Dr Rose is amazing!!!!!! I shopped around different hearing aid companies and when I went to Beltone I knew that was where I wanted to build a relationship. I say that because if you are like me and very deaf you need to have a support team that is excessible and can upgrade your hearing aids as you get more comfortable and acclimated to them. Some places I went you bought the hearing aids and that was it at Beltone where Dr. Rose works I can go in anytime and she can make changes to my hearing aids and that’s very comforting to someone like me I feel very blessed to have come across a Beltone. Thank you Beltone so much for making me feel like one of the crowd again when for so long I felt so isolated because I couldn’t hear what was being said around me.

The doctor was excellent in explaining everything. She was knowledgeable and patient with me. Being a older person it takes us a little while to digest things but she was patient. Staff was friendly also

This place is absolutely fantastic!!!!! I brought my 82 year old father in law here for hearing aids where he was treated with amazing tenderness and kindness. They took great care to spend 15 minutes just cleaning his neglected ears before they did his hearing test and he laughed the entire time. Thank you belltone!!!

Upon arrival,the staff was courteous and prompt. Hand sanitizer was available thru out the office,and the Doctor was hands on and was sure to ask the most prevalent questions my mom needed on her visit with Belltone. We were aware of all available hearing devices and Financing options as well, the day of the visit. Might I add, the office was neat and well maintain.

I was having a problem with one of my hearing aids. I called this office and got an appointment for the next day. Dr. Rose greeted me almost as soon as I entered the building and proceeded to take care of my problem. I needed some wax removed and she did this while my hearing aids were being cleaned. then gave me a new hearing test and found my hearing had gotten worse. after updating my hearing aids I am able hear better. very well pleased with Dr Rose and this office
