Definitely has improved from last time I came. Much more cleaner and better employees. I love how they try and make conversation with me. As a customer it makes us want to come back more.

I love visiting this Starbucks! Christina always greets me with a smile. When she makes my coffee it is always perfection.

Its hit or miss for me personally. Most drinks are underwhelming, but the food is above the McDonalds next door. Expect to shell out a fair bit of cash for everything on their menu and lower your expectations before you get it. The staff are always great though, even on dreary mornings.

Not only was the coffee delicious but the customer service provided by April was excellent.

Please train your employees before just putting them to drink making and/or behind the register. The staff shortage is way more acceptable than poorly or non trained staff. And if they have been adequately trained, maybe the training program needs some improvement.My shaken espresso with almond milk had no almond mill and instead of properly making my drink, they simply pour almond milk over what was already there. In addition to not having my egg bites ready. I almost walked out w out them and had to return back to the counter and ask for them. No more Ingles starbys for me

They put a notice’ away for 15 minutes ‘ and we had to wait for 1 hour. And we see the all the staff roaming around even after we ask it’s more than 15 minutes.

This was the absolute best experience I’ve had at Starbucks Andrea running at the drive thru was working so hard! And still made me feel like the most important customer. This will be my new Starbucks just for that reason! She was an absolute joy with a great bubbly personality!!I highly recommend this Starbucks

This Starbucks is located inside on Ingles. The staff is very unprofessional and loud. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because other than them never having whipped cream, the coffee is decent.

Lousy, lousy service. Three employees working.. only one making drinks. Customers having to wait too long for their drinks. I ran out of time, asked for refund twice and told them why. They just quoted me and looked at each other. I turned and left. Will never make a purchase at Starbucks again.

They were out of strawberries for pink drinks so asked if I wanted blackberries. I told them that was fine and still ended up with nothing in the drink 🙄

Product is generally acceptable all of the time. The service is questionable. When customers are lined up out the door, and employees are standing there with their arms crossed, something is wrong. 3 people in front of me, and 24 minutes for a Chai tea......pitiful.

Aside from that there’s always new people working here every time I go so they’re always clueless and confused. AND they won’t even give you points for your visit on the app at this location. It seems to be a common occurrence that they are out of Cold Brew and Nitro.... almost every time I go. Had to sub Iced Coffee with a shot of Espresso then add Honey Almond milk. Make it work.The new Kale Portobello Egg Bites... really good!!!!

I dont like Starbucks. Only reason was there was because my son stopped to get a coffee. They dont support the military. They say they do, but I was in Iraq when they refused to support us. They finally came over when they saw other coffee companies like Green Bean come over. I will support Green Been every day of the week. I got a one of their special drinks that my son wanted to get me. I forget thg he name of the drink, but it was displayed as the new Cream something. When I paid for the coffee the price was higher then advertised. I asked them why it was more and they said we charged for the cream. I said the drink comes with cream as it is advertised. They said right, but cream is extra. I said not if you advertise it as a cream drink. They told me sorry, but Starbucks charges extra. Will not go to any of them again.

Always clean. Employees are kind and courteous. Food Lion really needs to fix the problem of the coupons that I have chosen on my phone that are not linking to the site. Also coupons that are printed out by FL dont always read properly.

I didnt get the young mans name taking my order but he sure made my day better. He was bright, chipper, and all around pleasant. He also made up his own drink called the churro frappachino and it was delicious! That honestly should be a regular menu item and not just a special drink. We will definitely be back to this location.

I love this Starbucks. Its close to my house so if Im hankering for one well this is where I wanna go. Everyone that works here is super nice. And they know how to make what I want perfectly. So thanks to all here. If ya wanna coffee, tea, or hot coco stop by here and get some. :-)

Slow beyond slow. 4 Girls behind the counter, only two of them actually doing anything while the line extended well into the produce department.

There is never any consistency from this location. Just got a cappuccino and it was full of milk all the way to the top, so full it spilled out. I will be glad when the freestanding one opens across town and I will do my grocery shopping at Walmart.

The Starbucks inside Ingles needs better management or a workshop given to employees on Customer service. Ive waiting in line more times for nothing than I have for an item. They suck! Plain. And simple!!

I had to wait like a good 20min, and they were skipping me. I recommend this place for people who are not on a rush. Plus they are not very friendly.

Good as any other Starbucks, I guess, but “not a corporate store “ so I can’t use my rewards or get my birthday drink! The only option I have is to drive 50 miles; a little far for “free” cup of coffee. Starbucks should name these “non corporate “ stores Starbucks express or find some way for the trash not be misleading. Very disappointing.

About 70% of the employees make it very obvious that all customers are an inconvenience and act like theyd prefer to be anywhere rather than serving the customers. Because of this, customers often have to explain and clarify their orders and STILL dont get the drink they ordered the WAY they ordered it. I order the same drink every time and I am charged different prices, depending on who has rung me up. This would be comical if I was served the right beverage they way I ordered it, but to get the wrong drink at the prices Ive paid gets VERY old. On the rare occasion I an served by one of the 30% of great employees, I feel very lucky and have a great experience.

Located inside of Targets Department store. This Starbucks is essentially a walk-up ; serving the shoppers. I stop by nearly every time I come to this strip mall. Staff is quick and friendly. The bar is clean and tidy. The self service area is okay. The coffee is great and if you havent tried the lemon pound cake...go get one tomorrow! !! Wow! Love those things! Ask them to leave it in the celephane wrapping if you are not going to eat it right away. It will last a couple days if you have will power. Traveling? Ask if you can have one from the freezer. It will be ready whenever you are over the next few days. Helpful? How about a thumbs up? Thanks and try that lemon pound cake. I going to have to go to Hickory and get one after all this!

Cake pops are awesome! It would be more awsome if I could purchase them without having to watch the person waiting on me, ear with her mouth open while ringing up my order. The personalities on all of the employees seriously needs a customer service workshop. Im gonna start making my own cake pops. Ive complained before and nbody at Starbucks seems to care

Although ALWAYS packed because its the only one in town, all the employees are extremely helpful and pleasant. One time they made my drink with soy that was a little too clumpy for my taste, and they remade it and were so nice about it.

The main problem was their was a Pacific drink i wanted and they were out of strawberry supply but the person before us was able to get the strawberry drink but that has been happening quite often at my local Starbucks.

This Starbucks is located inside Ingles grocery store. I ordered two of the coconut vanilla lattes and was very happy with the product. The wait was not long and after I ordered, the person at the register attempted to up sale asking if I wanted a breakfast item. I told him no, but he went on to say that they had a special where you buy a breakfast item and get your coffee for free. He listed the items that were still available and I chose to get the spinach feta wrap. They wrap was fair in flavor, for a prepackaged microwaved product, but the coffee was amazing. Sipping on coffee while getting groceries always makes my shopping experience better.

I love their Peppermint Mocha frappucino. Its the best 😊

So the Starbucks in Morganton North Carolina the people that work in their are nice. The coffee is awful it has got worse and worse. However the worst part is trying to deal with your customer service after spending 30 minutes on the phone to try to get credit for the coffee we couldnt drink. After the awful customer service it really was it worth trying to get my $10 back Ill just start finding somewhere else to drink my coffee.

The Starbucks located in the Morganton Ingles as always had great customer service and my coffee was delivered to me in a nice and timely manner.

No functioning WiFi! I was told very flippantly that it is just hit or.miss that they have it. My sons class via Google Classroom was starting in minutes!!! Luckily there was a McDonalds within sight that had functioning WiFi for the four days we stayed at Lake James bit came into town for school.

Its inside Ingles so they cant use stars or gift cards but who cares...the people that work there are always awesome and always on point!!! I always order a cinnamon almond milk machiatto iced with an add shot...they make it yummy!!!

Starbucks is inside our Ingles Grocery Store in Carbon City, Morganton, NC. Great location. Quick service. Flavors galore. Cold & Hit drinks. Friendly service. We are so blessed to have them in this location.

Poor quality control. A caramel frappe requires you add coffee at some point. I didnt enjoy the drink. Maybe just an issue with proper training. I am not going back again.

I love coffee however, Starbucks is overpriced for their coffee! Even for just a simple frozen type coffee (coffee frappucino) which is $4-$5 for a medium. You can get a similar drink at McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts for a cheaper price. Sure, their drinks taste good and if your a member you can earns some points towards a free drink or food. Which means you have to purchase 10-12 things in order to get one thing for free!! Dont get me wrong, they make delicious drinks and I do enjoy them but on a rare occasion due to their pricing!

Went here recently only to be disgusted by the lack of costumer service and class worker Allison ferrel had. She was rude didnt care about my order at all and was on her phone the whole time. She is the reason I will never go to a Starbucks again. Shes petty and inconsiderate. Really sad.

There was a time when I could count on Starbucks customer service and quality of products...no matter where I traveled Starbucks was my first choice but, my last 2 visits to both locations in Hickory, NC have made me reconsider my position. It very sad.

Poor customer service, rude and condescending cashier didn’t listen to my question, just answered “yes”, then proceeded to do the opposite of what I wanted, and wanted more of my money to load my Starbucks card correctly. Se also failed to give me a receipt for the 1st transaction, knowing it would get her in trouble. The 2 baristas doing all the work were more friendly, tried to intervene & be helpful, but rude cashier wouldn’t allow it-even though she doesn’t know how to do her job. 2 baristas even shot her a look like “wow”. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with this cashier, but it WILL be the last. I’ve seen other customers have a hard time with her too. Stay away!

Starbucks has great coffee, but the ingles employees that make the drinks are extremely rude! Complaining when they gave me the wrong coffee which I was understanding over but wanted something I could drink after paying 5.00 then gave me the wrong drink again. Will not be going back.

I don’t leave negative reviews, but I’m done with this Starbucks. I order standard menu items, usually cold brew or a cappuccino. Most of the staff are rude, uncaring, indifferent, and don’t help each other (lazy). It really is bad. I’m tired of waiting 10 minutes for a drink, looking at other patrons, all of us staring at each other & the staff, wondering when they’ll produce a drink or bother to call our names that are written on the cups to avoid confusion. Often the wrong drinks are made, or some get theirs immediately while others wait FOREVER. It costs too much for the hassle; even with a gift card it’s ridiculous. Hickory & Asheville Outlets have much better stores! There are other places in Morganton such as The Grind!!

Its a good spot! Hate theres no drive thru or Id be there 2x a DAY but, at least Morganton has one. I hate that I cant order online or use my starbucks app here because its not a stand alone so, I dont come a lot. But, when they have their summer drink specials, I come.
