Upon arrival to my unit I noticed all my belongings in my unit were covered in urine and feeces from some sort of rodent. I have emailed with no response I will be reporting them to the BBB as the only thing I was told was they could refund me for a month. That doesnt replace the belongings that were in my unit that I paid to store there.

Super friendly and amazingly affordable. Right off the bat I told them I am a teacher. They immediately offered assistance in choosing a storage unit closer to the door for ease of unloading. They also are aware of the back and forth that comes with teaching. Will be back summer after summer! Thank you Mooresville Self Storage!

The girls that work there are awesome. Keep the place very clean.and if we had a question they answered very fast. And in the office they have snacks and drinks and coffee for free..no one gives anything for free...and if you are a senior they give you a discount ...I would use them again and will recommen them.
