved. More recently I took my car to the dealer for the scheduled routine B service, on my way home approx 20 miniutes after I picked it up, my car begins to smoke. White smoke came from under the hood, pipes ect. I immediately stop and turn the car off only to find that the service department forgot to place my oil cap back on. We immediately contact Jack Ingram to report the incedent.I understand mistakes happen but this is not my first issue with this service department.The service Rep has been responsive and sent a tow truck within two hours to pick up my vechicle. She also arranged for us to get a loaner.Now its Monday 2pm and no one has contacted me nor my husband to express anything. My husband has left two messages for Gary Johnson Service Manager with no call back. This is serious!!!! Why havent we heard back?Is my engine damaged? Are you replacing it? Are you extending my warranty?My family and I have so many questions. Im leaving work to take care of this, again another inconvienece to me and my family.

They told my girlfriend a key comes with the switch installation but it doesnt. Ask her to come pick the car up but it wasnt ready. Also they told her it would be one price to do a diagnostic test but it end up being triple.

Avoid this dealership and their service. I brought my CL300 in for an oil change. They added a $25 fluid service charge on the bill. When I asked what this was they stated; Jack Ingram adds this to take moisture out of your gas tank. This is not in the MB CL 300 maintenance book. The item is 75 cents at a local parts store. I called back and told them to remove the charge or I would report them. They reluctantly did...so, I filed a Mercedez Complaint online. This dealership is dishonest and I would avoid them. I now drive 90 miles to MB of Birmingham that is Owned and Operated by Nick Sabon. NOW MB of Bham knows customer service! Buy a car there and free oil changes for a year

I tried to buy parts online. Never again! The customer service was a joke. I made an order online and paid it. Next day I tried to modified it, but tried to talk with somebody severe times, only I had a chance to leave a message. Nobody called back. Few days later finally find a guy at end of the line. He told me, I ordered wrong parts, but the real problem is, my payment didn`t go thru on PAYPAL. I paid with my debit card, and it was charged...Anyway I wanted the parts, I agreed the higher amount with different part and made another payment. I got a confirmation in email, my order shipped. One week later called the the parts department again. Few times try with answering machine, finally talked with somebody. Hi told me, my order was cancelled on same day when I ordered, and they returned my money, but I never called back them, never cancelled any order...I called my bank as a fraud. Don`t buy from this dealer unless, you`ll be screwed...
