Super friendly and helpful staff. The ice cream is also superb- I highly recommend coming here to sample the various flavors. Only downside is that its dangerously easy to get carried away and keep coming back for more.

LOVE this place! I dragged my boyfriend over after finding their instagram page. Now its a weekly occurrence! Designated hitter is my all time favorite and my boyfriend LOVES yabba fruity pebbles ice cream. We got a quart of it and it was gone within a day 🤤 i love that they offer you samples! And I have received nothing but good service here!

Got the vanilla with Heath and caramel and it was fantastic. Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in Charlotte. Competes closely with Jeni’s without the exorbitant cost.

Homemade Ice Cream. Not much else to say with many other places not making their own ice cream

Be careful going to this restaurant. I walked in and the employee wasn’t wearing a mask. He said that the employer didn’t require it. I reached out to the employer who confirmed that they do not require their employees to wear masks. We quickly left the restaurant and will not return. I would advise that if you are concerned with your health, steer clear of this business.

We visited today. We figured we could get ice cream to-go and enjoy it outside on this beautiful day, but between customers sitting at tables right on either side of the door (there were open tables elsewhere) when I walked inside, the folks who came in after me and stood right behind me (there are no signs asking people to leave space or directing traffic flow), the three unmasked employees, and the congested traffic flow in a tight space all clustered by the door, it ended up being unnecessary exposure to unmasked people that is not worth it for us. We have an immune compromised member of our household and are intentional to minimize risk when we can. I am not posting this to debate the science of masks or COVID. Owners of businesses are going to enforce policies or not as is their choice. Those of us with immune compromised family members are going to make the best decisions we can to keep our loved ones safe as we must. I am posting this so that other people in our situation can make informed decisions and have the information that we wish we would have had. Had we read this in the reviews and known this business doesnt have their employees wear masks or help customers to space themselves out and reduce contact with one another, we simply would have gone elsewhere. I understand that this doesnt matter to some people, but it matters to us, and it matters to others we know who live with chronic health conditions in this particular moment. Next time, we will go back to Whits, which is an exit south in Davidson. If you also have an immune compromised family member, thats a safer alternative for now. They are masking and directing traffic flow. Theres also outdoor seating.

Great ice cream for a great price. Losing stars though because none of the staff wears masks when preparing food or scooping ice cream. The girl scooping our cones literally had her entire face inside the freezer, with open ice cream containers, no mask on. We won’t be going back for awhile. I take my necessary precautions when I’m out, and I expect people in the food industry to do the same.

I visited this location tonight and was shocked that none of the employees were wearing a mask. This is the only food establishment I’ve been at where I’ve seen this kind of ignorance. I haven’t been at a Two Scoops recently so I’m not sure if this is how it’s been or if it’s recent that they stopped enforcing employees to wear masks but I was really appalled. I’m a huge Two Scoops fan. Visited their south end location on a weekly basis (sometimes more) so this is a huge disappointment. Employees are scooping ice cream for crying out loud, literally breathing on your food. Shame on them for being so careless during a time we should be looking out for each other.Edit: Now that I officially know the owners don’t require it, I realize they must be people who think masks are “taking away our rights” instead of it being a safety precaution for everyone. Have some respect for people instead of being selfish. It’s a shame because I frequented Two Scoops more than once a week, but I cannot support a business whose owners are that idiotic. The masks aren’t there to challenge your freedom. They’re there to protect people from getting an illness during a pandemic.

I visited two scoops in early February (in the midst of a raging pandemic) and was appalled to find that the employee was not wearing a mask. According to other reviews, it seems that two scoops does not require employees to wear masks, which seems like a bit of a no brainer in terms of keeping customers safe and healthy. I will not be returning to two scoops and advise that others don’t as well.

The employees had no masks on. I love two scoops, it’s the only ice cream I eat. But please be smart and help fight this virus together.

I’m sure the food and ice cream is great from what I’ve heard. Today during the Christmas tree lighting, we wasted to stop for ice cream. Went to the door and we counted 25 people and 5 employees and not one person wearing a mask. No sign on the door that stated that a mask must be wore to enter, people were standing on top of each other but the real concerning part was that not one employee was wearing a mask. I honestly don’t know how that could be but I was very disappointed. We did not get ice cream and we heard several other people outside with us say the same thing about not going in . Just very unfortunate

We are visiting Lake Norman and found this great ice cream place. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Lake Norman. Jonathan was a super nice guy.

Two Scoops has the best ice cream I’ve had in Charlotte. We normally visit the Plaza Midwood location but happened to be in the Lake Norman area so we had to stop in. Cookie Monster is the best!!
