David was very friendly, I took my God-grandmothers hearing aid in because it stopped working, David checked it out for me at NO COST, Praise God it was only a dead battery! David was very transparent with me about the cost if repairs were needed. But they werent! Thanks be to God! David took time to give me a quick tutorial on how to clean the ear wax from the hearing aid. I will definitely be coming back to purchase more batteries from David! He spirit was very welcoming! The office was nice & clean.
Called about the trial offer. They make it sound like its a group trial trying out hearing aids. SCAM. You try them and buy them like any other hearing aid store.
Always right on time getting you back for an appointment & love the staff!
One hearing device was not working. No problem getting it sent for repair.
