So my mother in law brought the kids school clothes here some of them was too small I tried to exchange them it was only three pair of pants. They would not .. My mom and I traveled to Montgomery from Selma for a specific type of crochet hair that I purchased in Tuscaloosa that was not available in Selma (my mom lives in Selma, I live in Tuscaloosa).We went to the location on Norman Bridge Rd. Unfortunately, they were out of the specific brand we were looking for. However, Abdul called around to each store to see if they had the brand available and to our pleasure, one of the Atlanta Hwy locations had it. I am so pleased with their attentiveness and their superb customer service skills. We will definitely be back!

Beyond rude. I called to determine if an item was in stock. The item is normally carried at another location within the city. Kiki (who was obviously exasperated by my questions), raised her voice, kept interrupting me as I was trying to describe the products, and ultimately hung up in my face.Naturally, every customer is deserving of respect. However, I thought my request for such a large order of premium products would have been met with a little more enthusiasm.Kiki, please know that I will continue to share my experience with others. Thank you for reassuring me that my time and money would be better appreciated elsewhere.

Im a Happy, Very Pleased customer who travels from Verbena to witness the most amazing thing that I thought DID NOT exist in Montgomery and that is CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOW!!!!! I really mean Great Customer Service from the time I walked in the door. I honestly felt like the first time I went in I was going to be looked at as another face but that was not the case. I made my mind up about what I wanted to buy, the man at the register was polite and had a genuine smile and even offered me a free sample of hair color, of course I was dumbstruck for a minute, lol. I thanked him and said I would have to come back again, he smiled and said oh yeah we would like for you to come again. Of course, I went back at a later date, he was there at the register and still smiling like he remembered who I was, I know, dont fool myself this cant happen twice, Oh but it did. it just got better, the Manager (from North Africa) was conducting some business at the time I went in, he spoke and asked if I needed some help with anything, I explained my purpose of returning and he quickly assisted me. His method of helping me was worth more than anything I could have bought in that store. Sometimes we go to a place to make purchases for whatever the needs you may have and as they say you get what you pay for, NOT this day, I received way more than what I could have ever imagined. He restored HOPE in me. I couldnt pay for that! It Was FREE and oh how Beautiful that was. All the negative experiences I have had was restored by one man in a matter of minutes. His staff were all pleasant. I went back a third time and OMG!!!!! The Security Officer, she was even AMAZING, she asked if I needed some help and of course I assumed she was going to get someone to assist me, NOOOO she did it, she helped me with a smile I couldnt believe I was having this experience. I could say so much more of the experience because the purchase wasnt the most important thing that I received it was the individuals I had actually came encounter with. I walked away feeling like I went in the store to make a purchase but instead walked out feeling like I was given a HUGE GIFT of KINDNESS and if you know what I know, you cant put a PRICE on that. Three times, I was Blessed, if this never happens again, Ill never forget this!
