I would like to say thank you Brawley furniture for the great service I received today. I walked in, told them what I required and needed. IT took a little over a hour to find the perfect dresser & chest set. And even then it wasnt in stock, so they ordered it. The best family owned company in Mooresville. Ill be back, thats for sure.

Went into Bradley Furniture with my fiance on a whim after passing it SO many times. Excellent quality furniture, incredible prices, good selection. Family owned & operated for more than 50 years. Everyone was very helpful (and we really had no idea what we wanted so Im sure we were driving them crazy). Will definitely be buying as much as possible from them!

Absolutely shocking how aggressively disrespectful the Brawley Furniture employees treated my wife and I today when we returned to the store to discuss the mattress that they delivered and the floor model that we made our purchase based on. Never in 43 years of being in customer service have we ever treated anyone the way that the Brawley Furniture employees treated us nor has any other business ever treated us so arrogantly in a business transaction.

What a nice place to shop for Furniture. I bet their murrows driver is a super nice guy also.

Special ordered office desks from one of there catalogs and it came in months earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise! The desks are beautiful, and much better than I could have expected! Brawley came out and moved these desks in my office and were so very professional! Love Brawley and shop with them often. Go in and ask for Haley! #supportlocal

Fantastic buying experience overall. I needed a couch and opted to check Brawley Furniture before driving to Hickory. I visited late Saturday morning and it took 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. That said, after a sales person did connect and check in with me, the transaction took about 10 minutes from start to finish. They have inventory on hand and charge a flat rate for local delivery. I received the couch this morning and the crew was fantastic. They used care and concern for the couch as well as my apartment walls and threshold. I will absolutely return for other items - prices are very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from this place. We were never asked if we needed help until we went looking for someone after about 30 minutes of looking in the store. A helpful representative did help us select the set of furniture we wanted and arranged for delivery. On the day of delivery I called on confirmed delivery. I was told it was on the truck and inbound. Several hours went by and no furniture. I called and was advised that I was the last stop on the route. Finally I called again before closing and was advised to call their delivery service directly. I called 4 times and received no answer on each call. The next day I called to see where my order was and was told to just call the delivery people. Unacceptable since I paid them to work for me. Delivery showed up and the driver cursed me and my wife before leaving. They took the furniture back to the store. I asked the store to send a different company out with my delivery and they just told me that they were going to refund my money and not do business with us.

I bought a kingsize bed and frame from them last October and had no issues with the service. I went back to purchase a Queen size this week and they did not deliver the frame that I know I told them I wanted and thought that I purchased!! Then Hailey continued to argue with me over the phone (the customer) and tell me that she was not going to go back and forth with me and that maybe I needed to look at my ticket before I walked out the door! Are you kidding me!? Horrible customer service and I would never recommend this place to anyone again! Im forced to give them one star to complete this review but they dont even deserve that in my opinion! Hey Hailey, word of advise! Dont argue with the customer! Very bad for business!!

My mother bought a beautiful Timmerman wrought iron table and chairs for her kitchen from Brawley’s recently. The staff made my mom’s shopping experience very pleasant as they have for many many years. They were very kind, professional and listened to what she wanted. She could not have gotten better quality, price, or the perfect set anywhere else. My mom is a native of Mooresville and the Brawley family business has always made her and the town proud! Hope you can experience it too. You cant go wrong.

We have been buying furniture from Brawley for years. They are a wonderful hometown store, a local family and such a blessing. Their prices are really low and the quality is excellent. We dont buy mattresses from anyone else.

This is my new favorite store. They have great prices and the staff is a great balance of helpful, smart and timely. They dont try and piggy back on your shoulders while you shop which is what I dislike the most about most furniture stores. Thanks Brawley!!

Quality furniture with fair prices

I love this place! This is a family owned furniture store in an old cotton mill near downtown Mooresville. The staff is friendly and not pushy. Prices are competitive. They have a great selection of quality items and another building of consignment furniture that holds some unique pieces. Thus us a place you must visit if you are furniture shopping in the LKN or CLT area.

Great people, great customer service, good furniture and prices

Found this store today, I found a beautiful couch and chair, loved the associates, prices are wonderful. I went to other stores in mooresville and this was my last stop for the day. I came home one happy lady. I will be going back.

I purchased two items from them. The chair began to tear in the seam up high on the side. I contacted them. Before they even saw it they began to make excuses why they did not know if they could help me. They said I got a good deal and wanted to know if I have animals in the house. They went on to tell me it was a close out piece. I stated you did not tell me it was a close out and why does that matter? They told me when I bought it I was getting quality Bassett Furniture. I asked would Bassett help me since they had a year warranty on upholstery and he said they would just tell him to stick the threads back in as well. They asked for a photo and once it was sent they began to say we tore it. We did not snag the chair perfectly in a seam. The chair is rarely sat in and we do not walk around our home carrying knives and sharp objects. There is a defect in the piece and it is coming apart. They told me to bring it in and they would stick the threads back in. I can do that myself. But as the seam is coming apart I am concerned it will continue. This is less than a year old. Not once did they say we are sorry for your issue and we will be glad to help. They were too busy trying not to make it their issue. I had planned to use them again but will not. I have had better service with the Big Box furniture stores.

Great price on all but lowest mattress price I could find!!!

We have purchased furniture off the floor here, and have also ordered it. The assistance we have gotten has always been top notch, and the prices have saved us a lot of money. The staff is curteous and knowledgable but do not hover. Ive enjoyed every trip Ive made to Brawley Furniture!

Great quality sofas, nice people, and great prices.

Dealt with these fine folks for six years as have many family members. Excellent service when 1 chair had to be repaired under warrenty. I have bought sofas, chairs, tables, beds and an entertainment center here. As otherwise indicated their prices are about 40 % off the MSRP. Even the Basset sale prices are a good 20 % higher than Brawleys regular price.

Weve bought furniture there many times over the years and have always been happy. We got a fantastic deal on high quality Broyhill Leather Funriture that beat the Broyhill store in Pineville by 40%! Honest people in a low overhead location.
