They refused to return my Zappos order here.I packed 6 pairs of shoes in one box. They were from 3 separate orders. This UPS store said we could not pack the separate orders in one box. WRONG! You can put items from different orders in one box, put any one of the labels on the outside of the box, and put all of the other labels inside the box. Zappos will process them all with the labels inside the box when they receive them.I am a veteran Zappos customer of many years. I know the policies. Its on the website, and I called to verify after this happened.I understand if an employee doesnt know, but instead of checking, he just said they couldnt do it, and so did the employee I called to complain to.Wasted trip, waste of my husbands lunch hour, waste of my time. This happened on Tuesday, August 3rd about 12:30, and the employee I called to complain to was working about 7:40. He was quick to make sure I knew they were about to close.
Walked in an the most pungent an rotten smell came quickly through my mask…smelled like someone left something perishable out but anyways the kid who helped seemed like he didn’t want to be there an just kind of mumbled to me after I gave him the package. This location seems like it needs some work by the reviews but that was my experience today at this location.
I have been using this access point to ship old navy orders to me for months. Never any issue. Most people know who i am. I usually say my name show my ID & Im out the door. Today the man was extremely rude. Was talking about refusing to give me my package bc he said the label had to match my address on my ID. I dont live at the UPS store so there is no way that my ID would match the access location.i had to hunt around for the tracking number on the old navy website when the pickup email clearly states show this email to pickup your package.
They didn’t seem to know how to help me as a customer. I had to mention to them that I’m hearing all problems and no solutions on my Amazon return I was trying to ship in the same exact wrapping I received it in. It was more weird than rude.
It was easy since I already had my label printed out. But before I left I asked them to put a fragile sticker on there so nothing got broken. The package made it to my family without a sticker and the whole thing was broken. I most likely will not be using ups when it comes down to fragile things that I ship. They didnt even bother refunding me or reinburshing me for the broken items that they broke.
Has anyone received their package on a Saturday???? I’m expecting mine this Saturday and I’m hoping they deliver it asap!!!!!!
Just had my passport application DENIED owing to the lousy passport photos they did for me.
They picked up, packed and shipped my stuff purchased remotely, from just a phone call. Very well packed sensitive instruments, and decent price overall. Very helpful.
My experience at this UPS store was amazing the supervisor and her team Staff are amazing!! Love SisterFefe
Very Busy Store, all staff try very hard to make experience quick and painless. Even when customers are lined up to the door, no one stands in line more than 10 minutes. People in Muncie are lucky to have a shipping convenience as this.
Always friendly and delivery times accurate.
I went in during the afternoon to have a document notarized. The initial transaction was completed efficiently. While there I mentioned that I would need additional forms notarized with my husband later in the evening and asked how long they would be available. They said they would be open until 7. When I came back just after 6 and asked for the notary the rude gal said they didnt have one. I explained that I had been in earlier and had specifically asked and that the website says they offer these services. She shrugged and said no they usually go home by 5 and to just come back another time during the day. When my husband explained that he worked and couldnt get there during the day she didnt seem to care. I asked if she knew anywhere else that might have a notary after 5 she rudely said no. ( Good customer service would be to help your customer find an alternative for a service you advertise but cant provide).I expressed that perhaps she could tell her manager that it is misleading to advertise on line a service that is only available during certain hours. She said...YOU can call him. I again said I am asking for you to just pass along my comment. She again responded with You can call him and talk to him yourself. In a service based industry the least she could have done is apologize for the inconvenience, and agreed to bring my comment to the manager, or offer to take my name and have him call me.To the management please insure that you update the listing time of your services and respond correctly when asked about availability.
I went in to see how much it would cost to ship a package and was quoted $25 for 3-day shipping (really 4 days, because it would be dropped off on Monday, shipped Tuesday, and delivered Thursday). I let the woman helping me know that I would be going somewhere else to look for a better price and she got rather snarky with me. She said something to the effect of You wont find a better price. I went to FedEx directly after this interaction and for the exact same package they charged me $15 for 2-day shipping (dropped off Monday, delivered Wednesday). I would like to see this UPS store have more competitive prices and polite employees.
I wont be using the UPS store again. I found out the hard way that they add insane fees to their online prices for shipping. Not to mention, they tried to convince me the packaging way inadequate for the value, despite being in the original box, and wanted $15 for the box and packaging. My advice is to do it all yourself, print a label out,and drop your stuff off. You cant even complain because their feedback website is broken. This is pathetic.
I have been to the Muncie UPS store on several occasions to have my printing needs met. Everything from large print jobs, to brochures. The staff has always been friendly and on time with my printing projects. I highly recommend the Muncie location. Fast and friendly!
Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Showed up at. 650 (before closing) and was treated by Andrew as though I had showed up at 715. I needed him to make a box and instead of helping me he argued about making the box and expressed he didnt want to make the box so close to closing and for me to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately tomorrow didnt work for me and had he just made the box without arguing with me and trying to talk me out of it, the box could have been made before his shift ended at 7. Clearing not an expert in customer service. He quickly slapped together a box, clearly frustrated, then threw me a roll of tape and charged me $30!! What a rip off. Had he not argued with me about coming in so close to closing, he could have taken the time to make the box the right way and at the least be courteous for a customer spending $30 on a stupid box!!! The whole point in being in customer service is to SERVE THE CUSTOMER! Fire ANDREW.
They do everything here. In addition to the UPS side of things, they also ship USPS and accept USPS packages! No more needing to go to the post office if this is close to your house. The people have been super helpful. The guy let me know of their services, and that they sell stamps...but didnt tell me their high cost.I would give this place 5 stars, except they upcharge their stamps by 6¢ a piece! Unless youre in a pinch, DO NOT buy stamps here. Also, their boxes and shipping supplies is grossly overpriced. Again - its cheaper at many other places. But, weve all got to make a profit, and thats how they want to do it.
I ship lots of things out of here and Ive never had one problem. Go in well before close and be polite, and youll have no issues. I usually go in there with no idea of anything other than where my object is going. They take care of measuring, giving me price ranges to ship (some not even through UPS) and package most of my products. Never had one thing come up missing or broken, accidents happen though, luckily for me not yet.
Nick was extremely helpful in arranging the notrization and shipment of documents. Great communication and extreme professionalism.
I go here about once a week to send out very fragile material and ANDREW always treats me with the utmost respect and I have never had one shipping problem because of how great ANDREW is. I call to make sure hes working before I even go in. To get good customer service you have to be a good customer, so come before the last ten minutes of his shift and experience what being a good customer is like at this awesome location. he even taught me how to package glass correctly. Andrew is a perfect employee.PATRICK LONG, I highly doubt you graduated with a degree in customer service, like I did. so please. dont go to restaurants. dont go to Europe, and please stop writing reviews. your opinion is atrociously uneducated

Convenient, fast service for all of your UPS shipping needs. The store has knowledgeable employees who can help with packing and selecting the right shipment mode.
Tried to talk to a guy working there today, had a Rewind Recoil Starter for my lawn mower. I was trying to return it, he asked “is that fabric” I said no it’s metal. I ended up leaving as he seemed to be under the influence of something. Other customers left upset as well!
I recently shipped a pocket watch and had them package it to. They failed to package it correctly and lost my merchandise. Now when i try and call the store to get answers they dont answer. Had to go to corporate and all they can tell me is theyll file a claim. But the store that wont answer there phone has to tell me any other info. Pretty much giving me the run around. I plan to go in theyre today if they do not call before 6pm. If you want a place that communicates and its truthful go to fedex/kinkos. Also ups claims ups stores having nothing to do with them?!?
Every. Single. Morning. They open late!
Could not get an actual person on the phone
DONT GO HERE. THE EMPLOYES DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT/DOING. I was simply trying to return textbooks to Amazon and to do so you need to SCAN EVERY BAR CODE for each book. This man refused to scan all my bar codes saying he couldnt and that wasnt how it worked. Yet last year the nice lady who helped me (who wasnt there) did just that. This man said he would not scan all the tags since they were going to the same place and had the audacity to tell me it would be okay. Even after I told him last time the lady had no problem to scan them all since thats the ONLY way for Amazon to know the books are on their way back. Amazon charged me for the books I already returned since the man wanted to act like he knew what he was doing and NOT DO HIS JOB and scan them like the tags say to do. I now have to go out of way to call Amazon and my bank. Using fedex from now on. This stores employess are jokes and will probably mess up your packages. And make the process of mailing something more stressful than it should be.
Why wont you answer your phone?? Right now!!!
Good quick service.
Wish they were OPEN on Sundays
