For the most part you know what to expect with Baskin-Robbins ice cream, but I think this picture speaks for itself. I didn’t know that you could reinvent the banana split.

Very slow service. Long lines. Dont even attempt to order curb side or walk-in via the app at this store. You will regret it as service is sloppy. Needs a lot of improvement in quality and service.

Ice cream is good but a bit pricey.

Three people behind the counter doing nothing. The woman doing the drive thru was working and the woman at ice cream was working with no help and a line. The guy with the sideways hat got his ice cream and left with people still waiting and a manager walked off to sit down with people waiting.

After driving 30 minutes to get some ice cream knowing they close at 8pm due to covid. They decided to close their store 15 minutes before closing time (7:45) Bad management.

I dont usually drink coffee from DD but Drew was very patient with me and I got the perfect drink and I will be back to the DD in Mooresville!

This is a Baskin Robbins & Dunkin Donuts in one location. Ice cream and donuts. Staff is hot or miss and the selection can be lacking. Overall a good desert place to take the kids. There is a drive thru and outdoor seating.

Great place to get a quick treat

The employee on the drive thru speaker was so ridiculously rude we left without ordering.

They wouldnt make half the items offered on their icecream menu when we visited. Weird and frustrating.

How the hell can you be an ice cream store in March and be out of chocolate ice cream. That makes less than no sense. No Rocky Road. No chocolate almond. Just close.
