I had a very stressful day realizing I was ripped off by a past dealership. I needed to get into a new car and I found the perfect one here. Elvin was an amazing car salesman and made sure I was happy with everything, Tom the manager also helped to make sure I had a easy trade. Shah in finance made the sale fly by and was also informative. I’ve never had a better experience at a car dealership and I am so happy with my car. Literally the car of my dreams.
We had the worst experience at Larry H. Miller in Murray, Utah. We have been returning customers for three years now. Our third purchase being almost a month ago now. Well, because of the pandemic the dealership had no vehicles on the lot to sell. So under the circumstances (and I completely understand), my vehicle was basically ordered. A get a call from the dealership stating I had to go back to sign a few documents that they forgot to have us sign. I wasted a vacation day for that. Then they call me on a Saturday to let me know I could pick up my car at noon. I drive there only to be told my car was not there. A second wasted day. They could have called me and saved me a trip. This is how much they value their customers. Oh. And if this wasnt enough, my new car payment is due and I dont even have my car yet. The staff was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. They instead spoke to us like we were stupid by offering us a free oil change which by the way was already part of my package. Needless to say, Iwe will not be returning customers in the future. Nor will I ever refer them to that dealership. F+ for you Larry H. Miller
I was treated with care and respect. What more can one ask for. Sales staff, especially Rama were all helpful and attentive without pressure. Sales manager and financing manager were exceedingly accommodating and were able to give me a deal I felt good about. Even the car lot attendant (Chase)was professional, courteous and helpful without faults. The entire experience was simple and delightful. I highly recommend giving this team and place an opportunity to fit you into your next ride. Buying a car should always be this nice.
Will not be recommending nor returning. They lived up to the bad rep dealerships have, unfortunately. I took my car in for 1 issue. They disregarded the issue, kept my car for 3 days by ordering the wrong parts. When I finally was able to pick my vehicle up, the main issue was still not fixed and now my tire light is on. I would advise anyone else to go elsewhere.Called the GM, still no call back a week later...
Not a terrible experience but I was not pleased. We got the car we wanted and that was the best part of the experience. Some of the downers though were that the back ceiling panel fell off on my way home from the dealer and there was no second key! They just didnt have it.
Edgar V. was incredible. Provided us drinks from his own money, pushed us through the waiting line due to having multiple small children, and ensured that our concerns were all addressed. A tire pressure light came on while we test drove and we bought the car with verbal agreement that the light would get fixed. Edgar ensured that this happened, no charge. It was impressive that the verbal agreement was honored even though the company could have shafted us. The car was affordable and perfect for our needs. It was well maintained as well. Shah in finance made sure that we got a lot of very nice add one and deducted a lot off the prices we had been quoted. Even if this is baked into the system to make the customer think they got a good deal, it made the experience very positive. Couldn’t recommend these two and Larry h Miller enough.
Had a wonderful buying experience recently at LMiller Honda. Estrella (Star) was fantastic to work with - helping my son and I shop through various models. She did so with tons of patience and a smile. Thank you!!! Appreciate Scott for all his help in clarifying some additional details towards the end of the experience. A top notch team! Appreciate the help and my son got himself a new ride!! Thanks again so much. Highly recommended.
The staff were all great to deal with. Pat was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He was very thorough in going over the car and made me aware of its capabilities. The finance guys were great to deal with. I feel like I was treated very fairly.
We just bought a new car With Wayne Emery and he was awesome! He found us the exact trim and color we wanted! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He wasn’t a pushy salesman either! He had us come back to detail our car again because he is a perfectionist and let us borrow a sweet ride while ours was being detailed again!!Wayne is the man at Larry h Miller!
I had a great experience leasing my new Honda from the Miller corporation. Mr. Hammonds was a very fine and professional sales clerk who sold me the new Hatchback. He was thorough and answered all my questions with accuracy and dispatch. He was not only the person who helped me me with the decision to purchase the new Honda, but I have gained a new friend. Please complement him on his professionalism and sales prowess. Sincerely, a happy and proud new owner of a Honda Hatchback. As always, Robert J. Enser
Waited an hour and a half after they called and told me my car was done. It ended up being “done” at 6:30pm only to find out they spilled oil on my exhaust causing a lovely smell in the car. I was told it would burn off after a few miles and it should be fine. The next morning I noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage. Now I’m back in and they some how are annoyed that I’m back and say they are very busy and don’t know when they can take a look. I’m out a car for another day.I understand everyone is short staffed but you still need to treat people fairly and correct your mistakes. I won’t be bringing my car back.
Patrick Milburn-This is my second time buying a car from Patrick and I couldn’t be happier. He’s very patient and understanding, which made finding what I wanted easy and simple. Thank you!
SO FREAKING AWESOME!!! Same day repair!Made an appointment for a SATURDAY, dropped CR-V off at 8 I was called when the work was started to clarify my problem. JEREMIAH talked to me and understood what we were trying to do. (Vehicle had new parts installed but it did not fix the problem) he called back later to confirm that indeed it had a defective part he saved the bad part for me so I could get my money back and called when it was done!!!! AND! get this! The repairs cost about what were discussed when we spoke the first time!!!I was really afraid this experience would be like previous experiences at FORD truckland and MERCEDES, where NOBODY seemed able to communicate and I was made to pay hundreds more than estimated and repairs took DAYS!
I decided to go to Larry H Miller Honda after trying another dealership the week before. I was turned off by the first dealership because The price seemed too high even though I was going through the Costco program. At Larry H Miller I met with Ella and Bernie. The conversation was calm and rather enjoyable. We talked about what I wanted in a new vehicle and what I was willing to pay. The discussion went back-and-forth for about 15 minutes until they gave me a price that I just couldn’t walk away from. I happily agreed on the price and then went to finance to meet with Shah. There I also had a pleasant conversation and we talked about options on protecting the vehicle and so forth. The conversation went well with what was available without feeling pressured. You definitely feel good about a purchase when you walk out feeling good about the experience. You should give Larry H Miller Honda a try. I’m glad I did.
I had a great experience with James Rytting, who is a salesperson at the Larry H Miller Ford Dealership. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. Going in, I wasnt sure of what I wanted, but he was patient and walked me through all options. It took a couple meetings, but in the end, I feel like I got a good price and exactly what I needed. In addition, I had an issue with the car after the purchase, and he took care of immediately. I have been fully satisfied with the purchase and experience. I would go there again and recommend them.
At this point, I will be switching to Ken Garff Honda. With or without an appointment,, the wait time is horrible. Today I took my vehicle in just for an oil change. Which should take 45min. to an hour tops. There were hardly any other guests there waiting. I do keep in mind cars that are dropped off or have been in the shop for bigger repairs as well. But, if the wait time is going to be excessive, then let me know that upfront so I can make a decision whether to proceed or go somewhere else. I sat there and after 2hrs. the service drive advisor said that they just got my car back in the shop, due to being short handed, and told me it would be another 30 to 45min. I honestly would have gone somewhere else due to time constraints had they let me know upfront.
My friend kindly took my car in for me the day before while I was at work to be looked at before we had to leave for a road trip. Carlos and Nathan were both so kind and patient as my friend was interacting as the middle person between them and myself while I was finishing up work. They were able to finish updates, get me new tires, oil check, and overview of my car within 3 hours so I could have my car that night.
Edgar Vega was a true professional when it came to helping us find the vehicle that fit our needs. These are challenging times when it comes to supply of vehicles, but overall we had a great experience buying a car from LHM.
Recently bought a new odyssey from this location. We could not be happier. They did everything they could to make us happy in this Covid era of shortages and supply chain issues. They went out of their way to help us get the vehicle we wanted and far exceeded our expectations. They have earned my loyalty for life. No matter where I live I will be traveling back to this dealership to purchase my next car. A big thank you to everyone involved in our purchase experience!
I will never buy from this place or recommend anyone else to go here for a car or for service. Especially if you’re a woman. They totally played me. Originally took my car in because of a check engine light. They basically told me they’d have to charge me $180 to diagnose it; could be something simple or thousands of dollars. Also told me they might or might not have parts. I’m a single mom. I can’t be without a vehicle. So I decided to look at trading it in. I should’ve known better. It literally took aaallll day! Finally came to a deal that was fine but I’d have to come back in to get my windows tinted as part of my deal. When I came back, the guy in service named John acted as if I was such an inconvenience. I spoke to my salesman, Wayne, about it & was told I would hear from a manager within the hour. Shocker, no call until 9 that night which is after I’ve put my 3 yo to bed so I won’t be talking on the phone. From the voicemail message, I could tell he had no clue why he was even calling me. I didn’t bother returning the call. It’s obvious I’d be wasting my time. Now 2 weeks later I’m looking through my loan papers because I’m trying to see how I cancel the service package the added because no way on earth I’m going back into their service department!! There’s a mysterious $2000 extra that doesn’t seem to have any explanation of what it’s from added to the “price” of the car!!!These guys are rip off artists. Love Honda vehicles but after this I will never work with a LHM dealer so long as I live!! I think I may need to contact an attorney at this point.Save yourselves & go elsewhere; though in Utah it seems like they’re all part of a dealership mafia. First time I’ve ever regretted buying a vehicle.
Me and my family were treated very rudely by a few associates at this location. I was looking for a car but wanted to widen my options and thought I’d look around first before making a commitment. An associate pulled me into a cubical to work on a deal. I wanted to find out more about different selections and offers, but the associate kept shying away from answering my questions and did not want to cooperate with me. They were solely focused on getting a specific deal done. I was very hesitant on the deal that was offered to me and wanted to walk away from it, but felt slightly harassed by the associate trying to keep me in their business. I kept saying no but they then grabbed their general manager to convince me into staying and doing business with them. After a few more attempts of answering no, the general manager treated us rudely and with sarcasm and lies. Long story short, we found success at a strong competitor.
SCAM! Twice I have gone in for an oil change that should have been more or less free (I paid for a package in advance). I ended up having to pay additional $530 for scheduled maintenance both times. First of all, when I authorized the maintenance the price was not made clear to me. There should be a bolded print disclaimer that the cost will be so great. Second, many of these types of maintenance could either be done myself for next to nothing, or from another shop for less than half the cost. I had no intention of getting these services performed because I know of this problem, but the price was obfuscated when I authorized the work, so I thought I was getting a good deal. I do not recommend having your car worked on here unless it is a warranty repair. In addition to all this, I was told the work would only take an hour, and it took two and a half hours.
Came in for an appraisal on my car. Dealer bragged about offering KBB for used cars. I told them I had an offer from CarMax for 4.5k (1.5k under KBB) and I didnt want to waste my time on a low ball. They proceeded to spend 1.5 hours to offer me $1,000. Huge waste of time.
I have bought a lot of new cars in my years, but this was the first time in a long time that I really felt swindled. They started out offering me $7000 below blue book on my trade in, and after considerable haggling, we reached a reasonable number. But it wasnt until I got home a read the fine print that I realized that they had added a couple thousand dollars for ridiculous add-ons that I never would have agreed to if the finance mgr would have told me before hand. I agree that I should have read the fine print before signing, but I had a tall stack of papers to sign and I was too trusting and assumed that this was a fair and honorable dealership. I was wrong, but I wont make that mistake again.
Our test drive and purchase were handled by. Bernardo Mayer who was very knowledgeable, informative and curteous in assisting us in purchasing and educating us about our new vehicle. Bernardo, Mr. Shah and the rest of the staff made buying a car at Larry H. Miller Honda in Murray a very pleasant experience.
Great service. Jacob was helping my case and he is a super nice guy. I was planning to have wheel alignment but it turns out I dont really need one. I will definitely come back for future service.
Overall it was a good experience. Alex our salesperson was helpful. They were understaffed so it took a long time. Part of the deal was to receive mats for the floor, but when we went the next day to pick them up we were informed that we wouldn’t be getting the mat for the cargo area, that wasn’t included. We were not happy about that.
Tien and Jon where great to deal with. They were fair and worked hard to resolve all of my concerns and had a plan that overcame those concerns and questions. I felt like I received the best deal I could get out of them.
I made an apt to drive a honda pilot that was on the lot. I was a few minutes late but my salesman wasnt there. He had contacted me via text so knew when our apt was. He was out getting coffee. He immediately started telling me about the low inventory due to the chip shortage. He then sent us on a test drive with a new employee who did not know much about the car and had to look up questions we asked on his phone. Not a good experience.
Had a wonderful time at Larry H Miller. We walked in test drove a couple cars and picked the perfect one! Kyle was an amazing help and helped us get the best deal possible! Thank you!
We love our new ford explorer and our salesperson, James, was the best! We came into the dealership not knowing what car we wanted and left with the perfect car for our family. James listens well and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We had a great experience.
3 separate times Ive tried to order parts for my car at this dealership. 3 times they didnt have the part (which is not the problem).3 times they told me they would order it and it would be in shortly, and 3 times I asked that they call me when the parts arrived, to avoid unnecessary trips there to walk away empty handed.3 times the parts desk never called me!I suppose my $50-200 orders are too small for them to bother with, but its pretty disgraceful service and treatment of a customer.AVOID!
Rama is one hell of a lady! If y’all are looking for a car go to her. She’s patient, and always willing to help when it comes to finding a new car. Everyone at Larry h miller is awesome too! Great experience!
I took my car here for an oil change and they washed my car without asking me and left some major scratches on my hood of my car. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership. I won’t ever bring my car for service here again.
Wayne was great sales rep! Patient and not too pushy! A much better experience this time around, then the prior car two car purchases.
I’ve had mostly good experiences here but seems to vary depending on who helps you. Last time I was there, they were really pressuring me to buy new tires after I told them multiple times I didn’t need them yet. This past week I went in for routine maintenance and they mentioned again that it was almost time for new tires. Instead of pressuring me to purchase right then and there, they just printed a list of options they could provide if I was interested which I appreciated. So mixed review regarding front desk service but as far as the work on my vehicle, I haven’t had issues.
Kyle was great to work with. Due to the car shortage it took awhile to get a vehicle but he was good about communicating the details to me.
Came in to trade my car and I sat and cooperated with them for a good hour and a half and thought everything was going fine. We reached a deal (so I thought) but then they came back and switched everything up on me and so I walked out with no car. Elvin and Edgar were awesome but the whole process was a waste of my time
Excellent service starting with Kyle (sales), Dan (finance/ paperwork guy, new in town) and Jim (the boss). My wife is very happy. This is the 2nd time buying from this dealership. We want to also mention Rama (sales) who helped us in 2018. Great team! Thanks!
I haven’t been to a dealership for repairs for a long time because from past experience they were a lot more expensive and not so nice. I have a complete change of mindset now. The customer service was excellent. Gary was the best guy to work with. The prices were as good or better than the shops where I have taken my car. The text updates on what was happening were great. They completed the job fast. The extra perks, like washing my car, is going above and beyond. Thanks for doing a great job!
The express oil change service is not express at all! They told me it would take an hour to change my oil. I was there for 2.5 hours before I inquired about my van. They were kind and paid for my oil change, but I never leave sooner than an hour for an oil change. My time is too precious to wait that long anymore, so I’ll be going somewhere quicker.
The service was great. The staff was friendly. I actually called Ken Garff Honda and they charged $30 less for the service I needed. The only reason I came here was because they had sooner appointments and got me in quick. Staff is bilingual which was super nice! Lance got me all checked and checked out quick and easy. They give you a courtesy car wash, its not the greatest wash, looks like a $5 wash, but its better than nothing! Especially since I spent more than $100. I loved getting my Honda taken care of here!
I would give zero stars if I could. Edgar was awesome but dealing with his manager John was very rude! Didn’t want to give fair trade or make a deal! That’s ok Bountiful Honda got deal done and very easy to work with!!
Mac was great!I had my Honda Accord towed to LHM Honda because it wouldnt start. I had made an appointment for service that morning with Mac, but couldnt drive into the service center because it wouldnt start. Instead, the towing company dropped it outside in the parking lot. No problem for Mac. Within an hour, I got a call that the problem with diagnosed - the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The part was not in stock, so it had to be ordered in. But it was there the next day and I had my car back before the day was over. Thanks, Mac and team!Richard Boyer
Always very helpful, and can answer any questions I might have. I’ve had the same customer service advisor both times I’ve gone, and he is great. Very nice and happy to help. Should’ve gotten his name.
Took a little longer than an oil change should, but overall Ive had good experiences with LHM Honda Murray. From purchasing my vehicles to oil changes, they have been a good dealership and service team. If oil changes were closer to 30 min than to 1 hr, it would be 5 stars.
Jeremiah was great! Intellegent and genuinely wanted to help me with my cars problem (CRV). Would highly recommend
Wayne Emery is the best car salesman I know! We have shopped with him for our latest 4 cars—about 10 years. We bought a Honda Pilot, and I love it. It does everything I love, and a few features that I am learning to love! I would recommend anyone to shop at Larry H. Miller Honda Murray. Ask for Wayne.
Full-service experience in a bright, comfortable setting. You gotta be impressed from the moment the service area door automatically opens and two people check you in and cover your car seats with plastic protection. Super accurate, super fast, super service and no up-selling! I am happy to have all-Honda products installed by Honda-trained mechanics. Priced competitively.
Always great customer service. Shaun Milner takes great care of us and is straight forward. I have been coming here for years just because of the team does such a great job. Highly recommend!
Great Job! AKRAM. He responded immediately to my initial inquiry and worked through many requests and questions throughout my buying experience. Very knowledgeable, displayed a professional demeanor, friendly and helpful. He’s very well informed about Honda vehicles and is very patient during your car buying process. I will return in the future and recommend my family & friends. Thanks AKRAM... you’re awesome!!! 10’s across the board!
Excellent sales service! Tami and Rama were so great to work with. They went above and beyond to help me get exactly the car I wanted!
Everything was great except my Auto headlights were turned off, resulting in me driving at night without headlights for an hour and a half until I realized it. This has happened every time I have had the inspection done for licensing renewal and I assume they need to check that the lights are in proper order. However, I feel like the setting should be returned to Auto if that is where it was!!!
Caden Vermillion got me a really good deal on a car, he was very friendly and helpful. Thank you
Shocked at the horrible customer service here. I had to bring my car in for an emergency repair, I was told on the phone it was not safe to drive to my local Honda service center 30 minutes away. I had 4 children in the car, and was basically told I had to find my own ride home. Then they sat around and WATCHED ME as I unloaded 4 kids including an infant along with 3 heavy carseats BY MYSELF and haul them into the store to wait for the ride I had to scramble to find since they would not even provide an Uber for me to get home. Unbelievably rude, I can’t imagine treating anyone this way let alone a customer. Who just sits and watches a mother carry an infant and 3 carseats and not even offer to help when she is stranded without a car with 4 kids?
I have never had an unpleasant visit to this service center. The people that helped me figure out the problem with my car were easy to be with and were straight forward with the issues and how much it will cost to repair. Sitting in the waiting room was a fun experience as well. At one point I heard the chilis theme song being sung in opera form. Makes me feel like it is a good place to be!
I just purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot in February. My wife and I are really excited about our new vehicle. We have been saving for quite some time and decided to make this move because of the 0 percent financing. We had an excellent experience with dealing with Larry H Miller Honda. Our last car was a 2004 Honda Pilot so we stuck with the same quality with a new Pilot. Our salesman was David Staples who first met us outside and told us about the different models to choose from. He was very informative about the vehicles and helped us decide on the special edition model. David worked with the general sales manager, Jim Allred, and things worked out well. We are enjoying the new vehicle!
We have always found Larry H miller dealerships tend to be the most upfront honest dealerships to work with and we have used there Honda, Toyota and Chevrolet dealerships. Would not go anywhere else! Edgar was amazing to work with, he listened to us and was extremely helpful!
Great Sales, Star was amazing. She was very helpful to me and took all of the time necessary to make my payments work out within the range I needed.
Our experience was great! We drove in with a problem and were met immediately by Mac Vaughn. He treated us as if we were the most important people in the world. He returned a few minutes later, telling us we had more than one problem, but everything could be fixed and at the least amount of expense to us. We didn’t even have an appointment and we were well taken care of. We left feeling we had gained a new friend and with his intermittent updates on the service, we didn’t feel like we had wasted a whole day sitting in a dealership. We definitely will recommend the dealership to our friends that own Hondas. Thanks for the excellent service and for having great employees like Mac who are very professional and friendly. We will definitely return for any future service needs.
Pinpointed what was wrong with our AC blowing hot air and made sure to provide the best service to get it taken care of. Very impressed with their level of service!
Brought in Honda Passport for its first oil change. I was assigned Advisor: Kenny Barker and Technician:(my apologies, I failed to capture his name). 😔They went above and beyond to inspect the vehicle to verify all systems are GO for my trip around the country. I appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the two gentlemen. Thank you! Cheers, until next time. 🍻
WAYNE EMERY ... WAYNE EMERY ... WAYNE EMERY! No need to say anymore :)Truly though he’s so amazing to work with. Our buying process was incredibly smooth. The service department has not been as smooth as a process and they don’t make you feel super comfortable when you pull in but hopefully the more I go that’ll get easier. Thanks to Wayne and Scott we are thankful for them at Larry H Miller Honda! And LOVE our CRV!
Akram helped me find a car the same day I walked in. Amazing service and all of the staff were great to work with!
I have had good and bad experience at Larry H. Miller Honda Murray, and to be honest the last few years they have really gotten better! My last experience was great! They really bent over backwards on helping me get my car fixed.
Came in originally to get an oil change and Shaun was my service advisor. He was very professional and was not pushy on getting other services done. Asked about brake service and was quick to offer help on the special and pulling up the last inspection on which the front and rear brakes both needed to be replace. 10/10 would recommend and come back again!
Had an awful experience with the dealer. I went to purchase a used Toyota Corolla. When I got the final quote for the car, there was a theft assistance option and other extra options added to it. When I asked for those options to be removed, the sales executive said those are mandatory and cannot be removed. He even asked me to leave if I don’t want those options to be added to the final price. He was really rude with me. Finally when I was ready to leave, he removed those options from the quote. The car was really in good shape and that was the only reason I bought it after such a bad experience.
I was held up with a closed freeway. They got me In and completed my first 5k service on a timely basis.😁😎
This dealership is like all the rest, shady at best!!
While I initially had an okay experience buying a car here, I specifically asked them to put my loan through AFCU, they asked if I wanted them to shop for rates and I said no. Well, they sold my loan to Chase Auto. My car ended up being totaled a few weeks later and I went to Young Hyundai in Ogden to buy another new car and they told me Miller sold it to Chase because they get a commission when sold to a bank, but not when sold to a credit union. And when I bought a new car from Young Hyundai and they put my loan through AFCU, my interest was almost HALF what it was through Chase. It felt like I was scammed after listening to my salesperson talk about how drunk and hungover he was the whole test drive.I won’t ever recommend this dealership.
Kenny is so kind! He helped me with all that I needed. He was also willing to stay a bit late to wait for me to pick up my car and I appreciated that so much! Amazing customer service I would return back in a heartbeat!
They luckily had the car I was looking for. These days that is amazing and they are dog friendly
The experience at Larry Miller Honda Murray was extremely delightful for me. The agents have been very supportive and knowledgeable for all my questions and concerns. I would like to specially mention about Jared who worked with me for over a period of 6 months as the color I was waiting for was delayed due to Covid . He never missed a timely update and was consistent with his efforts !! Also special thanks to Erin and Kyle for the quick and smooth delivery of my CR-V.
Waited around for why the salesman helped someone else then it was so late that they couldnt fill up the car or go over anything with me. they said come back the next day called the salesman told him when I would be there when I got to the dealer the salesman was picking up a car and would get with me when he got back then the finance guy ask if I needed anything I said you didnt fill the car up he said he would get someone on it waited a little longer and nothing so I got my keys and left no fill up no showing me the car. poor customer service right from the start.Update talked to Scott at Larry Miller Honda told him of my problems I had and he was very apologetic and said he would send me a gas card because they didn’t fill the car well the was a week ago no gas card. Not surprising. Did buy a extended Warranty with the car. But at this point I Decided To cancel the warranty that Larry Miller sales because how can I trust the warranty that Larry Miller sales. After all Larry Miller does own the warranty company. So maybe I’ll buy a Honda care warranty.
Walking into the service department gives me a sense of relief that I will be taken care of with professionalism. My service advisor Gary provides that feeling and confidence to continue returning back to your facility. Thank you.
Always have a great experience when I get my car serviced here. Service writers have always been great and very friendly. They always keep me updated on my service and Ive never had a service take longer than the estimated wait time. Definitely recommend and will continue my business with them.
Took my 2019 Honda Accord to LHM Honda Murray for a recall. Great service and professional attention. Everything taken care of in a timely way, or ahead of the promised time! Waited in the lobby area, patrons kept 6 feet apart, with frequent disinfection and wiping of seats, tables and counters.
I always find customer service at the shop very good. Jackson was really great to explain what my car problem was, explained it clearly and got to working on a fix immediately. It was nice to keep updated as the repair was progressing. Thanks guys for taking care of me!
Gary was absolutely fantastic. He and his team took great care of me. Highly recommend, very satisfied!! By far my best experience.
My girlfriend went car shopping and stopped by here. We had informed our salesman that we were just browsing, but not making any immediate decisions until we saw all the different car models we were interested in (Toyota, Honda and Subaru) but from the get go he was very pushy, it made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. We had stated that we wanted to go next door to look at a Toyota Rav4 and he kept asking us that is everything was the same (miles, year, price, etc.) from the CRV that we looked at there and the Rav4 we wanted to see, would we buy the CRV right now. He asked us the same question about 4 or 5 times. We went to Ken Garff Nissan and they were so pleasant that we ended up purchasing a car from them, not even a Nissan. But over all it was a better experience for us.
Our sales person, Akram was great to work with! He and Crawford made the deal happen. It was a great experience for us. We were leasing for the third time with Akram and he was very fair with us. Thank you!
We Love working with Kenny Barker in service. He is consistently fair, honest, communicates and delivers on time.We will always go to Kenny for all of our services.
We had a great experience at Larry H Miller. We came in earlier than we had planned in need of a new vehicle, so our credit was less than desirable and we had some financial hurdles, but our salesman and finance guy were both super respectful and helpful and did everything they could do make sure our needs were met.
I had to go in for some routine service work but while I was there, I asked if they could take care of some other issues I had. They were able to do all of the work, including the additional items I asked about, the same morning & it came out to less than I was originally anticipating. Kenny in the service dept was great with giving me updates about everything from start to finish & made sure to have me out the door in time for work in the aft. He even gave me some discounts which always helps.
Nathan was very helpful and clear on what needed to be done at our appointment and what could wait until a later date. Didn’t try to push anything that was unnecessary. Great service!
Best experience Ive had buying a car. They were welcoming and friendly and did everything possible to help us within our budget and get me into my dream car!
Thanks for the free trip check. I appreciate working with professionals who are considerate and courteous
Great service, fair price, and they accommodated my need to purchase from home.
My service was good but slower than expected for what was done. Service rep was fine too but not super friendly. I appreciated they weren’t pushy about getting additional things done but their hour to hour and a half time estimate that ended up being over two hours was just too long for an oil change. I had made an appt ahead of time too so I just didn’t expect that wait.
The team at LHM Honda did a great job of working with us and meeting our needs. We had a miscommunication during one point in the process and they were very reasonable and did everything in their power to rectify the situation and ultimately exceeded our expectations. Kyle was very easy to work with. He was kind and accommodating with a pleasant demeaner. All in all, we were happy with our experience at LHM Honda. This is the second car weve purchased from them and both times were great. Were so happy with our new car and got a great deal.
ONE YEAR AFTER WRITING THE REVIEW BELOW:After corresponding with the head guy, I am still getting e-mails to bring my car in for a check-up. For your own sanity, avoid this place like a plague!___I have NEVER visited nor spent a penny at Larry Miller Honda, and yet they keep sending me emails and texts, even after repeatedly begging them to take me off their computerized mailing list for THREE YEARS.Whats worse, emails and texts are made are sent to my email address but are intended for an actual customer of theirs. This means that any communication they think they are making with a real customer NEVER arrives.I am sure this is indicative of the low quality of care and concern they have for their actual customers.
Great place friendly staff waiting area clean and they have great WiFi
I purchased a new CRV, for the most part the transaction went well.My two sales personnel (Elvin, Rama) were great. Elvin even came in on his day off to go over the car with us upon delivery time. But what I didn’t appreciate was: they wouldn’t give me an OTD price electronically, they wanted me to come back to the dealership, and after I arrived they had some dealer options added to the price, which I did not want. Even though I was able to negotiate a lower price for those options, I fill it was a bait and switch tactic. And one of the options that LHM adds to all their vehicles is a Vehicle Theft assistance, which is like an additional insurance if your car is ever stolen and not recovered. But ironically the contract is administered by Landcar, which is a LHM company. Which I think is a conflict of interest. So be aware that the price quoted prior to taxes and fees probably will not be all inclusive.
So frustrating. I spent $550 on maintaining my car yesterday and today my check tire pressure light goes on. Especially frustrating considering they are brand new tires!!! My intention was to only have emissions done and I ended up doing the 60,000 maintenance and new brakes they said I needed!!!!Not to mention that both times I went in they said I needed 100s of dollars of work needed. Now I know cars need maintenance. But during this time of economic hardships and people struggling to pay the basic bills, I dont know why they push extra work. I saw it happen to everyone in the 3 hours I was there. I drive my car less then 10,000 miles a year and regularly change the oil, rotate tires etc. My brakes had no sign at all of wear yet they said they were almost to metal. So to safe, I had them done. Did I have the money, no. It is frustrating as a woman going in for a $30 maintenance and being told you need over $500 of work done.
Mac is the best!!! My mom and I take our cars to him for everything and he is the most kind and helpful person. Always lends me a car if he has one available or offers an Uber!! I’ll always go back!! Thank you Mac!!
I responded quickly to a used car for sale on KSL, only to have an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. The car was listed for $14,888 and was taken in on trade a day or two before the posting. It was absolutely filthy when I arrived, bald tires and all. The salesperson discussed openly the needed repair of the shattered rear view mirror, torn center console cover, and broken sun visor ($1,781 in parts quoted from their own parts and service department). The salesperson and sales manager completely acknowledged the required replacement of the timing belt, water pump, and belt tensioner REQUIRED on this vehicle at 100,000 miles ($1,400 quoted from THEIR parts and service department). I also discovered through the vehicle Carfax that the vehicle had been in two previous accidents (I know, shame on me for not walking away sooner). I brought in a car that has approximately $4,000-4,500 in equity to offset the tax on the new purchase...so I thought. The first offer they gave me had me walking out the door paying a total of $17,800!!!!!! I was speechless at first, wondering if they forgot every single thing we had discussed just moments before. I then realized they were only pretending to listen and chose to blatantly disregard the entire conversation. Needless to say, I walked out, infuriated. But wait, theres more; the sales person hurried out as I was getting in my car and said the sales manager asked if I would do $14,400, out the door...ARE YOU F*&@ING KIDDING ME??? The lack of integrity was unbelievable. The lack of shame and humility on their part was educational. Based solely on this one experience, I dont feel I could trust this dealership with ANY future transaction whatsoever. I realized that I couldnt trust the sales team and extended the same to the level of quality in their used car inventory. I told the salesperson I wouldnt buy from them if they cut the price in half. If you do make a purchase here, watch out for the bait and switch tactics and obviously abusive padding in their fee laden contract/offer. Can you believe they had the audacity to tell me I needed to pay them a fee so their shop could recycle old tires??? Thanks for letting me rant and I sincerely hope others have a better experience at this dealership.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN SIGNING LOAN DOCUMENTS, EVEN WHEN TELL MORE PEOPLE IS WAITING. THEY KNOW HOW TO STEAL YOUR MONEY LEGALLY.
