I bought my boxster about 4 years ago. It has been one thing after another with her. But Bob always takes care of whatever issue comes up. Everytime, I get her back from Bob, I fall in love with her all over again. He always turns her back into the smooth beautiful ride she is destined to be. Bob is a best, hands down when it comes to mechanics! I wish he worked on Jeeps also!

But they had far exceeded my expectations Mandy is so incredible she is very consistent and definitely knows what she’s doing and how to treat a customer, and make them feel like family!.. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for Bob he’s honest, has integrity, extremely hard-working, will not jerk you around with BS that most mechanics will do!.. and he’ll actually explain in layman‘s terms what he’s doing how he’s going to fix it, and then go over it again with you when you’re there! Great shop; need a reservation. My Boxster sat garaged for 10 years with a dead battery. I was afraid of what I was going to find when I decided to put it back on the road. After doing some research, I found Concourse and am glad I did. Bob did an outstanding job of chasing down a variety of small problems with the fuel system and electrical, at every juncture keeping me informed about what he was doing and looking for the most cost-effective solutions for me. Repairs and some restoration was definitely needed, but Bob kept at it and less than a week after putting the car in his care, I was back on the road. The car is running great. I had a check engine light come on, and Bob worked me in the next morning for a quick diagnostic and a no-cost solution that resolved a residual problem that was resolved by simply driving the car a bit more. He could easily have charged me for another repair, but did not. He really knows his Porsches, and I assume all the cars he services. Communication is great and I feel like he gives the care you want from your family physician. He seems to always have the best interests of the customer in mind. He is very busy, as you would expect given his reputation, and it may take awhile to get into his shop. Once you are in, you will be treated very well.

Concourse is one of the few honest shops in the SLC valley. They honestly care about getting your business. Bobs knowledge of Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen is second to none. I believe he saved my 911 turbo from certain destruction.

Concourse found an innovative way to replace the spoiler Rams on my 2008 turbo for a third of the cost that the dealership wanted. Did great work, made sure all of the sensors work and were not throwing alerts, very pleased wish th the work.

The fellas at Concourse are legit and a dying breed. They are hands down the best mechanics for Volkswagen! Weve had several VWs over the years and we will not go anywhere else. They are the most trustworthy and honest mechanics youll find here in SLC. They have even saved me from paying for things that the dealership or other mechanics have tried to bamboozle me on, that were totally unnecessary. The quality of work is always done right, on time, and at a reasonable price. They fix what needs to be fixed, and NEVER inflate or pad the bill. Seems like an oxymoron, (Honest mechanics?)I know......but its true! Dont waste your time going anywhere else!The only negative thing I can comment on and its not even really that bad is.... they are booked out pretty far and always busy. But imho thats the sign of a truly good mechanic. People are clamoring to get in with them!

Concourse is the only shop in SLC that Ive been able to find that provides reliable, knowledgeable service for vintage air cooled VWs. Theyre prompt and have been able to troubleshoot and repair any problems that Ive had.Bottom line. If youre looking for an experienced vintage VW mechanic, give these guys a shot.
