I enjoyed my visit to Zelda cigars. The customer service was fantastic. They didnt have any of the 3 cigars I was looking for, but I just see that as they are popular and do a lot of business. Gentlemen might have even recommended where I could get what I was looking for. And I did. But I wasnt at all happy with the recommended location and will not return. Ill just wait for Zelda to order in what Im looking for. Ill definitely be back here.

I used to really like this place. I would go to enjoy a cigar and have some beers while I read. Unfortunately, last time i visited, I was asked to leave because I brought my own cigar. I was asked if I purchased it there but I couldn’t recall if that particular one was purchased from them or not in the past. I didn’t even bother trying to justify myself as I was quite appalled at the question. I got it that they have a business to sell cigars but it’s also a lounge to relax and enjoy a drink as well. The drinks I purchased would have more than covered the cost of my spot on the couch since the place was empty in the middle of the afternoon. If this is a store policy, it has never been vocalized to me in the past. Given the amount of other lounges around, I am going to be hitting some of the others before I return.

I got started smoking cigars almost 10 years ago and bought my first from Prattville Cigar Co. Long story short I moved for a while and then when I came back I saw that they had bought the cigar shop on Zelda.I went in to try it out and havent looked to anywhere else for my cigar needs. I love the place. Great selection, comfy couches, Big screen TVs, beers on tap, humble liquor choices, and Im always up for a domino game on Sundays.

Zelda is a great place to smoke cigars and have a drink and chill.

Wonderful establishment. To my knowledge, finest cigar bar and lounge in the tri county area. The selection is missing a few of the more niche choices but overall, unless youve got just the most outrageously picky pallet, youll find what youre looking for here.The atmosphere is exquisite. Customers service is sufficient, except for when Miss Sheri is on duty. Then, its exemplary. Not once did i need to go out of my way for help, or a refill, or just good conversation. Id offer advice for improvement, but one cannot improve upon perfection. Her greeters outside (Mimi yhe kitty, and friends) add a certain home like feeling that made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped out of my truck, right up until i stepped out to leave.In short:Miss Sheris customer service is great. The other clerks arent awful either.The Humidor has a great selection, and is well maintained and clean, with perfect temperature and humidity levels.The furniture leaves nothing to chance, and takes care of you from sit to stand. (I reccomend the nook chairs by the front window)The draft beer selection, while limited, has enough variance to cover almost anyones tastes, and if somehow it doesnt have your back, they also have a fairly wide liquor selection thats not unreasonably pricey.The people i met that were regulars seemed to be wonderful people, and never made me feel out of place or as if i were a stranger invading their mancave.Best of all, the restrooms were immaculate and open to the public.God bless!
