I needed the AC on my old Pilot fixed. Scheduled an appointment. They diagnosed it and got it fixed. Felt like he was honest and fair in the price. I’ll return here for sure.

This guy was changing my license plate light on my Honda and he broke my assembly. He failed to fix his mistake and he has very bad attitude. Don’t recommend this shop for anyone.

Update one year later, Ive used them several times on 3 of my familys vehicles. Always top-notch service and FAIR PRICING! Kirk and his team are a true gem!First time using Prime Auto, they were wonderful to work with. Prompt service, kept me informed and delivered my car when promised. I also feel I got a good value for the work that was done. I would recommend them!

Im a car guy, a grown adult and a service fanatic. Small shop, low overhead, good prices and he knows Acura and Honda, well. Go here, next oil change. Synthetic blend for standard oil change prices. Stands behind his work. Goes the extra mile.

Spent over $3000 at this shop and still didnt fix the problem we had with our car. I dont advise using this guy to fix anything.

The shop prices are very reasonable. He specializes on Honda but can service most cars. If you wish to have a professional at a nondealer rate this is your shop.
