If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited over an hour for my food and if I hadn’t paid for it would leave. Sorry service every time and I even ordered on the app this time.

Typical representation of the chain as far as food quality goes, but can be quite slow. People are always very nice. Facilities could definitely use some refurbishment at the time of this review.

Door dash drivers arent priority at all. I literally had to remind them to bring my food after telling me I had to wait 10 minutes after I told them I had a door dash order. Door dash drivers if you accept this restaurant for pick up be ready for a 40 minute wait for 3 burgers and two pretzels. There wasnt even many customers. They are playing around while making food.

It really depends on who is working on how the visit is. Its usually is pretty good but sometimes it can be really disappointing. This one is definitely better than east chase though.

The food was dry and tasted as though it had been sitting on the grill for hours in the corner then thrown on the heat before being served. Wrong drink was brought to us, but quickly rectified.

Very unprofessional! One of the workers sat and had a whole conversation with some one in the car gave them food and looked at the rest of us and kept walking sat there for 10 minutes with the button activated and no one answered one of the workers came out to smoke a cigarette and went back and and no one still took our order!! Please find workers that actually wants to work!!!

Food was really good. Loved the mozzarella sticks. I loved the first server I had the first time I went, but I took off a star because the second time I went my server had a little bit of an attitude on her. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but it didnt feel very welcoming. The food and my slushee were both still good though.

I wanted fifteen minutes and left without anyone attempting to take my order. Yes, I know how to use their kiosks. Given the state of fast food these days, Sonics format consistently yields restaurant wait times. I liked their food but it isnt worth dealing with their cut rate workforce.

Food was nice and came out at as reasonable time

I get the BLT everyday and the bacon be too hard and curled up which take the bacon flavor and bread be soggy but I take it anyway

I got chicken tenders & onion rings which were good. The wait time was terrible & I wanted a sonic blast but the machine was broken Do you know how many times Ive heard that one?? Too many. So, hence 2 stars.

As I pull up to an empty stall I realize that the screen isnt working. Now I must find another. They service was fast, which is somewhat unusual because it usually takes a while. The runner brought the food and had a wonderful attitude. THE FOOD -the chicken was overcooked. I ordered a large soda, they must have thought I say large ice, because I had more ice than soda. They filled the cup with ice, and only filled it halfway with soda. Then on top of all that, I was sick on my stomach 30 minutes later.

CLOSE THIS SONIC!!! Total waste of space. Can’t remember the last time I visited this place and had a smooth transaction or actually got my order. The ice cream machine is broken more than McDonalds and management is terrible!

It was nice to get a free soda, due to mistake on order, but took more than 30min for popcorn chicken and lemonade…should have drove away when they first took order 15min after pushing button, but since I thought they were starting the food i stayed to only have to repeat order again 10min later.

Bathrooms are closed. Come on, guys. On a long drive with kids, I need bathrooms. I took my business elsewhere.It took so long to get a response from the kiosk that we thought it was broken.April 23, 2021

Their app allows me to easily place my order, show up 5 minutes later, and in 2 minutes the order comes to my car. Its almost too easy

Only place to get a foot long chili dog anymore.

Showed up a hour before closing and they never took my order. All I wasted was a slushe.

Either youre open until closing time or you arent. Which is it. I pushed the button 20 minutes before closing. No response. I notice that my screen goes blank well after the fact. I push the button again, and the order lady said they were closed. I explained to her what happened and the time I originally punched in. She doesnt care and repeats over and over they arent taking anymore orders.

Placed my order for pickup at 9:10.... 9:54 and im still outside without my food

Watched two shift managers go at it in the middle of the kitchen while customers recorded. I have to be honest, I didnt expect to see a Battle Royale while I ate, but it was amazing to get a show with my meal! I thought it was really cool to have a free front row seat to a Royal Rumble, that was a very tasteful touch. The assistant manager eventually called a stop to the bout, but not before the off-the-clock manager and shift manager exchanged a few good words. Absolutely loved it!!! I think that next time the customers should be allowed to place their bets on whoever they think will win. That will be a 5 star review for sure. Great experience.

Closed earlier than I expected. They could have announced that they were closed when we pulled in we set there about 10 minutes deciding what we wanted once we pushed the button the rude person decided to say were closed

I went to the Carter Hill location and parked in the bay and activated menu button. No one ever took the order. I reactivated the button several more times. The outside service attendant said only 3 people were working. I moved to another bay and no one ever answered. Me and other customers drove away without service. This is the second time I had this experience at this location.

I visited the location on Carter Hill order straight to the point. Two middle milkshake and nothing else. First it took about 10 minutes before someone address the speaker. Place my order and pay for from the screen. Our cars pulled up and it was 10 minutes into this order finally pushing the button again and explain to them I have not received our milkshake. Carhops cans out no care in the world and dont bother to apologize for the inconveniences.

Love the food attitudes were a little shaky but its kind of expensive when you got more than one child we end up paying $61 some change for a couple burgers couple Burger meals and chili cheese tots and I think I got pretzel sticks with cheese all right thanks...

One if the employees was rude when I asked why they werent serving milkshakes or ice cream. Ive been coming here for the last four days trying g to get a sonic blast.

Such a disappointment...the food was terrible and the slushy tasted like chemicals, possibly a cleaning agent?? Sonic used to be a fav of ours, but, its gone downhill in the past few years.

The lady was making slushing and picking up the fruit to put inside the drink with her bare hands.

Our carhop, Morgan, was fast and efficient. Saved us four dollars and gave us excellent service. Noticed that she gave the same treatment to everyone around us and was helpful and kind as well. I have never in my life had such a fast and satisfactory experience at Sonic!!! ⚡️🍇🌭🍔🥤❤️💙🥳🤩👍

I have only had one or two negative experience here, but I have had other more positive experiences after that. Curtis is always super nice and super fast! I probably come here too often but it’s better than the other Sonics in Montgomery, for sure.

Ordered a peanut butter milkshake and it was made with milk and crushed ice, who uses ice in a milkshake?!? Do they not know how to make decent food in a timely manor? It takes SOOOOO long for your order to get to you that when yiu do get it you feel like its not even worth the wait and defiantly not worth the price!

Placed an order thru the drive-thru at Sonic. Everything, was going well. I waited at least for 22 minutes until the notification said Kendall will be out shortly. Well Kendall never came and when I went to press the button again to inform the employee; I got hit with we are closed. I hit the button a second time and again was told we are closed. I was trying to tell the employee about the order never being brought out. Instead the employee got smart and was rude. Very disappointed

My order was correct and hot, however the screen said lavante was on the way out with my order, 12 min later it came. Again, the food was hot so i think they were trying to keep the response time numbers down by saying was out for delivery when it wasnt

After sitting at the intercom for 10 minutes and about 6 employees inside, 5 cars outside I noticed we were the only caucasian people so we waited another 5 minutes with no service so we left and took our business elsewhere

My food was not hot, nor was it good, it was a bit overcooked. The carhop never even said what my order was. She held the tray towards me until I got my stuff off the tray. Then the she complained that she had to remake my drink which was spilling over when she walked it out. It tasted like soda water with Strawberry bites in it.

Worst experience ever! Sat there 45mins just to find out that the person who takes the order didnt get my order the 1st time I told her. Guess they were busy talking to each other about B.S and forgot that her mic was left on didnt get my order. Not the 1st time this happen.

Im not a milkshake fan, but I stopped by to satisfy my sweet tooth. I love anything that has peanut butter in it, especially if it has chocolate in the mix. I had the Sonic Reeses pieces blast and it was to die for! The ice cream was very creamy and flavorful, and the huge Reeses pieces chunks in it made it all the more tasty.

Good buys and food was really good. Great way to taste how other cultures eat.

Would give zero stars if I could !!! I always show respect to those that prepare my food but even then Im treated like I’ve been rude at Sonic on Carter Hill Rd . when I haven’t been. I came to order a slushee and was told “oh our machine down their coming to fix it tonight but we’ll be at home sleep alright”. I’m not even mad the machine is down but to be that rude to a customer is so uncalled for, but I politely left though everytime the customer service is always poor!
