Great store. The manager Phil was especially kind and helped me find a product that I had been having trouble finding across multiple staples stores due to the ongoing shortages. He really went above and beyond to help me when he definitely didn’t have to do that. I appreciate it so much.

Not only did I feel incredibly safe in here - they had barriers up to ensure six-foot distancing from cashiers, there was very prominent signage about how to wear masks - but every employee had such a good vibe?? Like when they asked if I needed anything it felt like a conversation with real people, not like a bland corporate mandate. 11/10 would hold my next birthday party here

The mask mandates are lifted by the government. Businesses that serve the public should not have more ability to require them than the govt does. I will not shop at Staples again.

Its nice to have a Staples store in Muncie, conveniently located off McGalliard Road and Wheeling Avenue in the Northwest Plaza Shopping Center. Staples carries a variety of office supplies - as well as computers, printers and other electronic devices - for business and personal use.

Went in to the store Monday morning to purchase a Wi-Fi Card for a desk top tower and was toId by a male clerk that the store had sold out all they had in stock. I then proceeded to ask for a Wi-Fi adapter and he said sorry also out of stock. He then told me that that store had them on order and that they would arrive on the store supply truck on Wensday. I call and and find out that the truck has come in and I wait until 4:45pm to go . They tell me that it takes 2 days to unload the truck and check it in. 3 clerks I spoke with and not one of them said nothing about not being able to pick one up on Wensday. A team of employees was just standing around doing nothing.

Always helpful and always have my prints ready. I email floor and decor plans to them quite often. I walk in the Store head directly to the counter. Always have my prints ready. If their is a line Jake will see me and hand me my prints so that I can check out up front. Excellent service all the way around. Definately rates 5 stars

Im addicted to office supplies and craft supplies so this is one of my favorite places to visit!! I do watch for sales though... otherwise Id always be broke! They usually do have great sales! And they have a printer ink program thats pretty nice!!

Great...make sure you take your phone in and have them price match every item! I saved some big money tonight! Install bar code reader and they will match lowest price!

At a 1.69 a page, faxing is crazy expensive, especially if they are providing people with a relic to work with that you have to hassle with because it wont feed the papers correctly. Staff will not assist you either. I left an hour later, 46.00 dollars poorer and no assurance that the papers will even be readable on the other end.

Way better than the average office store! I have always had great experiences at Staples in Muncie. The Staff are happy and eager to help. The special attention they lavish on customers who need help when I need something I cannot find is amazing. There is always someone to help who is knowledgeable, and the staff is excellent when it comes to requests for copy services, UPS shipping, and answering general questions about office products, computer peripherals, and computer software and services. This is the best place in Muncie for these kinds of services. The staff is well trained, and the store has an unusually competent and experienced manager who is innovative and available.
