If you are looking for Customer Service or a fair dealership, this is not it. Keep moving. I paid my truck off in a timely matter as stated in the contract and took it back for them to take the GPS off and a month later still havent received it. Have called and the good old story is that it is in the mail. Their story it would take ten minutes to take the GPS off turned into a hour plus.

My grandparents bought ALL their cars from Ralph Smith, then my dad did and of course me and now 2 of my daughters own RS cars! Theyre a very family oriented company. This place hosts an open mic every now and then and it is excellent. There are so many talented musicians playing there and it makes me so thankful to be able to meet and play for everyone up there. They also got some badass bikes and a slick car setup next to the stage we play on.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I WENT GOT A SUV IT WAS OK THE FIRST 30 DAYS. ONE DAY AFTER THE LIFTERS WENT OUT HEADS CRACKED. THEY CLAIM THAT MY WARRANTY WAS UP, BUT THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT, BUT MADE IT WORSE. CHARGE ME FOR NOTHING. I TRIED CALLING BUT THEY DIDNT REPLIED BACK TO ME IT ONLY LASTED ONE WEEK AFTER THEY CLAIM IT WAS FIX. DO NOT GO!!! I WISH I DIDNT ITS STILL NOT WORKING AND THIS BEEN 3 MONTHS AGO.

I bought a car from them about 5 years ago. So of course as I was looking to get something else and I was totally disappointed. This cant be the same people from 5 years ago. The cars are not presentable. The interior is filthy. Some of them have key marks and wear and tear to the body. Just because you sell used cars does not mean they cant be presentable. They made the guy come out and detail the car while I was looking at it. Thats so unprofessional. I walked away because if you dont care about the outside and inside up keep then Im almost afraid to see whats going on under the hood. Joe Scott Motors and Riverview Auto Sales takes real good care of their cars I recommend them before these guys.

I just purchased my 4th car from here. I can say that they have fixed any issues I have had for the most part. Only one car had a lot of issues but I cant really fault them because I should have got my title like I went in to do instead of car shopping again. I love Charles...I only want to deal with him.

We have bought 2 vehicles from Ralph Smith. Their customer service is the best we have seen in Montgomery! EXCELLENT STAFF and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them! We had no issues with neither of the cars that was purchased! The minor issue we had with our second car which was the motor in the seat, it went out and they replaced it the same day! Go to Ralph Smith. No one else can compare to them in my opion. Go see Charles and tell him Bre and Mike sent you!

The salesman at this location is not very nice at all. He doesnt listen to you and could care less about meeting your needs or your budget. He only wants a sale and thats it. He is very pushy and somewhat demanding. I was looking at a car I liked and he detoured me from the car that I really wanted over into something that he wanted me to buy. When I buy cars I am the customer. I am the one with the money. I am the one to decide on what i want to buy. Not the other way around. I dont like that guys way of salesmanship. So therefore I wont be shopping at the wetumpka location and prefer no one else does either.

I have bought 5 vehicles here and have never had a problem that wasnt corrected quickly and efficiently. They have even corrected issues which they contractually did not have to. I have not had any issues in the 10 years I have done business here and would recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service and prices for used cars

I paid a visit to this location, got out of my car and started to look around. A white guy immediately came rushing right out to greet me. And asked if he could help me with anything. I had my eye set on a certain car,A car that was not featured on their website.(I noticed how there were plenty of cars not featured on their website but they had price tags in the windows.) When I went over to take a look at the car the guy told me that he could not sell me that car because it was on recall. So Im standing there like: oooooook?Why do you have the car on the salesfloor,(so to speak) with a pricetag in the window, but yet you are telling me you cant sell me what i want due to recall? Nor can you tell me how long it is going to be on recall either. Im like: ooookIf it is on recall( in which i doubt) then would it not make sense to move the cars you cant sell all the way to the back of the building where customers cant notice them instead of having them in the front on the sales lot with all the rest?I dont believe that recall story at all period!Last but not least.I mentioned earlier about their website.When you get close towards the last pagesOf cars in their inventory. I notice that the carsThat are mentioned do not have photos. How you gone advertise a car for sale online with no pictures of the dam thing? And if it is on recall for real(no lies) then why even list or advertise it?

These people are horrible to deal with. I wouldnt give them one star. I will never do business with them again.
