The second time she had to get repairs, one of the employees quoted her one price and when she went to pick up her computer they charged her a totally different price and acted as though they had no clue about the original quote. I am a small business owner of a creative graphic design agency called Brandelle Designs. My iMac had been acting weird and running extremely slow these past few months. So slow in fact that it would crash everyday almost and take 20 to 30 minutes to restart back up. I found AppleJuice on Google, they have decent reviews and local to the Lake Norman area. So, I gave them a call. Marcus spoke to me and I told him about my problems. I suggested updating my RAM from 8gb to 16gb. He asked specific questions over the phone to diagnose the true problem and suggested that updating my hard drive disc to a microchip would be the ideal solution to my problem first. He said it would take about a week to order the part and get it delivered to his shop. Surprisingly, he called me that following Monday and said it had arrived! I took my computer up there at 10am on the following day to be repaired. In the shop, both gentlemen are very polite, knowledgeable, and focused! They estimated a pick up time on the same day around 5 or 6pm. But, Marcus actually turned it around sooner that! He called me around 2 saying it was ready. Upon picking up, Marcus told me he had also removed a bogus anti-virus software that was not running efficiently, and installed a free malware system in its place! This malware doesnt pop up on my screen all the time like the anti-virus did! After bringing my iMac home, I have noticed a significant difference in startup speed and overall I have 0 lag in between programs. Super happy with the service they provided. This is a game changer for my business! Highly recommend AppleJuice for all your apple products!!!

I made three visits to three Best Buy Geek Squads trying to get a iPhone repaired. The phone was under warranty. After a week wasting my time with Apple and Geek Squad AppleJuice repaired it in 20 minutes.

I never write reviews but they deserve this one.I came in with an older model MacBook Pro that was on death’s door. They took it apart, told me the issue, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. They laid out ALL of my options for me, and made sure that I knew they just wanted to help. I’m never going anywhere else for repairs. These guys are the best.

I brought my computer there for a new hard drive and update RAM. Never had a problem before, except that it was very slow. I was promised a new computer when they were done. $405 later it doesnt work. Brought my IMAC back there three times...websites crash within 30 seconds of me bringing them up. I cannot use it for more then a minute without me having to re-load. And they still havent fixed the problem. They have no idea what is wrong.

Ive had my iPhone 8 for two years and have put it through the ringer - having dropped it numerous times running on concrete, walking my dog etc. I went to Apple Juice to get the screen fixed and they did a wonderful job, making it look brand new. However, 4 days later, I was kneeling down on my wood vinyl floor wiping my dogs paws off after a walk and my phone slid out of my pocket - dropping maybe a few inches onto the floor. The screen shattered. I was very displeased with what I perceived as a poor quality fix by Apple Juice. I went back and told them what happened and initially they told me they could fix the screen again for 25% off the price I originally paid (which was $117). They initially said their work is guaranteed only for screen malfunction, not damage. However, after speaking with their higher management, they compromised and fixed the screen for $50 and placed a new screen protector free of charge. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me and compromise. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Apple Juice--Mooresville has the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I brought my Iphone 11 in to have my cracked screen repaired. They repaired my screen, but caused numerous problems to my Iphone. At random, my screen turns blue when getting a phone call, keeping me from being able to answer. Also, when touching certain apps, I am not able to open them. I also have a continuous notification in my settings stating that my phone is not able to be verified because it does not have a genuine Apple display. They are using cheap parts! The owner/manager (not really sure) is also very rude and acts as if taking your phone back to get fixed is an inconvenience for him.

I took my MacBook Air here because the audio wasn’t working and was called the next day and told the speaker doesn’t need to be replaced it was just unplugged and all they needed to do was replug it, they were trying to charge me $106 for labor. I refused to pay that so they unplugged the speaker again and gave it back to me. I then went over to CET computer magic, only a couple min away from Apple juice, they replugged my speaker in less than 5 min and it was totally free. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before going through with anything at this location and I would HIGHLY recommend going to CET computer magic instead.

Friendly staff, he had to order the phone screen which would take a day or two. Because the screen was broken, they were nice enough to put a free screen protector on it so we could still use it without getting glass cuts. Price was very reasonable compared to other locations!

Apple juice is an awesome store in the Target shopping center, that does AppleRepairs. The guys are veryKnowledgeable, and the store is super clean, and modern. I even purchaseda gently used IPad. The store does repairs on Mac book, iMac, and more, and also has a nice selection of Apple products.

My child spilled her water bottle into my open MacBook Air. The screen went black and we could not restart it. I was convinced I’d be buying a new laptop but figured we should take it to AppleJuice first. They had it completely fixed only 6 hours after we brought it in! I was shocked and so relieved! Would highly recommend.

Took my 2017 iPad Pro here after seeing good reviews on google. My iPad was completely not responsive when I gave for the repair and Ive clearly mentioned that I would go for the repair only if the cost for the repair is less than $200. After 1 week of diagnosis I was told that the battery needs to be replaced and I was charged around 190$ for the repair. The iPad was fine for first couple of days and it kept restarting automatically. Since it was in the warranty period, I took back my iPad to apple juice and again after diagnosis, I was told that there is an issue between the motherboard and the battery connectivity and it will take another 200$ to get it fixed. I dint wanted to spend another $200 on an 3 year old iPad, hence I bought it back. After couple of days the iPad was completely not responding and when I took it back, after 1-2 weeks of diagnosis, I was told that the motherboard has issue and it would take another 200$ to get it fixed. I felt like people working here do not have proper knowledge on how to diagnose an issue/devices. Each and every time I took the device, I was told different reasons. Finally, I sold my iPad back to them for 60$ (I was offered 45$ initially and was given 60$ after 2-3 arguments) . I have lost 190$ which I spend on the initial repair. Never ever suggest anyone to visit Apple Juice. Completely disappointing. Its a waste of time and money. I would suggest to get a new device instead of spending money on here for the repairs.

I AM SO WOWED BY THIS PLACE!! Dropped my MacBook Pro off for a screen repair, mentioned that it was very time sensitive, as I work remotely and have client deadlines. Was hoping for 3 days maximum. Try 3 hours! These guys went out of their way to rush my repair, source the parts quickly, and get it back in my hands the same evening it was dropped off. Highly recommend this place. Wish there were 100 stars to give!

I was at the store yesterday with my friends mother who has Parkinsons. Her iPhone had quit working. She needed it fixed and above all, didnt want to lose her contacts. Jeremiah was AMAZING. He was kind and patient and knowledgable about what to do to fix her phone. He ultimately suggested that the best thing might be to just replace it for not much more than the cost to fix it. They have a selection of pre-owned certified phones and we found one that was perfect for her. He checked it out, put in a new battery and installed a screen protector...and gave her a discount to boot. Great personalized service. The Apple Store folks are always good, but Jeremiah was better.
