This one has real lychee!! And has the hardening chocolate syrup... definitely a plus. The flavors are good too, had a good strawberry sorbet. It might be a little better with more tarty flavors rather than milky (after all, that’s why you go to a frozen yogurt place right?) but good for the basics and good toppings!

Friendly staff at the store.It has been a while since Ive visited a Yogurtland. Sanitizer, food service gloves provided for you to make your own cup.Mine had: strawberry, plain, pineapple sorbet, and mango tart.No toppings on mine. If you wanted toppings, the staff would have to add them for you.I read the recent reviews which were troubling. However, the store was nothing like I was expecting.Most of the machines were running, 1 empty spot. All 4 flavors that I tried were the same consistency and not icy.I think the froyo here doesnt look as nice in the cup because the dispenser doesnt have the star tips. So my froyo looks like tubes or blobs of color instead of pretty piped frosting.Store inside appeared to be clean, and you can eat outside at the tables.I would recommend if everyday was like todays visit.

That was officially the LAST time I go there.It was great when it first opened and management cared. Twice Ive gone and its been closed during business hours. The other handful of times, staff is rude and it is VERY dirty... floors, tables, machines, and topping bar. On this last visit, the rag in the pic fell on the ground, they picked it up, cleaned the machine handles with it, then just put it on a table and left it. Under the table is the residual mop water. BARF.Service sits on a chair behind the register and does nothing. Worse issue is the yogurt. Either their variety is non-existent or the consistency is BAD. Like sorbet/ slushie bad. Originally, and you will find in other stores, its creamy and smooth. This is just gross, or resembles feces. Ive complained to management and left voicemails and nothing.Go to Palo Alto, Cupertino, or Milpitas because this one is awful!

Strawberries were ripe & fresh. Service was friendly. But the yogurt was so bad.. texture was really off—probably the worst yogurtland experience I’ve ever had! The texture was dense and almost icy for all the flavors I got. Very disappointing. We trashed it halfway through :’( will make the drive down to Cupertino.

I had a very positive experience at Yogurtland! Their worker Eric nicely answered all my questions and made sure I got the yogurt Id like.

My review is solely for the lack of non dairy options. I had read some reviews that said there were many and when we went we only found rocket flavor. Dont go here if you are vegan

Great variety of frozen yogurt, but very messy and uncleaned place! Tables with melted ice cream, papers, hot fudge.

I dont know whats going on with this Yogurtland location - half the machines not working, those that are have icy flavors (not Yogurtland quality) and theyre out of all the fruit toppings. And its Friday afternoon - prime time. Hope they can turn it around.

Best service along Bay Area locations and not crowded. The parking lot is crowded though at times.

Arrived well before the 8 pm close time, waited outside because of covid. Guy saw us at the door waiting, we wait another 5 minutes thinking its almost 8, why isnt he coming to open the door?. We knock and he looks at us again and just dismisses us. Love the company, very poor service and communication. No decency to come outside to the door and tell us we closed early tonigh... no nothing. These are the details that drive people away from a businesses. Taking ourselves elsewhere. Hope a manager will talk with the gentleman working tonight. Emplore your team to provide customer service, communicate.. closing early.. no big deal in the grand scheme.. this was just poor all around.

I have always visited this Yogurtland since last 3 years and was always happy with the taste of the Yogurt-Icecream. Somehow post COVID, the taste of Yogurt/Ice-Cream has degraded. The Dutch choclate Yogurt tasted like Hersheys choclate syrup. Also, this is the only Yogurtland that has Choclate Shell; somehow post COVID, the chocolate shell just taste like caramel with no dark choclate taste.I would have given 0 stars. But because of very good customer service people working here, I gave 2 stars.

It was kind of empty, but the soft serve was pretty good. I like how theres always different flavors. The room was tidy and clean. Id go there again.

Awful experience. Went in with my boyfriend at around 8pm on Friday 12/6/2019. The place was a complete mess and there were no employees to be seen. Floors were dirty, trash cans were overflowing, and the toppings area was disgusting. My boyfriend needed to use the bathroom and needed a key. He had to almost go behind the counter to get the attention of the two employees sitting in the back, as not even yelling got their attention. The employees were playing music or watching something on their phones in the back room. When we did get their attention, a woman walked out, not in any sort of uniform (she had a jacket on so maybe the uniform was under that I dont know). She didnt say hello, just stared at us. We asked for the restroom key, and she started looking for it and seemed to not know where it was. She went back into the back room without saying a word. We left without getting anything and without my boyfriend being able to use the restroom. The seating area was so gross I dont think I wanted to eat anything there anyway.

A small shop. Limited seats. Very tasty. Tastes like an ice cream. So yummy and loved it. Different flavors and toppings. Free samples for taste. Best service. I loved the flavors of coconut.

This used to be a good place with delicious yogurt and great service. But lately the service went down and got somewhat rude and the staff doesnt take care of the machines so they are often not clean.The yogurt still tastes great though.

My favorite part is that you can get your own free samples without someone doing it for you. And then you pick whatever you want in yours. They have a rewards program which is good only if you go more than one a month ago they dont expire.

I was very dissappointed with my visit. The seating area was very messy. The trash cans were overflowing and some of the discarded cups had melted froyo dripping out of it onto the floor. The chairs and tables were fairly dirty as well. The collection of toppings was limited. I dont plan on visiting this location again.

Every table was dirty, trash was overflowing and scattered on the floor, all 3 employees hiding in the back and had to be called out by each new customer over and over.I understand things get busy sometimes, but with a team of 3, and obvious opportunities, at least the tables should be wiped clean.

Forget Pinkberry! I absolutely love Yogurtland. Their flavors are amazing. You will not miss ice cream at all. I have never liked frozen yogurt. I find Pinkberry to be the most disappointing of all the different franchises. Their product is the least flavorful and unsweet. Once you try Yogurtlands flavors you will find them to be soul satisfying.

Pros:- no one is standing there monitoring you while you get samples, so you are free to try as many samples as you want- they always keep a few staple flavors around (plain, vanilla, cheesecake) but they actually have recently been getting a lot of interesting flavors on a short rotation (pistachio, toasted coconut, Marion Berry pie, etc)Cons:- toppings are very variable in quality and availability (ex: a lot of times that I went there wasnt fresh fruit)overall: pretty nice to just drop by and get some froyo. despite the cons I still highly recommend because its not very strictly regulated so its very easy to choose the exact flavors you want with no time or social pressure.

A bit pricey, decent selection though not always well stocked with add ons/ fruits. Nice people working here, a couple tables outside in case you have a pet.

Its a nice place for yogurt ice cream. You can choose your cup size fill in the amount of ice cream and the favor of ice creams that you want, top it up with your favorite toppings. Then the person at the counter weighs it and you pay. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The ice cream flavors keep changing so they try to keep it interesting. The ice cream Costs almost dollar an ounce in weight. Its in a center where there is Starbucks and panda express and Panera bread bagel Street Cafe Chipotle...

Usually have a good selection of flavors and toppings. However, they never have hand sanitizer. Contamination is a huge fear.

I really like the tart yogurts here. I always top with blackberries, mochi and lychee fruit. Yogurtland can serve up yogurt American style like my kids like or Japanese still like I prefer.

Lots of different flavors to choose from, so there is something for everyone. Tons of toppings! No alternative milk or sugar free options during our visits.

Machines are sometimes broken or making yogurt on the watery side; low fruit selection. However, location next to Panda Express is convenient and parking is easy. Staff are friendly enough.

The yogurt here was very good and had an excellent creamy texture. There are many flavors and you can take sample cups near the cashier to try before you buy. There are also many toppings options. The price is relatively fair and you can sit and eat there or get a lid and take away.

Good yoghurt including both the basics (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry ..) and fun flavors that change every few weeks. They have excellent hot fudge and chocolate shell as well.

Nice froyo place, many different and interesting flavors that change with the seasons. Very big assortment of toppings and several tables to sit at, both indoors and outside.

Best Froyo store in town, great options with multiple toppings including fresh fruits although a lot of them seems canned. You can mix and match and try some samples in the mini cup to try the new flavors.

This place is usually a mess, the design caps (for the classic frozen yogurt shape) are never on and with machines are being cleaned in the middle of the day, you cant get anything. Some people there also make you uncomfortable when conversing with them.

This place is always in shabby condition. Every time I come, the owner has raised prices. I dont understand why with prices going up and up thats the cleanliness of the establishment and the operation of the machines cant be at peak.

Nothing like some good ol ice cream disguised as yogurt 🙃
