Dr. Lewis is very direct and straightforward and has a really interesting sense of humor. He is an incredibly competent doctor, listens well to concerns, and moves quickly to create a treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr Lewis.

Dr Lewis is great. He listens to your concerns. Explains everything to you in a very easy way. He cares about treating your condition instead of moving you right to costly medical equipment. Staff is awesome. No complaints. I actually go out of my way to see him as there is a closer ENT clinic in my hometown and his office is in the opposite direction of my work. I would not do that if I didn’t think he wants to help me get better.

Everyone was wonderful, friendly and competent beginning with the lady who called to schedule my appointment. It was such a pleasure to walk in and feel comfortable in a doctors office that you’ve never been to before. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly as were the nurses and this all led up to meeting Dr. Lewis and he certainly did not disappoint! He was just as friendly and nice as the other people we met before him in his office. Awful! I waited over an hour in the waiting area to see Dr.Lewis and then over a half hour in the actual room. I explained that my left ear felt clogged and had a slight ringing. They tested my hearing, which was normal. Dr. Lewis told me I have sudden hearing loss and basically there’s nothing he can do for me. Ridiculous! Makes no sense. I’m getting a second opinion. Don’t go here!

Dr Lewis has been taking care of myself​and my family for years.I HIGHLY recommend him for allENT services.

Dr. Lewis is great with good bedside manner. Im giving my review a 1 star because I feel the quality of the pratice has degraded greatly since it went from Lake Breeze ENT into the Charlotte ENT chain.I feel its harder to get in touch with the pratice, get appointments with Dr. Lewis himself and they make more mistakes. Prime example I was to start allergy shots here and my vial was ordered. After they missed their time for me to start I called and told things were on backorder. Im sitting now almost a year later and still havent heard anything, so Ive given up. In addition recently had my child tested for allergies and we had to call multiple times because the wrong allergy test kept getting ran. As much as I liked Dr. Lewis for years, I feel his practice is very poor quality now and will go to another ENT and allergist in the future.
