Cant believe they are still in business. They cant take a message, make an appointment or keep an appointment. After three weeks I still dont know if they install glass. Never got that far. Took a day off to meet the owner so he can take measurements. He never bothered showing up or calling to cancel the appointment. They couldnt care any less about your business, glass or time. Stay away.

Excellent experience with have a windshield replaced quickly in my car. Came out and had it done within an hour at my work location. I highly recommend them.

I called and asked would they be able to cut a piece of glass for my antique coffee table. I spoke with steve he told me I could bring it in, so I did. Mr. Steve measured my table and said he could fit a piece of glass that day, but it wouldn’t fit flush as the glass that my fur baby broke was beveled. I told him I didn’t care what the cost would be as long as it wasn’t a astronomical price I would like to have the beveled glass he said to leave my table and he would get back to me later on that afternoon with pricing. No word from him so I called the very next morning and spoke with Mr. Steve who informed me he didn’t get a chance to call around for some figures, and he would, and get back to me by 2 o’clock no word I asked my husband to call and when he did they said Steve left for the day and wouldn’t be back until Monday. I went and picked up my table. I’m a very patient and understanding person. When it comes to business do as you say or at least let people know what’s going on. When I get there to pick up my table his uncle is in the shop alone, and he is a elderly gentleman whom look like he should be sitting on his porch sipping some sweet tea and relaxing. Now remember I said my table is a antique so it’s heavy. This gentleman helped me out to my car, and the phone rings in the shop, so he goes to answer it, and I struggled and lift the table into my car, smh good thing I had my back brace on. Mr. Steve I will do business with you, just keep me informed. If I can’t find another place I will bring it back to you.Thanks,

The guys here are great. The lawn man broke the window pane. They came out and measured the window pane and the next day installed it. Very reasonable price. Courteous and efficient service!!!

I highly recommend this company. I gave them a call and they drove from Montgomery to Tallassee within 3 hours and had my glass installed in 15 minutes. Professional service. Call Chris to help you.

I went by on a Monday with a showcase to have measurements of pieces of glass I needed and was told it would be in on Thursday at the same week. I drove by there on Monday of the following week and was told that it wasn’t cut yet. I was never called when it was cut and went by three weeks later and was told they lost the measurements and would have to bring the piece of furniture back by to remeasure. They’re filing system for taking measurements is so haphazard on scratch pieces of paper. I don’t know if I’d rely on them for anything. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

EXCELLENT I had to have small pieces cut for my 75 gallon saltwater aqarium. Alabama glass took the time to measure each small sheet that had to fit a certain way in the sump. I will most definately use them for as many glass related needs my household encounters. Home or auto!!!

My son broke out a 22 x 22 inch window in the front of our house. Most glass companies wouldnt even give me an estimate. The job was too small for them. The last window I had replaced for the same size by Best Glass company about a year ago and the guy fussed the entire time he was there that it was a waste of his time and they he could be doing a bigger job in the time it took him to replace our window. He also left glass on the ground and glue all over the new window that I had to clean up. But Alabama glass was courteous and friendly and cleaned up and did an excellent job. They were also 34 dollars cheaper than Best Glass. I will use them if I ever have any future need for glass or glass repair.
