Each time Ive gone theyve had everything I intended to purchase...well stocked and the staff was quite helpful and attentive.BUT the people outside are creepy and make it difficult to enter without feeling they are about to touch all over you. Yesterday as I got out of the car a man rushed down the side walk and crossed in front of me to open the door for me, but I wasnt sure what he was rushing towards me to do so I wasnt sure whether to turn around or what....thats creepy for a single female. It really would feel safer if the armed guard thats mentioned in several of the posts was outside at the door.

I was double charged and when I tried to get it fixed I was told once you walk out the door there is NO fixing anything!!! I even asked for the larger size since I wasnt going to be given my over charged money back. I was asked to leave!!!! I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at THIS store. My husband, myself, my daughter and 2 of my sons smoke. My other 2 sons vape. We have faithfully baught all of our supplies and products at this store. We also buy our alcohol here. It was a one stop shop. But after this I WILL NOT SPEND A PENNY HERE.

Sold us a faulty torch then got an attitude when we brought it back only 2 days later and asked why we didnt bring it back immediately. We were on a road trip and were 3 hours away and we made sure to bring it back as soon as we passed through the owner cussed at my fiance and the customer service was not up to par. They switched it out because the guy that sold it too us was there and he was nice! But the manager is not worth returning

Didnt get good service at all. The guy that was working didnt assist me with anything. Then when I said I wanted 2 of them he grabbed 2 different products. Then got an attitude because I asked for them to be the same product. Because 2 of them appearantly means 2 separate products of the same name.

The store itself is very nice. The clientele trashes the parking lot. Also, too many bums. I rarely go there because of that. As some others have said, I have no complaints about the store itself.

When it was ‘my turn’ I asked about certain products, she said she refused to serve me and would not give a reason?! Every time I tried to ask why?, she kept saying ‘no no no’. I have been a customer there for over 10 years, when ever I had a question, ever other person new the products, answered my questions-and made me feel welcome as a customer in your business...she DID NOT!!! I have never been refused service anywhere. I will never shop here again!

I asked for a specific coil and he gave me a completely different kind boxed up. After arriving home and noticing this, I call back and am told that I cannot get a refund. This is not my problem, this is y’all’s problem. That is beyond disrespectful to sell me a product that I did not ask for, and then deny a refund; it’s theft! Instead of offering a refund, CHANGE YOUR POLICY! Be a real business owner and tell your employees to have proper morals and refund when your store is at fault! You’ll have much more long term success. The way your store is run in terms of policy is absolutely pathetic. Stop being ghetto and operate properly!

Had a group recently of people who wanted to spend a ton of money at that shop for a good time. Just asked 3 simple questions about store hours & item availability. The woman on the phone gave an unnecessary rude response for no clear reason. While I havent gone to the shop yet, I was willing to spend more than a few hundred dollars until someone listening to the phone call said that theyd rather not give money to a business that allows that kind of poor customer service about simple questions that arent at all tedious to answer.To be clear, as a person who is not easily offended & often is critical of thin-skinned people, that was just an unnecessarily bad interaction

Its usually pretty clean and well stocked! My least favorite is people always asking for money & standing all in the parking lot! The security guard makes me feel somewhat safer BUT he was hired ONLY for the inside!!??! They should DEFINITELY hire another for outside!!!

Large variety of different liquors, wines, beer, beverages, cigarettes, pipes & others items. Prices are okay. Open very late/early am & 24 hrs on weekends. Have a security guard on weekends. But its really become where especially if female, you dont want to get out of your vehicle to walk inside. You can see drug buys, pimps & their drugged girls, & some rough looking folks. Always a few folks drugged out, knocking on car window, pacing in front of door, asking you for a quarter, money, making risque comments & make you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, & want to go elsewhere for whatever you came to buy. Staff us nice & friendly. Store is kept clean.

Theres usually a lot of shady people hanging around either solicitating or doing drugs and it just doesnt feel like a safe place to shop at all. Better to be safe than sorry.

Good selection of RYO tobacco, beer, and liquor; reasonable prices; generally friendly staff. Pretty much anything you could ask for from a place that caters to your vices.

This place used to be convenient and the staff was professional until recently. I purchased a vape from here and not once, but twice it was faulty. After spending nearly $100, making 4 trips and the disappointment of not having a working product, I was told I could not get a refund or a replacement. That is with a receipt, product in perfect condition(besides the fact it was leaking all over everything). Then the person working named Miguel posted as the manager and refused to do anything for me until after 5 pm when the manager comes in. So the manager posing as the manager has the right to refuse refunds and replacement with a receipt and product. That would make a total of 6 trips to this dump for nothing. I wouldnt shop here if my life depended on it. Lousy service, rude employees, broken merchandise, basically nothing at all worth mentionong. Dont waste your time, go to ABC or a vape shop where they know their a from a hole in the ground.
