I absolutely love Hot Shots Espresso. My go to is a dirty chai or a pumpkin spice latte in the fall. I love how they have alternative milks and the staff is always so friendly.

Thank you to the wonderful lady at the drive thru this morning who took the time to have a conversation this morning! I hate going through a drive thru and having my food/drink thrown through the window, that definitely does not happen here! Also, I think I waited maybe 2 minutes for my coffee and that is a nice change from the 10 minutes I would have spent if I would have went across town! Thank you guys so much! I went to Hot Shots for the first time this morning, craving a frozen mocha. Not only was my drink delicious & served quickly, but I was especially impressed with the stellar customer service. The young man working the window warmly welcomed me with a smile & seemed to have a genuine enthusiasm for making sure every customer has a great experience. He was more than happy to answer my questions, take my order, and started a loyalty card for me - that I wouldnt have known about otherwise. I left feeling as if I were their most important customer.You definitely dont get this kind of experience (or drinks!) at Starbucks. I will absolutely going back soon!

For all the great reviews I couldnt wait to try this place out. Went with the kids, and none of us were pleased. The drinks were bland or incorrect. Got oreo for my youngest and it tasted like smores, my other child got one and it tasted like almond extract in cream it wasnt drinkable. The mocha had no coffee taste. My daughter got a Chai, which was probably the only decent one of the batch. Overall wish it had matched the hype everyone has given this place.

Hot Shots provides a mix of coffees and smoothies. Amazing products and fast service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they always greet you with a smile. I personally enjoy a Honey Lavender Late 💜 I will be back again and again! They have 3 size cups as well. Some places have just a small cup available. So that is definitely a plus!

The snickers mocha was the perfect temperature for drinking right away, and was excellently balanced in flavors. Would absolutely get it again, and we cant wait to try their other drinks!The owner is also very friendly and down to earth! He told us all about the story of the business while we waited for our drinks, and we cant help but to wish him success. We will definitely be making this place our go-to coffee shop from now on!

I love my coffee. Corey and the crew at Hot Shots answer my cravings. Hot in the morning, cold brew in the afternoon. They fuss to make it just the way you like it and its drive thru. I frequently arrive at their window and announce have no fear, Rich is here I hand them my punch card and after 10 visits I get a free one. Love the fact that Im supporting the little local guy as opposed to the big business chains. Stop by, theyll appreciate you and youll appreciate them.

Very nice people there were 4 of us. One mocha was ok but mostly milk the lattes were mostly milk hardly any coffee. Ordered sweet. The coffee was not sweet

The staff was very friendly and helpful!The entrance comes up quickly and it is easy to miss if you are coming around the corner, and its not easy to turn around if you miss it the first time. Just something to keep in mind if you visit.

This is my favorite place! My family comes 4 or 5 times a week and they have our orders down pat! I loveee this place because it’s one of the very few places I can get a delicious sugar free frappe!! It’s the BEST! And when I’m having a cheat day the ones with sugar are just as delicious! You also can’t beat the service. They’re always so nice and greet you with smiling faces.
