This is for the Infiniti folks - NOT NISSAN. Went in for some recall notices. They fixed everything just fine. When I went out to the car, a little square on the back bumper was missing. I guess its the piece where a tow truck might connect to the car? Anyhoo, I immediately call it out to the parts guy and he says, Oh. Sorry about that. Mustve come off in the car wash. Ill order the part and let you know when it comes in. I shouldve followed the guy back into the store and gotten proof of the order. He quit the next week and never ordered the part. So I go back in for an oil change and tire rotation and report it to the parts manager. Again, he apologizes and says hell order the part and let me know when it comes in. That was 2 months ago, folks. Dont even get me started on the fiasco of getting my snow tires rotated. Good grief.
Great service. Staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain things. Highly recommend!
THE STAFF PERSONNEL IS TOPS. THEY ARE VERY KIND, SWEET, HONEST AND DIRECT. THANK YOU ALL WHOM WORK THERE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. AMEN
Had them diagnose an ongoing problem a previous mechanic could not be definite about. So brought it to the dealer they found something wrong but we disagreed and still had a question about a separate problem so they got frustrated, and we got frustrated. they did not charge us to diagnose anything took it to another independent shop which diagnosed not the expensive problem the dealer was leaning toward but found a bad coil that 2 previous mechanics and the dealer could not identify. Re-assembled 2 weeks driving later still no check engine light
Shondel got us right in to check out a noise that wasnt caught by another dealership, took it for a test drive, determined the problem and rectified it the same day. I was very happy with their service department and will use them in the future.
Had my car in for warranty work 2 months ago 25% electrical wiring replaced. They didnt have any loaner cars so had a rental and was told I would get reimbursed, now 2 months later and nothing. Called on it twice and told someone would call me and nothing yet on it.
We bought a used vehicle after being in a terrible car accident, one that was fatal for another driver, about a month ago; and this dealership offered a “too good to be true” price tag on what seemed to be a good vehicle that would keep my family safe. It’s our fault for buying so I don’t totally blame them but with what we found out was wrong with the car there was NO WAY they couldn’t have known this car would literally be un-drivable within weeks. Dishonest and shady. I will never send someone to this dealership, and I will always tell people about the deal they cut us. But can I really be angry? They did what they’re paid to do, what I paid them to do, sell a car. At the end of the day they made their profit - with no regard to integrity or safety to their customers.
These people take care of you as a purchaser of two brand new Nissan vehicles from Tim Dahle Nissan! I love Nissan and I love Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray!
These guys are ok, but I wouldnt want to buy a car from them. To bad Utah doesnt have lemon laws.
