Friendly staff and informative audiologist. Highly recommend.

Great staff and excellent audiologist. I called today because one of my aides wouldnt Pair with my phone. I was offered the option of an office visit next day or call the Widex help center. I called the help center and a technician promptly answered, walked me thru the fix in 5 minutes. That folks, is service.

Office was easy to find. Receptionist was friendly and upbeat which made me feel welcomed. The audiologist was caring, listened to my concerns, thorough with testing, explained everything no matter how many questions I asked and made me feel comfortable. I have had many hearing test for the past 20 years by my ENT office, but these test were more thorough and answered many questions and concerns I have had with my hearing and tinnitus. I am now excited to get the help I need and feel confident wherever I go. Going to Carolina Hearing and Tinnitus is a blessing for me.

Easy to get appointments and knowledgeable staff. Needed a place to service my 96 year old moms hearing aids and could not be happier I chose Carolina Hearing and Tinnitus. I highly recommend them for your hearing needs.

People were nice however I called with an earache. I explained seepage and pain. They took my appointment anyway. They can do nothing for ear aches. There is no medical doctor in the office therefore they could not write an antibiotic prescription nor diagnose. So they referred me to someone else. If you need a hearing aid or hearing testing they probably are fine.

Great place to get your hearing checked and purchase hearing aids. Staff is great and the Audiologist takes there time to listen to any questions you have.

Great service, professional staff and Drew works really well with my Mom. Appointments are easy to get and when she had a problem with her hearing aid they saw her the same day. Highly recommend.
