Jimmy Wood was very friendly, laid back, not pushy at all. He even took time to notice our older vehicle had low tire pressure and made sure to have his guys fill up the tires before we drove away. He was up front and thorough going through all the paperwork for our new vehicle. I appreciated his service and would definitely shop for a vehicle there again.

Had the displeasure of buying a what I thought would be a dependable vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealer only to have my transmission fail within 2wks of me buying the vehicle. Had the truck towed back to them only for them to have it for 2 weeks then tell me it’s gonna cost $5400 to fix. I’ll never buy a vehicle from them or anyone affiliated to them again. Never offered a warranty so if you still choose to shop with them you best find a way to get one BECAUSE YOU’LL NEED IT!

***LEMON CARS***Do NOT buy here!!! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I paid $30,000 CASH in July 2021 for a Jeep that broke down THREE DAYS later throwing four different dash lights. I was told by Misty to take it to a certified Jeep dealership and they would cover the cost of any repairs WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED, and the Jeep still is not fixed! Took it to yet another dealership and they are saying it’s been in an accident and the rear panel is messed up as well. We have driven the Jeep a total of 7 days out of the three months that we have had it. Every time we call Broadway Motors it’s another excuse. 0/100 experience and I strongly advise you to NOT BUY HERE, EVER! Take your well earned money else where.

We just bought a Mini Cooper from them today and it was a great experience. We live 200 miles away and Jimmy was very helpful. When I asked him if he could do a live video test drive for us he didnt even hesitate. The communication was excellent and we were more than happy to drive the 200 miles to buy from them. We were able to walk in and out with the keys in about 45 minutes, and that included our personnel test drive. I would definatly recommend them.

I called Jimmy because I live out of state and he explained everything about the car to me and walked me through the finance process. I remember thinking on my drive to TN to get the car that I hoped it was as good as he described.....it turns out it was way better! It looked great inside and out. I bought it and drove it the 2 hour drive home with no problems at all. I took it to the dealer when I got home and had it checked out. They told me they don’t get to say this very often with used cars but it checked out perfectly. All it needed was an alignment. I have that set up for next week. When you come to Broadway Motors on Broad Street, you will get the sense of family, not just a car/repair shop. Misty, is really sweet and very helpful in any questions! Most dealerships that Ive been to, as soon as I step onto their lot, Ive felt like I was being swarmed by buzzards, not here though. The first time I came here, they had the vehicle I traded in at another place and I needed to get something out of my previous vehicle, I already had my Im not interested line ready, but I was shocked that I didnt need to use the line. As I sat in my vehicle for about 5 mins, expecting to see a sales person pacing back and forth around my truck, I decided to go into the office, where I was greeted warmly by Misty. I told her who I was and what I was needing. She was quick to help and not make me wait.If more places had people like they have at Broadway Motors, some people wouldnt be hesitant going to dealerships to buy vehicles instead of buying from vending machines 😁

Jimmy is awesome and a great person and see our selfs going back in the far far future ! But the car has had issues the wheelbaring is bad/ the light is badly cracked and has stopped working, the halo light gone and within 2 days of using the car the light stopped working which is costing us a pretty pennie. A little bit was taken off of the price of the car but the cost of issues we r having has far exceeded what was take off of the price . it was stated that the master tech checked the car ..dont agree with it and think that a better price deductible should of been in place but in all happy .Just having issues

Today my husband and I bought a Sentra for our soon to be 16 year old. We received wonderful service and got a great great deal. Will be using them for the rest of the kiddos.Well... My original review was five stars, they made us feel like they cared and that they were trustworthy. Fast forward two months and we are still waiting on a part they promised they would replace. They even signed an agreement stating that they would replace it. However, it has not been replaced, every time my husband calls he gets the run around. They promise they will return his calls, NOTHING! As I mentioned in my initial review, we have other children and were planning on using Broadway Motors for them as well, seeing how they conduct business that is no longer the case, which is sad because they couldnt follow through on a simple promise we will no longer be doing business with them.In response to your question, yes that is what I am referring to. Funny thing is if it was accidentally returned, why have you not ordered another one to honor the promise that we both signed? Thats fine, the mirror is $40 bucks, its not about the money to us it is about the fact that you said you were going to fix it and you simply didnt. We have still not received a return call from you and we bought the car in April. Thanks for letting us down repeatedly.

Salesperson was very rude! He walked off while I was still speaking to him regarding a jeep! I was planning to purchase for cash! I was asking if there is any discounts for paying cash also it had over $1500 of repairs needed! I was going to purchase any ways because it was as-is! He was so Rude it was unbelievable! I went to another carlot and purchase the same make and model without repairs!

I love ❤️ my work truck. I have had it for almost two months. I made it into an ice cream truck. It has two freezers, a drink cooler, we added a power inverter, a service window, and back 🔊 speakers. We drove from Alabama for what we wanted. It was easy to test drive, finance and take home. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Got my son a new (to him) 2012 Mazda 3. We found the car on CarGurus and made the deal over email and phone since we are 3 hours away. Bought my Ford Ranger here. They were very nice and open to let me inspect everything, they let me use a paper towel to check the transmission fluid and oil. They told me the tires were half tread, and that it needed new breaks. They offered do both the tires and brakes there, but I ended up getting a little bit knocked off the price. Very satisfied with my experience here. Great price too, couldnt find any other Ranger with such low miles at such a great price.

I looked everywhere for the exact vehicle I wanted (I was in a bad wreck that totaled my other car) and although I dont have my heated seats I was very happy with my purchase and the attention I received by Leo and the Owner. They seemed very honest and very hard workers. In fact the owner was very kind. I paid cash for my vehicle and I didnt give up on telling them the price I wanted to spend and they worked with me and that made me very grateful. I made my purchase I believe in April of 2016 and I am still happy with it. This is a used vehicle and I have had to make a couple minor repairs... and the passenger door handle has been a pain throughout this year (it gets stuck and needs to be replaced) but that is to be expected with a 15 year old car... and as the buyer it is your responsibility to make sure you visit several times and check around and even get the vehicle checked out by someone you know and trust before making a purchase and thats from anywhere you go! My Lexus RX has low miles and was taken very good care of. The vehicle looked brand new inside and everything besides the handle functions and works as it should. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase again from this Lot and had a very good experience with the Owner and with Leo.

Came all the from good old Alabama, they described the vehicle on the phone and it was the same in person. Great and best finance in the south.They gave me free warranty and my truck and jeep that i purchased from them are still like new condition. breaks and oil changes is the only thing i done.

Long story short---I came from out of town looking to get a vehicle in Nashville that turned out to be a joke, just see my other review. I ended up here after seeing a truck online. Found a truck with everything I wanted. I purchased it was followed to the airport then brought back to my truck. 30 miles up the road the wheel bearing went out. A lot of people buying a car with no warranty would have been screwed but they stepped up and did what a reputable dealership does; they fixed the problem, paid my tow bill, went ahead and took care of the passenger side for me as well, so that headache wouldnt be looming as I was headed to Colorado. I cant say enough about this dealership and what they did to help at this point in my life. If ever back in the area they have my business for life!! Ty

Do not go here unless you want to be overcharged by about 3k. I was looking at one of their vehicles, a 00 Nissan Frontier with 110k miles on it. They were asking 8500 for it. I drove it and liked it. I asked them if 7500 in cash would work. He goes in to ask the decision maker and comes back to tell me the best he could do was 8400 plus tax!!!! When I got back home I Kelly Blue Booked the truck and they apraised it between 3500-5000!!! What a bunch of crooks! Never will I shop at Broadway Motors and I will be sure to tell my friends!
