I really like this store, this is one of my favorite Dollar Trees to go to. They have a lot of nice things for a dollar, so I walk out with something just about all the time. The staff is very friendly and helpful too!!!

I am a long time fan of Dollar Tree. It,s really amazing the items you find. But you really need to be sure to take your time. Excellent for cards, party items, seasonal decorations, candy even grocery items.

I was in the checking out today, and the cashier was being extremely rude to the very elderly lady in front of me. She was verbally aggresive and the poor woman was only trying to get her groceries. Ive honestly never seen such terrible customer service.

They have so much for Christmas! For $1! I went in to look at what I could find for decorations, and ended up spending $48.00! Thats 48 items! Candy, food, all sorts of decor and the check out lady was a hoot! We really enjoyed our visit here. Its a happy store.

This is a pretty good dollar store! I come here quite often. The associates are always great! Only complaint is open more registers when busy! It would make customers with small transactions much happier!

Great place to shop. I was greeted at the checkout and ask if I found everything okay. Also, the cashier was sincere and enjoyed their job.

You can get a lot of fun and useful things for $1 here. Items vary in quality, so check before purchase. There are some really good deals on food, but some food items can be purchased for less at a grocery store. Dollar Tree is especially great for purchasing greeting cards, party supplies, and seasonal decorative items for the home.

Never Really Have Anything On Shelves . Store is Clean usually, Boxes always sitting with product in them .

I posted a review about this store about a year ago (2 stars given). I recently went into this store again, and realized I needed to update my new thoughts about the Northwest Plaza Dollar Tree in Muncie.They have really stepped up there game! The section of items has changed in the past year and all the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Im not sure what changed but way to go Dollar Tree for making the changes! This store received 2 Stars a year ago and now I give them 5 stars

The Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores to find inexpensive items I need for my crafts, cards and holiday decorations. The employees of the Muncie, IN location are always friendly and helpful.

Staff was super busy with BSU students moving back in and they were still very friendly and helpful. Hardly a wait in the checkout line either. I would recommend this Dollar Tree to anyone!

Its a real good store and employees are really nice.

Rude short white lady with 1970s hair acts like it’s pain to do her job she can’t give you any change, or a big bag for large items. I asked for a trash and she no we can’t do that with an attitude!!! Then she was acting snippy bc the card reader wasn’t working. I will not spend my money again if she’s the cashier. She had zero customer service!

Popular nationwide dollar-store-type general retailer, this location on Muncies north side in Northwest Plaza Shopping Center.

Isles are usually littered with random boxes. Shelfs are usually a gigantic mess. Seems like there never enough cashiers. Other than that its a dollar store and I generally find what I need when Im in need of a one time use item.
