TOO EXPENSIVE!They should be ashamed of their prices! Absolutely ridiculous. The one bottle of Vodka was priced twice the amount it should be. Luckily I was able to get two bottles off the Air Force Base for the price of their one bottle.

What business refuses to quote you a price when you call? Ridiculous!

I usually have great service at this location, but whoever the woman working tonight is just made you lose two customers from being impossibly rude. Demanding I go stand somewhere in the store because I wasnt aware where the line was and then be completely rude and throw products around because I inconvinced you with a question is childish. I have supported this business many years, wont be back.

Couldnt find what we were looking for.

Accidently bought the wrong product. Went back an hour later and tried to exchange for something different and they refused. I could see if I had used the item but it was still brand-new and they still refused. Now I’m out almost $55. Will never shop there again.

This place is very convenient because its not only a store for tobacco products; including a cigar shop inside of it, but its also is a liquor store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. Their hours are great as well. I do recommend them & I will definitely be going back.

Mario, the assistant manager at this location and also the one on Ann Street has always been OUTSTANDING with customer service. He takes his time to show you the product you seek and makes sure that you are pleased. He is awesome!! Highly Recommend!!!!!Thank You Mario!!!!! You’re the best!!!!!!

Very rude employee MYO I think is his name never have I ever been more dissatisfied with the service usually a very nice man by the name of SCOTT is in there but this MYO couldnt even speak English and what he did say wasnt nice he also refused to serve me once before tonight at their other location (Ann street) (12:04 am 11/20/16 todays date) because his coworkers didnt want to serve me because apparently I said something wrong to her, and even after I apologized for (not) saying what I said, but I was of age with the proper amount of money and they refused to serve me for no reason. I am never going to waste my money on there poor service again. DO NOT ENTER!!!!
