My new audiologist was perfect. I have somewhat of a professional audio background which gives me an advantage in the tuning process, and he was more than helpful in helping me dial them in further.

Ive been noticing hearing loss and was concerned about it. My hearing loss was confirmed and I was able to get immediate help. I didnt have to wait on my hearing aids to be ordered. I hear much better now.

She does an excellent job of making sure that I can come in whenever I need help with my hearing aids.My hearing aid purchase in 2019 was the second purchase from Pattillo. I followed Mr. Turners advice the second time around and purchased the type of hearing aids that he recommended from day one. I am now wearing the behind-the-ear hearing aids. There is no comparison to the in-the-canal hearing aids that I chose on my own some years ago because I have profound hearing loss. I can truly attest to the fact that I am hearing and understanding much better. My quality of life has improved significantly. I now realize how important it is to listen to and to follow Mr. Turner s recommendations and expertise because he knows and wants exactly what is best for the customer.in closing, I highly recommend the Audibel hearing aid. Having worn other brands in the past, I have been most satisfied with this brand. Also, it is important to know that your warranty will be honored with superior customer service. The local office here in Montgomery, AL is wonderful!! NO complaints at all. They are very compassionate about the customer. Fred is very courteous and his compassion for your well being is displayed every time you see him. He will work with you and the aids as much as needed until you are satisfied. Kudos to the incredible Fred Turner and the extraordinary staff! Fred has a great passion for his profession and stays involved in the latest technology. He treated my husband, Tim, with the best and most modern hearing devices. Unfortunately, he completely lost his hearing and Fred was there for us all along the way. Thanks be to God and Cochlear Implants he can now hear again. But that is another review. Anyway, my husband loved working with the great people at Patillo Balance & Hearing in Montgomery AL.

This is more of a reply to your wonderful offer I just received (well, a couple a days ago), Im a bit slow as you may or may not know. Im joshing a little. Anyway, my situation - I have no money at this time. Been helping my sons for quite a bit of dough. Sickness (bad insurance) and a home repair. Oh, plus, I cant even find the ones Im suppose to have.
