They are slow! Bought a pair of wireless headphones for $50. The worker gave me a different brand of headphones than the ones that I wanted, they were $60. I tried to get the headphones switched out because the worker that switch the headphones didn’t give me the correct charger and they were malfunctioning. they only stayed charged for about 10 minutes after leaving them on the charger all day. I went back to get them replaced the store supervisor said she couldn’t do anything. I can pay the difference to get my charger but there was nothing else she could do about it.

I have been a loyal customer for 2 yrs now or at least pretty close to 2 yrs and when i ask about an upgrade in phones im told the only ones they have are really a step down but there are these . and these refers to the expensive phones. So im stuck. Also when i first opened my account my hotspot was awesome now its too slow for anything interesting. When i mention it it gets better for a few hrs then goes back to super mega ultra slow mode again and it takes forever to do anything at all . whats up with that cozbee? Im paying for premium service but im only getting the free sample... WHICH SUX. I mean no disrespect you ladies in the store are great i just need something that isnt incompatible with everything new or it doesnt support it.

Super slow. Poor management. Only 1 person working on NYE (the week after Christmas). I’ve been waiting for an hour and still waiting. Only 3 customers in front of me, one of who walked out without being serviced, another waited for 3 hours (they were being helped when I walked in) and the other said she had been waiting 2 hours, she fell asleep 😂 2 people came in after me and walked out. Too sad. Seems very unorganized. The attendant was nice but the wait is just horrible. This place will be my absolute last option from now own. If my daughter wasn’t spoiled I would’ve left 20 minutes after walking in.

Bought a phone and a plan. Unlimited data for$55 a month. Cant beat it. Helpful friendly staff. All smiles!

I had a phone that would not allow me to receive picture or video text. Took the phone to Cozbee Wireless and the representative fixed my phone for me. I was about to change phone service.Excellent job on the phone and very nice to me.

Dont buy a phone from here. They will fast talk you and make everything sound good with payment plans but half the phones are really overpriced. You can find much ceaper online.

Has usually 2 different desk clerks. One is great,the other is very rude. Very expensive and phones way overpriced.

They are grossly overpriced for their devices, and services. Flashing phones to pageplus or H20 shouldnt cost more than $40 & it isnt an all day process. It takes 10 min. They tried to have me leave a phone over night. They also forgot to port my iPhone to receive picture texts. I suggest seeing Wynn at Unplugged Wireless in Millbrook, Prattville, and Montgomery on Wares Ferry Rd. Hes knowledge, and is fairly priced!

I went in to look for a phone do not buy phones from here the cheat you out of prices for example the iphone 4 used in there is 450.00 thats how much a brand new iphone 4 would cost if you bought it out of pocket. the samsung galaxy II they have was 625 now they are saying 550 thats a scam because the samsung galaxy III is 549.00 watch before you buy
