We worked with Brian from H&H carpeting. He was great my husband talked to him over the phone to let him know what we needed, I went to the store picked out the carpet we would like. Brian was at our house to measure an hour later and they were there the next morning to install! It was great! Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job installing luxury vinyl plank in our kitchen and laundry room. Everyone in the store was helpful and took time to show me options in different price ranges. When it came time for installation, the workers were on time, polite and got right to work. I was surprised at how little disruption there was to our existing space, as they carefully moved out appliances and furniture and even moved two pieces to different rooms for me. They cleaned up all the mess and were very attentive to details. I would definitely use them again.

I have used H&H carpet for several different purchases since 2008. I love them because they know me by name and are always so professional.Their knowledgeable and extremely service oriented.They have installed rugs in my home and most recently vinyl wood floors. I am a realtor, I had a client to buy a home where the carpet was filthy, the buyer wasn’t aware of the carpet until all furniture was removed, my client was very upset so I felt the need to replace the carpet, I contacted this company and explain the situation concerning the carpet, they came out the same day to measure the room, and gave me a great deal on the carpet and install. When I say great it’s an understatement because it was a Friday and they didn’t have no opens until Monday for install, well later that evening they call an said they found someone to install carpet first thing In the morning and they were on time, The carpet was installed within 24hrs, which was about 2 hrs before the new owners moved in, my client was very satisfied and so was I, This company was very thoughtful from the start, I will definitely use this company again.

I would like to say how impressed my husband and I were at the customer service, knowledge and expertise of Brian Hooks and his crew! We had a bad experience with someone else and was a little defeated BEFORE we came to H & H Carpet. We walked in with a sample of our 5 year old wood floors that we needed matched. Brian knew his product. Walked right to where he thought would be the perfect match..WOW! It was (we had wood from a manufacturer that was no longer in business so we didnt expect too much). He not only knew what we needed, he had it in stock!!! No more waiting a month and hoping it would work! We were able to get it installed the next week (unbelievable!) and are so incredibly happy!!! I had looked for carpet for my house at several different locations, could never find anything that I felt would work for me. I decided to stop by H & H. I was greeted by two very friendly salesmen. One of the salesmen showed me several samples to choose from. He was very helpful in helping me make a selection that was just perfect for our needs. They were the less expensive option of the better know flooring places in the area. We got laminate flooring and ceramic flooring installed. Their teams were professional and arrived on time. The work done is amazing.

I am totally pleased with the service of Wayne and all those involved with helping us from purchasing flooring to the installation of the flooring. Everything was done in a timely manner and we appreciate the professionalism.

I had water damage to three rooms. While we were dealing with assessing the damage, H and H came out to my home, removed the wet carpet and brought samples of new floors. I upgraded the carpet to laminate and added two more rooms. The crew spent twelve hours removing carpet, moving furniture, installing floors, and putting furniture back. They even helped us try out different furniture arrangements. They did excellent work with a short turnaround time, and I am so impressed with their work. I will definitely call them the next time I need new flooring.

Had a great experience dealing with H&H carpets, recently. We purchased both vinyl plank flooring for our family room and new carpet for the master bedroom and closet. The salesman, B. Hooks, not only helped us through the selection and buying process, but kept us on budget as well. He was very knowledgeable. Laid so well it looked like actual wood!My bedroom carpet was laid so nicely I no longer have problems with the corners popping up or bubble in the middle due to lack of stretching from previous installers ive had from different companies. These guys ARE GOOD!!!!You can price match all day. But even if these guys are more expensive. (Which actually wasnt the case for me with my selections at the time) You need to remember good things come at a fair price.Get things done the right way from the beginning and go see these guys! I went to store to look at boat carpet. The salesman led me to the back of store. We looked at carpet and it was not what I was looking for. While we were talking we noticed I had something on my shoe and it had got on carpet. I apologized and left store. The store manager came out and started hollering at me and was very ignorant. I again told him that i was sorry and did not intend on that happening but he was still very out spoken, I will admit I got a little out spoken also back to him and left. So to sum up I would not recommend this business to anyone. I have to have 1 star on to post.

Im so happy I found H&H Carpets. I purchased new carpet for all the carpeted areas in my home. The carpet has been in my home for over a year now and still looks brand new. No seams. No bunching. No discoloration. I wouldnt buy carpet or any type of flooring from anywhere else in Montgomery. They were and are always helpful, kind, and patient.I was at home during my installation so I was able to supervise the workmanship. It was a long day because of all the carpet installed, but the guys did a great job.

Stay away. They did the carpet in our great room, and its a complete disaster. The pics Ive added are of the seam of the carpet connected to a linoleum floor. The light brown carpet is from h&h carpets and installed by who they sent to do it. The bluish gray carpet WAS NOT DONE BY H&H is in the other entrance and has been there for 31 years. COMPARE THEM YOURSELF. The h&h carpet is ONLY A YEAR AND A HALF OLD. Look at how awful it looks in a low traffic room and how the bad the connection looks. Their carpet looks worse than one put down in 1986!!! Theyve tried to fix it, but I guess poor quality work and poor product cant be fixed....... the disappointment youll feel from paying professionals and getting these kind of results feels terrible.....Update, the carpet is now the newest and the worst looking carpet in the house. The metal strip is becoming more dangerous to walk over. Were going to lowes in order to get someone to fix this mess.

I found just what I wanted at H&H. They had a great selection and great prices. The installers were out the very next day after I made my choice and nearly two years later my wood and carpet still look great!

Recently, we had to get some hard wood flooring for an office. We tried to use a stained concrete technique, but it came out terrible from our contractor. With time being a concern and needing to get this project done within two days, so we went to H&H Carpets. The salesman was extremely friendly and helpful! We purchased a beautiful padded wood flooring that they had on stock to take care of our 1,125 sqft office. They even had the installers come that same day! They really saved the day for us and the price was amazing as well! If I ever have any flooring needs I know where I am going from now on! Thank you again for saving the day for us!

I, unfortunately, went in uninformed in regards to luxury vinyl plank, only knowing it was suppose to be a solid floor that could withstand a lot of traffic. I was on a budget, but wasnt necessarily looking for the cheapest of all options, I called and made an appointment for a consult at my house, was shown some vinyl choices that were on sale and in my price range(no other samples were shown), they looked nice on the sample board, so I chose one and had them come install. Now my original floors were half cracking vinyl tile and half uneven and cracking cement with a large hole in it going to the plywood underneath, which I showed concern about but was assured you wouldnt feel it underneath. I trusted them to let me know what needed to be done and bought to properly install these lvp, which they mentioned nothing beyond the lvp. They promised these floors would last, you would see no seams, and they couldnt be scratched. Within the first day of installation we easily scratched one while moving the couch back, there were multiple pieces popping up at the seams because of the uneven floor beneath, and they feel like cheap plastic when you walk on it. It looks no where near as thick as it did in the sample and they bow and give underneath your feet when you walk on a spot that had missing cement underneath. Multiple places have now been scratched, a corner has chipped off, and a large number of the edges have popped up and are easily caught by furniture, some even pop in and out when you walk on it. I have hated the floors since they were installed. Our floor needed a pad or a better quality lvp because of the unevenness and I hate that the salesman didnt discuss any options with me. .....do your research before purchasing! Lesson learned, I will be redoing these floors in the future and will install myself to make sure it is done correctly.

Dont do business with h & h carper their employees that install carpet are cocaine users and drunks. I witnessed employees in a red van that said they worked for h& h. They were snorting cocaone and didnt care if I saw the white residue on their faces and was drinking beers on the van. I remember one said his name was Neko and the other Alfonzo. I would expect h& h carpets on at hgwy to at least have professional employees . Clean Up!!!!!!

I had Mannington laminate planks installed 5/2018. Previously, I had it installed in my kitchen by a different company. When I spoke to the salesman about this installation, I specifically requested that luan be used for this installation. This increased the price by approximately $1500. I had no problem with that amount. Initially the installers place the luan and flooring as requested. However, when they got to my foyer, which had plywood they did not use the plywood. I questioned the process and was told it did not need luan. As a result the flooring appears to have bubbles underneath. I have spoken with the salesman on multiple occasions. I was promised that he would come and see what the issue is. However, according to him, each time we made an appointment, something unavoidable always happened. This went on for 9 months. I contacted the owner several months ago and was told he would get to the bottom of the situation. I still have no resolution. I do have puckered floors. I sought this company and paid for the work that was done. There was never any follow up about the installation. I feel when you pay for a service you should be satisfied with the results.Although I dont live in Montgomery, I have access to people all over the state, Gerogia, Mississippi and Florida. Paying for advertisement can be successful, but word of mouth can be even more successful.
