Josh is the best I have experienced in this field. I have worn hearing aids for a few years and he is always up to date with everything new!

I had a follow up visit. Several months ago my hearing declined in one ear after having had COVID. Later it improved and I started getting slight feedback in the ear where we had increased volume. That was taken care of as well as balancing the sound when streaming TV which had seemed louder in my right. The service in Mooresville has always been friendly and professional as well as fully responsive to whatever needs to be done. Thank you. I have become a fan!

Josh was extremely knowledgeable, patient and made sure my 87 MIL heard and understood everything. He explained everything in detail and made her feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everyone from the front staff to the gentleman who gave me my hearing test were all very polite and very nice. I would very much recommend this place to anyone needing to get a hearing test.

Bit of weird situation. Was having trouble with my hearing aid and called the Indiana Hearing Aid office in Mooresville, In. Lady (whom I presumed was the office receptionist) that I talked to was nice and said the office had no appointments for the day and to stop in at any time. Upon entering there was no reception and had to go back to find the audiologist who apparently was with a person. Audiologist (whom I have worked with before) wanted to know why was there. I explained my troubles with my hearing aids. He then said he didn’t have time due to current appointment and several others that afternoon. Suggested I came back in 1 hour. He also explained that his does not have a receptionist and the person I talked to was at another office. Crazy situation.
