We get great service from Larry H. Miller Parts Departments at all their locations. They get our parts to us promptly. The staffs are always helpful, friendly and professional. The delivery service that is used however can do some improvement though.
Bought a vehicle and the finance manager included additional service contracts without my knowledge nor verbal consent, he just asked me to sign a bunch of papers. Found out later by surprise that I had these extended service products and charges. Brought attention of this to Margaret but she was very flippant and unprofessional.

I purchased my truck and before I even could take it off the lot they had the get it ready for me. It took them two weeks to get me my truck back and they said they were changing the shocks, brakes, tires, wheel bearings and I would be ready to go. I got my truck back again after two weeks. Just last week I took my truck in for its first oil change and I was informed that the brakes are almost gone. They were almost down to the indicator that makes them squeaky. The service tech even told me that they should have changed the brakes before I took the truck. The service tech even went to the manager to have them ok the replacement of the brakes and they told him no. This is not how the treat your customers. This a very small cost for brakes and they wouldn’t even do that. Thanks Larry Miller. I know where not to go anymore.After posting this review, I received a call from the dealership wanting to make things right. A couple of days later my truck was in the shop and getting the new brakes that in was promised in the first place. I do believe that they need to look into the sales department and see why I was told I was getting brakes and it wasn’t done. I gave them four stars because they corrected the issue and I’m glad for that, but they still need to correct the sales departments thinking on how to take care of their customers.
The gentleman that checked me in was great. Very friendly and informative. And when they were finished he went through the work they completed and also let me know that my tires need to be rotated more often since they are so big. I thought… 🤔 every oil change was excessive, but he’s the expert and I trust his advice.

I signed to a $180 diagnostic fee that would be included in final price when work done. I was told it could take several days. I was called the next day saying truck was done. I came in and was charged $391 and told to drive 50 miles to ready for emissions. I started driving at exactly 50 miles heck engine failed. It looks to me all that was done was clear codes. I returned. I was told too bad and would cost over $3500 more. What the hell! I paid $391 for nothing and zero help in getting things fixed. What kind of a repair shop are you running???
It was a great experience over all, but working with Kody made it even better. I appreciated his patience, taking the time to explain all options and understanding of my vehicle needs. I didnt feel pressured or frustrated with the experience. He made it fun!
I dropped my car off early Monday morning, I could nit get it in the previous Friday or Saturday because they were busy.I was expecting a phone call that morning to let me know what needed to be done, it never came. Around noon I sent a text message asking about the car, no reply. Later that afternoon I called and left a message, no return call. I sent a text message an hour or two later and finally a response, the car would not be looked at until the next day.A simple response would have been sufficient to say that there was a delay, but nothing came. Ugh.My car needs to have an emission test, I will be taking it elsewhere

Took my Truck in for Service on 8/24 in the afternoon for an alignment. I need the vehicle by next day at noon, which i expressed to the service rep. I called next day at 11AM and was told truck would not be ready by the time I needed. Very disappointed.I then took my truck in on 8/30 about 11AM for the alignment. I did not hear back from service on the 30th nor the 31st. This for a simple alignment. I called about 1pm on Sept 1 and was told truck had not even taking in to start the work. After several conversations was told they would have it for me by end of day. Very poor communication by service rep and service department . To top it off when i picked up my truck they didnt even wash it.All in all very poor service recently. ALSO, I sent an email to the dealership on Wed Sept 1st and to date 9/07 have not heard back, so seems like even management doesnt care what kind of service there reps are providing.
Tom in the repair shop was such a pleasure to work with. He accommodated us on a week end. Were from WA state and he got our vehicle right in. Really a blessing to deal with someone who is professional and kind. Definitely recommend

Service writer was awesome, John does a great job, but there was oil all over the engine cover, all over the radiator and fan shroud, pooling of oil on the edge of the radiator on top, and he managed to round off the drain bolt- have pictures of everything, i expect this from Jiffy lube, not a dealer, and this is my first oil change, as a certified CAT mechanic with 14 years of experience this is unacceptable and gives Tech’s a bad name. I rather do this myself because I know it will be done right, even though the first 4 oil changes are free
Service was good. Not happy about the fact that I had to pick up my van on Saturday, They would not let me leave it till Monday when I have an Employee that I could bring to pick it up.I had to ride the Bus to get it what a pain

Have been looking for a very specific type of vehicle, and this dealership had one. Worked with Nick Snow on it, and he was very professional, easy going, and put zero pressure on me to do anything. I came from way up in Weber county and rode the train, and he even picked me up from the frontrunner station to get to the building. The car works great for what we need, and everyone I met here was great.

Very poor experience with the service department. We bought our car in December. We bought the comprehensive warranty too. It hasnt been what we thought. Immediately noticed the power outlet didnt work but didnt want to drive back to Murray for a fuse. Come to find out the windshield sprayer doesnt work and once the weather got warm we realized the air conditioning didnt work. So we took the car in for its first oil change, mentioned the things that were wrong and waited 4 hours. They replaced the hose for the windshield wiper fluid which wasnt covered under the warranty. The AC was covered after our 100 deductible. Get home and the windshield sprayer STILL DOESNT WORK. My husband takes a look and the hose WASNT EVEN CONNECTED PROPERLY. I wish I could attach the video of the windshield wiper fluid just leaking out. Super disappointed.Edit: In response to the we have no record if you being here heres a picture of my receipt

Was very pleased with the flexibility of scheduling my appointment. I don’t get off work till after 5pm. I was able to drop my truck off the day before and pick it up after work the day of. Super convenient.The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the information display in my truck is STILL telling me to change my oil soon. I figured when I got my oil changed, at the dealership, that they would automatically reset that. Maybe they just forgot? It’s not a huge deal. Just kind of annoying. It’s the kind of thing I would expect if I took it to jiffy lube. Not from the dealership.Aside from that, great service, personable staff and they even sprayed my dirty truck off. So I was still pleased with my experience.

We had an appointment two weeks in advance if your not going to able to work on a Vehicle that has an appointment intell the next day. You should tell the customer at the time they schedule the appointment or call them the day before to make sure they have time to plan ahead or reschedule so theyre not trying to figure out what to do when they drop the vehicle off. Most people dont have extra vehicles to go to and from work they make appointments In advance so they can plan ahead.
They didnt want to change our oil based on our mileage, but it was our 1st oil change and they didnt want to rotate our tires, but it has almost a year and we are going on a long trip and wanted to get all the metal flake out of system. The service tech kept arguing with me about changing the oil and rotating the tires, telling me I could have my oil changed in Texas if I wanted.
Ralph was my adviser and he’s always great! Gets me set up and back in the road . He did warn me about the tire machine being down… a little frustrating seeing’s how LHM Chevy is the only place I like to go . But not Ralph’s fault by any means. Only complaint I have would be techs in the back didn’t even put air in the tires … noticed it as my alarm was sounding in my car on my way home. Messaged Ralph he was more then apologetic asked for me to come back he’d personally do it … NOT AT ALL what I was going to do. Jus wanted him to give the techs a heads up! Thank you Ralph for another great experience. The job y’all did under my car on the skid plates looks AMAZING!
Will sell you vehicles with things not right, for example missing headrests, & worn down tires. They wont tell you any of this, why would they? Then up, up, up sell you (+$2000) on maintenance and coverage that doesnt actually help you out when you need it. I should have adjusted my expectations. I have tire coverage but they wont replace my flat because its too worn down. If I had known this six months ago, I would have said no all 12 times the dealer asked me to upgrade coverage.

Its been difficult trying to find a ZR2 in stock. I saw that there was one in transit on your website. I called and spoke to Gage Nyce. He took the time to answer any questions that I had initially. He confirmed the truck was truly in transit and even sent a picture of the tracking via text, while also providing his business card. He walked me through what would be necessary to reserve that truck for my wife and I and we did that all over the phone. He sent asking the receipt of thev reservation. Gage took the time to provide me updated as the truck moved asking the route. We made plans to come in as we say it track into the state. The day of was nothing sir of a test drive and quick collection of additional information and financing. It was fast and painless. Before we left he took time to walk us through all the features of our new vehicle. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with Gage and our experience.

I went in to to replace a recalled item on my Suburban. The workers were quick. I waited in the waiting room which was clean, and convenient. I was in and out in less than an hour. They even washed my car. Thank you.
I had an appointment for an oil change and emissions. I pulled in 5 minutes before my appointment and waited to be helped for quite a few minutes, while employees attended to two other vehicles that pulled in after me. Once they took my car, it took 2 hours to complete the service. That is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to bring it back. Also, they told me my car was all washed and ready to go, but there was still dirt splatter all over my car from the rainstorm the day before... All the other times I have been in for service it has been pretty good, but this time was pretty bad.
I scheduled a time to drop off my car and asked for a shuttle. When i dropped off my car there was no shuttle And it took an hour till the shuttle showed up. By that time i already had someone on there way to pick me up. I love the sales team at this dealership but the service side needs a lot of work.

Rik was effective and helpful. Obviously I was upset having a brand new truck w engine problems. The repair seem to have the truck working well although I have an underlying concern of longevity. It is comforting to know I have the Chev warranty and a cooperative dealer service close by.

Had a new engine put in that was ok but I wanted the engine that was removed and was my engine they said I had to pay them 2500.00 to get that engine. That was my engine not theirs, so they had no reason to charge me that kind of money for my engine. I paid just under 9000.00 for the new engine install and that I didnt complain about . That old engine was mine and fully paid for and they stole it from me . Not at all happy.
Ralph is an excellent service guy. He explained the service requirements and promptly got to work. Service was done in less time than anticipated. Truck was washed and the whole process was very smooth. The only change needed is to offer bottled water or coffee in the service waiting room. I know Covid-19 has put a lot of restrictions, but bottled water and snacks are a necessity.
This visit as well as all of the past visits over the past 20 years, Has been and remains Excellent! Three and a half Years ago I bought my current truck at a different dealership, but I brought its service back to Larry Miller Murray and Tom Scharlow.
Went in for a routine oil change and they did a great job. Had all my information on file. We had bought a deal there for a number of oil changes and they had honored it long after the oil change was due. Took a little bit longer because they were busy but the waiting room was great. Would recommend services here.

I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 and I had issues with this dealer to began with my vehicle had a defective weather seal the right front passenger door weather seal was defective and air was coming in causing a very loud noise to happen. I talked to a service adviser named Tom older gentlemen I showed him a video of where the sound was coming from I explained my issue to him. It took them a week and half to get my car in and to top it all of they couldn’t get me a loaner vehicle my wife had to get an Uber home at my expense. I pay $500 dollars a month to pay again because my wife doesn’t have transportation with three of my kids. There excuse was Chevy wasn’t making any new vehicles that they didn’t have loaner cars. (Then I wondered how did I get a 2021 vehicle then?) . I bought a new vehicle to have no issues like this. We dropped of the vehicle on a Monday didn’t get my car back till Friday. I had to call because i didn’t here from them for 3 days. I was told my car had been done since Wednesday Tom failed to give me a call back to let me know that my car was ready since it wasn’t his priority he rather have my car sit in there lot for two more days. That Friday afternoon the noise happened again I read the work order and it said that they realigned the door and check the door latches. The work receipt also stated that at high winds the vehicle noise could change due to weather conditions I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla that’s been in my family for 16 years and I’ve never had a sound issue coming from outside. So Chevy stating that was ridiculous. Saturday morning I talked to (Tom again he stated that depending on weather conditions that sound was something that I’ll probably have to deal with) I told him I owned a 2005 older vehicle and I never had a sound issue like that and that I wasn’t going to deal with this issue. I don’t know if that’s Chevys way of trying not to fix this manufacturer issue or if it was just Tom the service advisor trying not to solve my problem. He then told me I could get you an appointment for Tuesday and you’ll go on a ride along with the service manager. Tuesday came and my wife showed the service manager the same video we showed Tom and he said now I know what I’m dealing with. So it seemed to me that Tom failed to pass on what I explained and showed to him in a video. The service manager said It’s the weather seal he felt air come in through it while on the ride a long he said they’ll receive the part in three days and my wife asked for a loaner vehicle again, they said that there was a shortage of vehicles and we told them that we needed a vehicle. the service manager told us that they will call us when they have one available so you could bring your car in. Once Again my wife had to call them and remind them they said they will reserve one for you once we get one in. Again you don’t feel like a priority in this dealership. I’ve had a airbags recall on my Toyota Corolla and they took care of everything made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about nothing they provided a newer vehicle and I had no issues even though my Toyota has been paid of a long time ago They finally called that they had an available loaner vehicle we took the car in and the vehicle weather seal on the right passenger door was fixed. (But once again Chevrolet has disappointed me again I had another seal that’s between the dashboard and the front windshield come of it seems like it was not placed properly) I called Larry H. Miller Chevrolet In Murray and once again there was a two week wait on a manufacturer issue. So if your looking to be taken care of don’t go with this dealership I strongly don’t recommend it. We decided to take our car to another dealership since this dealership is disorganized and is full of excuses hopefully we have a better experience at Wood Cross Chevrolet.

Very friendly service, kept me updated on when my truck would arrive. overall it was a great experience, and i am loving the truck !!

It was nice they fixed my car in a day!!! Because you told me you could note get me a rental car, I called other rental company’s and they had car so I feel LHM Chevrolet did want to please the customer even though warranty would have paid for it!!!!!?
Nate is the only service advisor that I see because of his exceptional service. I have been coming here for years and will always bring any vehicle to the dealership. His customer service skills are unmatched in their office.When I have issues with my car I always go see him and if he isnt there I will wait to make an appointment to see him.Great service all around, there service department is exceptional and does fantastic work.
