Do not waste your time & energy here. Most of these reviews are fake or either forced or is someone mutually. Me & my wife came up here one morning trying to buy a car & we did not received a phone call back as assured by Rod, who was making up all type of excuses. We followed up with Pamela who did not want to assist us as well. We couldn’t get no information on the car, as if they were holding the car for someone else or just didn’t want us to purchase the car which was only 8900. Based on our experience, they only help their people.

DOESNT HONOR ONE YEAR WARRANTY on the vehicles. Something was wrong with my 2018 Jeep Latitude & I was responsible for the repairs. Even promised a rental while my Jeep was in the shop & that was a lie too!!

Very good service and informative. Nice people. I understand making money but I feel jack ingram screwed me on my trade in. I know it cost money to fix but 500 bucks for a 2012 Jetta is robbery. The only good thing is I didn’t have to fix it myself. The 2017 is a good car too.

Jeff is FANTASTIC!!! We were in an emergency situation and he went above and beyond to help us out. However, on the way home the vehicle started having temperature issues. They really came get you a car with bad to no credit... all they other dealers I have went to or called made the same claim but could NOT stand behind their claim. But Jack Ingram got me a car with my less than I deal credit and got me a car that I really like. That is rare for a person to get a car that they like with less than ideal credit.
