N2 granite is awesome!!!’ I had priced my counter tops for months, I walked in to N2 granite and I was greeted by Kristin and worked with her she was amazing, She is very knowledgeable and soooo helpful showing me samples looking up my sink and faucet online to make sure everything would be perfect and it is!Clyde called me a week later we did a template and a week later installed them I absolutely love them but more important loved working with this crew they are wonderful!! Walked in to look at granite and they act like they just dont want business.. told me I have to have an appointment. Not friendly at all especially the older man. I will pay another company more money just to have some proffesionalism and friendliness!!

Save yourself a lot of time and money and visit N2 Granite in Mooresville first. I was looking for granite to make my basement bar area stand out. Paul (owner) and his staff helped me pick out the perfect granite to showcase our bar. They have tons of granite onsite to look at. Inside the showroom they help you choose the type of edge and sink you want. Within a week of picking out the slabs they did the onsite template, cut the slabs, delivered and installed it. The results are beautiful and we get a lot of compliments from those who see it.

N2 handled 4 bathrooms, a laundry room and the kitchen with care and precision. They always kept me informed, hit their deadlines, their pricing is very competitive, the selection is vast and their service is great. As a remodeling contractor, we have been using N2Granite as a vendor for our kitchen and bath renovations for about 3 years now. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable and they do excellent work. We confidently recommend them!

I just moved and before I did N2 did my kitchen and master bath. They were fantastic and were a steel compared to 4 other places I went. I saved over $1000.00 and suggested them to a friend and they saved over $2000.00

Today I stopped into four different granite stores to look for options for our kitchen island countertop. At the first three shops I was greeted kindly, asked about my needs, and even after being told that it was a small job I was treated well and gladly shown slabs of granite in the rain. N2 was the last store. I had already visited once, with being treated as an inconvenience and got the impression that it was an effort to show me the slabs, but thought Id try again as I wanted to investigate all options in Mooresville. Unfortunately, it was a similar outcome. Even though their door says by appointment on Saturdays, you will not be helped unless you make an appointment. Not only was I told I needed an appointment, I was also informed that it was raining (implying that one cannot see granite in the rain). I wasnt asked to wait or offered a time to stop back. I wasnt offered someone else to help. I left feeling like I was, again, a complete inconvenience because I did not call first.

Will only deal with you when money is the topic of conversation. Have tried many different options of getting in contact with the team through 2 emails and multiple phones calls. I guess they have been paid and no longer care for the customer.
