We met with Charlene today and she showed us granite for countertops. She was very patient and we did not feel hurried or pressured to make a purchase. They have a large selection and we were able to find granite for our kitchen and bathroom counters. The backsplash selection was also very nice.

Rating 3 stars because of the customer service & knowledge of the products. The selection, we felt was of an abundance. The downfall is that they have everything that is currently “on trend” rather than a variety to suit anyone’s accommodations. We asked about a few of the products and although the lady asked if we needed help, she did not know much about the variety’s we had questions about, as well as was unwilling to obtain the information for us. We of coarse left empty handed.

Used these guys to get a piece of granite for a memorial plaque we needed made. Even given our short time frame and the number of calls I had to make to them they were professional and supportive the entire time! Got the plaque just in time for engraving. Couldnt be happier. Use Robert F Henry Tile before you go anywhere else!

I honestly dont even know where to begin. While I am not here to bash, I am here to let you know the facts, as I always read reviews and find them extremely helpful. The staff was fine- but the customer service was horrible. I was quoted the wrong price, shipped the wrong tile (one that I never even took home as a sample), my credit card was run without my permission - and when I called back to tell them not to, they had already run it....to go on, no one ever factored in the $200 shipping cost in my quote, AND when told I would have a few extra tiles, I was charged an entire case of 17 square feet @ $17/sq ft without being told. As a business owner myself, I would have given my customer the tile they wanted at the price they quoted (it wasnt their mistake after all!). Service and word of mouth is all you have as a business owner. The tile looks fine- but it certainly doesnt look like a $3,000 back splash. My overall experience was horrible, to say the least.
