Our home had a loft overlooking our living room. We wanted to make 2 new bedrooms out of the loft and that open space. Tim and his team were the only contractors that knew how to do it and how to get the permits approved by the village.It turned out beautifully. And that was in 2008. It is still solid. I highly recommend them.

Tim has designed and completed several projects for us over the past few years including a kitchen, bathroom, and a challenging 3-season room that no other contractors wanted to tackle. He combines both creative and construction skills which consistently results in both a quality product and value added to our home. His kind manner and honest values always make the experience a pleasure.
