Jim and Jordan and the guys at Ivanhoe Automotive are the best. Quality work is explained to non-car people (me) very clearly and honestly. They let me know all my options on what needed to be done, and worked very quickly to complete it. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Have yet to have a poor expirence working with the guys over there. Always prompt when getting back to me thing any issues they found, as well as the actual repairs themselves. My 08 truck went from a town driver to me being able to travel to AZ with no issues. Id highly recommend using them, and another plus is they offer towing If you cant drive your vehicle to them.

This quite literally is the first time I’ve ever left a review, and these guys deserve every bit of the 5 stars. We rented a uHaul for the bulk move down to NC, and Jordan was super helpful through the whole process. After we picked up the truck, he went out of his way to get us a discounted rate which saved a significant amount of money, he gave us the good news once we dropped off the truck.Total class act and top notch business, will definitely be using them for the final move down.

Jordan is pretty straightforward in giving you an estimate. They fix my car under chassis noise quick and efficiently. Highly recommended for basic car repairs.

I have to escalate this matter to a supervisor. The employee(Dave) if thats his real name was so unprofessional. For my own car safety I started filming how he was doing his job. He said if I did not stop recording he was not picking up my car. Then he just walked away. I can’t believe M & N towing have this type of employee working for them.

Excellent customer service! We reserved a truck with Budget Truck Rental to move on the weekend and showed up to pick-up the truck and there wasnt one there. After an hour with their customer service, we got nowhere. We tried the U-Haul dealership here and Jordan Maher was extremely helpful. Even though he didnt have the truck, he made a call to a close dealership, gave us a rebate, and took care of us, even though it wasnt his problem. He genuinely cared about us as customers. I did not appreciate the young gentleman behind the counter, he was very racist against to my race, and dealing with him was not pleasant, rude, eating while talking to me, and on his phone always...., rest of the staff was very helpful and wonderful to deal with, they helped me out with my vehicle issues. I recommend talking with someone else not the young man that works the counter, happy with the garage services, but not with the one employee though.....

I had to call Ivanhoe when my car died. I realized that I ran out of gas. Yeah, embarrassing! I was pulling out of a driveway so, my car literally died in the middle of the road. I spoke with Jordan who came promptly to my aid. He gave my car gas and made sure I got to the gas station. Jordan was awesome!

Jordan has never failed to identify the problem, quote a good price, and fit the car in as soon as possible.If something starts acting up and you have no idea what it is, go to Ivanhoe Auto, they’ll take good care of you.

After receiving a $1,000 full brake job estimate from a Libertyville Firestone Ill never visit again I went to Ivanhoe Automotive on a referral. Not only did they repair my brakes for $400 less, they resurfaced the front rotors and said theyd replace them if they ever warped and would only charge for the parts. The Libertyville Firestone quoted pads, rotors, and rear calipers and all Ivanhoe did was rear rotors, and front and rear pads because thats all that was needed. Good honest people Id highly recommend. Thanks.

I had two vehicles that I had work done at Ivanhoe. The first one I had Ivanhoe did the the brakes. They put new fittings in the brake lines to the master cylinder. I lost my brakes just as I got off the highway. Thank god I did not get into an accident. I open the hood and the brake fluid poured out of the new fittings that were done.The second vehicle I had a bunch of work done to it. I picked the vehicle up and the grill was missing. Ivanhoe ended up zip tieing the grill back on. They were suppose to replace all the seals. Oil leaks from each seal. The cam pulley popped off while driving. Ivanhoe has no idea what theyre doing.
