I’ve been a Verizon wireless user for the last 5-6 years and never once had an issue that they didn’t handle or take care of. Went today to have my jetpack activated and the manager Troy O’Neal went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy and satisfied. Highly recommend Verizon to all nice job!

Troy was literally the only one working the day we came in, and was able to get us completely set up while simultaneously helping a group of 5 customers. The absolute best experience we’ve ever had in a wireless shop. Hands down will have no problem with recommending Troy and this location to everyone we know.

Encountered an issue with my nieces cell phone who is college at WVU. Contacted the Verizon store and spoke to Matt who provided excellent service. Matt was patient, thoroughly reviewed my account and associated devices and not only resolved the issue by replacing the phone pursuant to the warranty and offered an apple watch as well. Further, he reduced my monthly account fee while adding additional services. My prior experiences with Verizon have been difficult and time consuming. Matt is outstanding and should train all Verizon representatives to provide quality service and excellent customer experience. Thanks Matt for being awesome.

We walked in and we taken care of in a timely manner. In addition, we were NOT talked down to or made to feel stupid. (This happens sometimes Unintentionally) Our sales rep explained everything completely and made sure all of our discounts were applied. I highly recommend this store!!!

I have had a great experience here on multiple dates. In particular, Devon was really helpful and explained all my options. He made upgrading my phone a hassle-free event and I will highly recommend this store to others! I really liked that he took the time to show me things but didnt keep me unnecessarily. I pre-ordered a phone with them. They put me on the wrong plan, did not process my trade-in and then told me they were unable to fix it. Since they dont handle their own orders and outsource it, when they completely screwed up my order, they acted like their hands were tied and they dont know how it happened.

I will never go to this Verizon store again. I walked in with my partner and told Mathew what I was looking for and he proceeded by acting as though I didnt exist. He would only acknowledge my partner and wouldnt even look at me. He would only answer his questions and tried selling me (or I guess my partner) phones that I didnt want. My partner repeated that I like Motorola phones and he continued to say that they are not any good to push us away from them. We went over to best buy and the young man there was extremely polite and helpful, I bought a phone that day from them.

Had a great experience at this Verizon location. Matt was the only associate in the afternoon and his professional manner and knowledge were so appreciated as he worked for two hours (!) to get my new phone fully activated and ready to use. He politely worked other customers in and answered the phone while he continued to trouble shoot with my phone and work around the several issues we had to getting it activated. I am so grateful! They barely acknowledged me when I walked in. When I asked for the specific phone I wanted they just tried to persuade into something else that I had no interest in. Come to find out it was because they didn’t even have the phone I wanted in stock.

We were met with patience and lots of ideas to help us with our specific needs. Tyler found us a great phone for my wife (iphone 11) and we upgraded our plan as well.I came back in the very next day and upgraded to the note 10+ because tyler found one for us. Helpful staff lack of options in-store but the only Verizon retailer for 50 miles/ Reply Verizon: I came in due to a SIM card issue with a device on non payment after being paid up. A team member helped me for nearly 3 hours sadly to no avail, the attempt is all that matters for this review though.

Best customer service I have experienced. I purchased a new phone, got home and it wasnt working. Called the manager of the store same day and he allowed me to switch out my phone for another one with no hassle. The phone was having the same issue and even though the store was at no fault for my phone issues they helped me resolve it until it was fixed. I will definitely be coming back to this store for all my phone and account needs.

Both my wife and I were Verizon customers in the past and were cautiously excited about switching back for the new unlimited plan.Our first interaction was with Austin and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and his honesty about the the pricing was refreshing. He was very friendly and understanding of our situation and he worked with us to explore all options available to make our experience as easy and straight forward as possible. We left without making a final decision based on a phone not being in Stock but was assured a new shipment was in route.The next day we came back to be greeted by Matt who was also very welcoming and knowledgeable. We still had questions about specifics of the unlimited plan and other ideas we had and concerns that we wanted addressed. Matt spent the time with us to problem solved through our concerns. We took up a good chunk of his time and unfortunately there was an incident with a very rude customer who did not like that we were informing ourselves with the help of Matt. Long story short we ended up getting the right phones we wanted and the right plan we wanted from Verizon that same evening. Our expectations were met and exceeded thanks to the help of Austin and Matt at the suncrest location.Thanks again fellas we look forward to doing business with the both of you again in the near future!

I went to Verizon today to switch to the new iPhone 7 because my 6 was broken. Shanice and Sarah helped me and they were so friendly! Its usually annoying having to go get a new phone and switch everything over but they did everything quickly and were super friendly! Amazing customer service :)

Charged us a reinstallation fee stating that our phones were shut off. Never were they shut off ever. We paid our bill on the 29th and got a reinstallation fee the next day. Wont even let us dispute the bill so now we get to pay an extra $100.

Cell phone stores have to be the most frustrating experience but the employees at this Verizon made this the easiest experience! Incredibly helpful and cheerful the entire time, even with two customers ahead of me with very difficult situations. Would 100% recommend to any phone user!!!
