Very poor customer service across the team. I wish there was another location closer. I’m strongly considering going to one in a different city.

Excellent service. Entire store had only one employee and he was on top of everything. I came to use self-service fax and copier, he asked me multiple times if I needed any help. I highly recommend this store.

I moved to California and have my sister shipping items to me. She took my things to this FedEx location and was helped by FedEx associate, Vince, on 8/3/2019 around 2:30pm. I need my computer workstation packaged and I guess after my sister told him how much she has to spend, Vince said I have to package all the items first and weigh before I can give you the price ... if you change your mind I have to unpackage everything. I believe its highly unecessary for Vince to say he has to unpackage everything because not only would that waist time, but I would want to pay FedEx for packaging if I decide to ship somewhere else. Vince came off rude when he told that to my sister, and both of us are very unhappy with that remark.

Absolutely horrible business. I went in to use the self serve computers to print off a document. The computer wouldn’t take my credit card, the red headed man working was absolutely useless. He refused to let me just buy the prepaid fedex card. He was very rude and short. I’ll never ever go there for anything ever again. FYI Stamples offers the same services and the people working there are so much more helpful and kind. Save yourself hassle, time and rude service and go to Staples.

Wow would be nice if there was a sign letting you know downloads were not allowed on the RENTAL computers that you pay .35 cents a minute for. Wasted $24 and they also only take cash for a FedEx card!!!! Waste of my time and money!!! And the others are correct not the best customer service from the employees!!!!! Go else where, save yourself the frustration!!!

This is not a nice store to visit. Employees dont seem to care about you nor do they seem to know there job at all. To ask them a simple question seems like you are bothering them. I go to this office because it is on my way to work but I always leave there saying to myself Im not going to go back.

Not the best for international shipments. Twice now Ive had boxes shipped back to me for not including the correct paperwork, not having paperwork filled out correctly, missing necessary invoices, etc.

Said files I made myself, were copyrighted and they wouldnt print them. What? Oh well, back to Staples, its cheaper anyways...

Always professional always courteous

Not a friendly place... Employees are extremely slow, and often unhelpful.Ive tried calling there many times - the phone just rings and rings, and no one ever picks up!
