Fast service. We got a good amount of ice cream for what we paid for.

Delicious. Tried the grilled chicken bites.. delicious. Very small menu but quick and easy and fast.. and close to main highways as well.

My husband 😀 loves 💘 his ice cream 🍦 and we drive 🚗 31 miles to get it and we will get it alot staff r sweet ( no pun intended)hahaha better than store bought anytime we used 2 go to Charlotte since 1988 but closed but we r closer now anyway good 👍 go for 1. 2day njoy

The service is really great, and fast! Employees are always super friendly. Great place for ice cream and they have some food items which is good as well. 10/10 recommend this location over all the others in the surrounding area even tho they are a smaller one!

They have a bee problem while order i got stung 2x instead of the worker helping me or asking me if Im ok she closed the order window and just watched. Willxnever stop here again

I had an issue where I was overcharged for a Blizzard cake. I let the management know what happened, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Very professional general manager who wants customers to be satisfied with their experience.

Great ice cream treat. Really GREAT! But take it outside to eat. The lingering smell of last nights disinfectant cleaner is very strong at this location. It is very neat and tidy--well organized but the cleaning staff or company has to pay more attention to rinsing off the disinfectant to really freshen the space. I have been at the same place 3 times in 3 years and noticed the same thing each time.

Purchased two gift cards on 2/8 and sent to my nieces for a gift, when they went to use them at their hometown DQ they were told no money was loaded onto the cards, very upset to say the least. I am being told by Mooresville DQ that there is no way to go back and track my purchase, so low and behold I had to pay for two more gift cards. Very disappointed with this location as they sure are more than willing to take my money but will not compensate for the first two I purchased.

I ordered a Fathers Day cake over the phone. When I picked it up I noticed the cake flavor was wrong. I brought it to the attention of one of the unhappy workers there who told me my choices were to take it or leave it. She could not have cared less and she was rude to boot. I will never go back and I was stuck with a cake that was not what I ordered, wanted and was not good to boot.

Food was tasteless, even ice cream. No burgers, no fries, no chicken tenders. Bbq sandwich was advertised with onion and pickle. It was very plain. We also got a strawberry funnel cake. It tasted like old bread. Very disappointing!

Staff was RUDE! Promo for buy one blizzard, get one blizzard for.99 was what brought us in. It was 3pm in the afternoon and the cashier said the manager had just removed it from the register. .. why? In the middle of the afternoon would you do that? The promo should go through end of day close time, right? They lost my business, I wont be back to Dishonest Dairy Queen!

My parents stopped in for an ice cream after my Dad went for a bone scan to see if his cancer has spread. Needless to say, my parents were going through a lot. Craig didnt know any of this when he spotted 2 new customers and offered to buy them their ice cream. My Mom got so excited and said shed share the story at Bingo. When Craig learned they lived in a retirement community, he provided her enough coupons to share with all her friends. Its hard to beat this level of service! Thank you, Craig, for providing smiles to my parents during these difficult times.* Exciting update.. scans were clear! Lots more ice cream in Dads future! *

There seems to be a trend with the dark haired girl being nasty, as I had the pleasure (sarcasm) of dealing with her today. If you need to charge me extra to make my blizzard (you know, how they used to come, with actual product in the ice cream, not flecks of some substance)as requested, then do so, dont give me your rude, teenage attitude! Obviously the manager could care less as he gives you the form apology and the Ill have a talk with her line that clearly has never happened. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

Mooresville Dairy Queen have the nicest employees working there .I always enjoy going to this location, this location is more generous in serving size than other locations that I have been to.Also, I have ordered cakes at this location ( price is lower for smallest cake here (than other DQ locations) and the cake looks exactly like the picture in book!!!)This DQ ROCKS!!!!

Only reason I gave one star is because there is no lower.... I felt ashamed and humiliated the way the cashier made me feel...Kaitlin the cashier was rude and made me feel like my husband and I were not allowed to be there. I was in pjs mainly because I have the flu and needed something sweet.... well from now on my family and I as well as my friends will go somewhere else... I will not return to this Dairy Queen ever again!!!

I love DQ but this location was horrible. It took a while to get our food. My ice cream looked like it had 12 sprinkles on it. Every other DQ Ive been to its covered in sprinkles. The fries tasted like they were overdone and fried in old grease. Had the same problem with the chicken tenders

The little girl that works there took a break making my order while she changed the song and then came back out rapping and made both blizzards wrong. I asked why it looked so different and she told me that’s how it’s supposed to look. She’s awful. Go to the grocery store and save yourself a headache.

The There were 3 young ladies, the dark hair girl with the gauged ears and lip piercing was impatient while helping the one at the register. She was snapping at my husband while asking about his order.

My family would go here almoat every week during the summer. Unfortunately in the last 6-8 months this place has gone downhill.This location is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! Both behind the counter where the ice cream is made and where the customer seating is. Your feet stick to the floor when you walk in and there is visible filth everywhere. Some of the old employees who took pride in the place are no longer there. Employees who currently work there are disguting themselves with ice cream and stains all over their shirts. I have even seen them whipe their nose with their hand and then serve ice cream to people. Its absolutely disgusting. They must be paying off somebody to give them the health inspector cleanlyneas score they have.Until this place changes STAY AWAY
