I was referred to Michael by bath innovations who did a great job on my bathroom tile. Im new to the area (military) and didnt know anyone so I was super paranoid about getting ripped off. Michael was more than fair, and the quality of work his guys did was excellent. After they fixed my shower door hinges they noticed my handle was coming loose and tightened it up. The shower looks fantastic. Thanks Michael to you and your team!

The communication and follow through is the worst that I have dealt with in a long time. Commitments were made that were not kept and he did not communicate or respond to phone calls. I had to end up using another company with a lot of time wasted.

I called Allsides glass. The next day Daniel Sides calls me for an app. He come to my house measures my windows, gives me a price. I agree, he says I need to prepay so he can order them. I write a check. A month or so later he installs. All is good. Daniel tells me he handles the small jobs that AllSides doesnt have time for. He gives me his cell # and tells me to just call him direct for small jobs.Over a month ago(11/8/2017)I called Daniel Sides to replace a window & a refrigerator shelf. He FINALLY replaced the window last wk. that I had paid for already. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHELF GLASS. BOTH AllSides Glass & Daniel Sides will not answer my calls. The last time I spoke with Michael Sides is told me hes not affiliated with Daniel.......So hes not responsible. My story with AllSides Glass, Daniel Sides & Michael Sides. (12/28/2017)
