Loved the space, and the service / staff were excellent. They helped us pick the perfect furniture for our new home and we couldnt be happier with the results.EDIT: Had to change my review. While initial impressions were really good, weve had problems receiving some items we ordered about a month ago. After continuously asking about this (usually once a week, so as to not be too disruptive), weve been given the run around and still have no chairs. Mind you, we ordered this a month ago and expected delivery was 10-15 days.So okay, thats unfortunate but these things happen during COVID, right? We called this week to check up on the items and the store owner was rude to us this time. Told us he could give us GPS coordinates as if thats useful information. When we asked about a potential refund, due to delays, he told us to take a hike.Edit 2: Final edit, I hope! Owner contacted us and took our feedback to heart. Things have been sorted out, understanding has been reached on both sides - everything is warm and fuzzy. Happy to raise my review back up. These are good people, sometimes wires just get crossed.

Thoroughly disappointed in our experience here today--if one could even call it that. My husband and I did a full lap around the empty Mooresville showroom while two *maskless* employees remained at their desks without even bothering to make eye contact with us, let alone offer us a greeting. We had just arrived after an outdoor auto auction (with cash in hand) and were dressed for cold, rainy weather, but theres really no excuse for flat-out ignoring potential patrons. Honestly, I dont remember the last time I felt so discouraged by poor customer service. Were desperate for a mid-century modern inspired sectional that we can actually try before we buy. This clearly isnt the place for us. Maybe the two couples who came in as we left had better luck? There is a Yelper who appears to have been treated similarly by these folks in the last couple of months.

We were looking to replace our sectional and came across this store via Yelp. The high reviews brought us in. Its a bit tricky in Charlotte since the style that we look for is mainly modern (we are from Miami, FL) and kind of hard to find. We LOOOVVEEE this store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice lady and welcomed us in, no pressure. We fell in love with the pieces and it was totally our style. The absolutely plus during our visit was our encounter with the owner. I mean WOW! What a nice guy who knows his stuff and had such a vibrant energy about him. He was genuinely talking to us with no sales man pressure. We highly recommend that you swing by and visit and replace all of your furniture with whats in stock. We were happy to hear that they are doing well and are looking to expand their showroom. Another cool thing about this place is that they carry local art and pieces throughout the showroom (consignment style), which is such a nice thing to do! We ended up buying a sectional which was reasonably priced and I cant wait to buy more pieces! Come check it out for sure!
