Up until we met Granite works the process of finding a trustworthy granite company was near impossible. Nick came in and was upfront, honest and priced fair. They installed within 3 days of us picking out the slab, everyone else was a 2 week turnaround. Steven and Brandon could not have been more professional when installing our quartz countertops.Steven came back and installed our backsplash and we could not be happier. Attention to detail, quality craftsmanship. We would 100% recommend them

Needed to replace my 19 year old laminate counters (yeah, I let it go waaay too long) and was surprised at the quotes I was getting for 35 sq ft from others. Saw Granite Works online and met with Rachel on a Saturday, found the perfect slab in their inventory and everything was cut and installed by the next Tuesday. For just a little more than half what I had been quoted by others. Im amazed and very very pleased. Highly recommended. (Ignore the wall in the picture, havent painted the kitchen yet)

If I could give a 3.5 I would, but Ill go with 4.I just had granite countertops installed by Granite Works. Nick and Nichole were great to work with! And their price for countertops beats their competitors! BUT, I was having a great experience up until after installation was completed. The countertops look beautiful and Im happy with them, but there was damage done to my drain and to my garbage disposal when the installers pulled my sink apart. When my plumber came to reconnect it for me he found that the rim of the sink drain had been bent when removed by the Granite Works install team. He also found that the rim around my garbage disposal was bent so that it no longer connected properly. I had to pay for a new drain ($25). My plumber told me that I wouldve had to pay for a whole new garbage disposal ($120) because disposal parts arent typically sold separately, but lucky for me he had a spare disposal part from a previous job that he gave me free of charge. Because of the graciousness of my plumber I only spent an extra $50 on repairs and labor, but a brand new garbage disposal wouldve made my repair cost $150-170 due to installation damage. Granite Works reimbursed me the $50 but the damage value was more than that if I had a different plumber who didnt help me out. And there was a pipe missing! Granite Works said its because my sink was dropped lower....but wouldnt that then leave me with an extra pipe since my pipe is no longer needing to extend as high it was.... When I spoke to Granite Works about piping after this issue, they advised that plumbers typically give customers all new piping and include that in their plumbers fee. But my pipes were perfectly fine, I didnt need new ones! I needed all of the pieces I originally had before Granite Works removed my sink. Im glad I had a plumber who realized that and was able to salvage my pipes from what the installers left, he did some sawing of a pipe that was pushed inside of another. My parents also got new counters (not from Granite Works) and their plumber was able to use their existing pipes as well! Why spend unnecessary money on new pipes? The installers should treat all of your existing equipment with care, so that you can still use them!! Again, my countertops look BEAUTIFUL and Granite Works has great pricing on their countertops, but beware of sink and pipe damage during installation. Had to keep my review honest, the great and the bad.

Nicole did great communicating with us from start to finish. Nick had no problems going the extra mile to find the exact countertop we were looking for. They made us an amazing deal so we went ahead and did the kitchen as well when we were only looking for the bathroom countertop to start with! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any countertops.

I am absolutely thrilled with my granite countertops from Granite Works. I told Nick the color scheme I wanted when he came to measure. He sent me a picture the next day of exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t even need to go look at it in person. We set a date and time for the work to be done. The guys came in, did a great job and left. They were neat and respectful of our home. I can recommend Nick and his crew without hesitation!

I am so impressed with how detailed and professional Nick and his entire team are. I love my granite countertops in the kitchen and the one for my bar in the basement. I highly recommend Granite Works....we have used a lot of contractors in the past and hands down they are the most responsive.

Granite Works did a fabulous job replacing our counters with quartz and redoing the backsplash with white subway tiles we selected. The attention to detail was superb including the counter template sizing was perfect, lining up the stove top to the new counter, and installing the undermount sink and new faucet were all done to perfection. When I had questions or concerns during the install, they answered. When I asked if I could purchase my own materials for them to install, they were on board. And even after their job was done, and I had a new floor installed, they came back and helped me adjust the stove to fit with the new floor and counter. Great team and great service.

I was shopping around for someone to do the countertops in my home and after receiving 3 other quotes, I went with Nick and his team at Granite Works. Not only was the pricing fair, they were professional and fast. They were also flexible as I was trying to complete the work before Christmas. They sent pics from the warehouse matching the color I requested and the next thing you know, they were at the house before 10 and installed the slab. Very impressed, and I will be referring Granite Works to all folks who need countertops. Nice job!!
