This store has the absolute worst customer service. The sales representatives are rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for two days now to schedule a delivery. They keep telling me they will call me back, and never do. I call them again and they do not answer the phone. So disappointed in the terrible customer service! I wish I chose to buy my mattress from a different company! Never choosing this place again!

This store is awesome Joshua helped me get a queen mattress for my Dad. He gave us the online price for a different mattress of on off there’s. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth. My dad just got out of hospital and needed a new mattress, and they helped us and we are so greatful

Josh(salesperson) helped me immensely! First time buying a mattress on my own and he was super insightful. On top of that he made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I went to the Draper location, first. They told me they couldnt get me a box spring for about 3 weeks. Then I called this location, and they said I could get it so long as I went and picked it up at the warehouse. (I had to wait until the next day, because the warehouse was closing soon.)They sent me a text with a work order for the box spring, I paid for it, and then I went to the warehouse to pick it up. Once I was there, the staff at the warehouse let me know that my order was for only half of the box spring and I had to pay the other half...So I had to call the store again, reorder the same thing again, and pay double what I was expecting/what they told me it would cost. They then had to send me a new work order, I had to pay for it again, and new receipt, and pick up the other half. Very frustrating experience to get something so simple, and every person I worked with was telling me something else.

My wife and I have been contemplating the purchase of an adjustable bed for years. I’ve had multiple back surgeries & have mostly slept in a recliner for the last 15 years. This was not an easy purchase for us and we have done a lot of research, myself online as well as my wife in stores. Our daughter had a favorable experience with Cash at your Murray store, so that was (after a couple of large furniture stores) our destination. Cash was polite, informed and willing to help us in any way. He put together a package that met our needs and budget. These guys have a great understanding of customer service and did everything they said they were going to do. A bad mattress decision on my part led to a complication that Landon handled in stride. I told the salesperson what I was looking for he told me to try one bed then trapped a different on laid it down said this is also a good one. I loved it. I was in store for maybe 20 minutes because he knew his stuff. Great!

I came back to Park City and ended up goi g to the Murray Utah store because of the wonderful and nice salesman who I ended up buying an expensive bed from.He was honest, professional and very knowledgeable.His name was Brigham and everyone should but a bed from him.Great customer service ..

I never leave reviews unless a business blows my mind, but Mattress Firm hooked me up. I cannot speak about all locations, but definitely visit the Murray location and ask for the manager, Landon. Super cool guy, and he can find you the best deals possible.

He spent all the time we needed to feel that we were getting the best bed for our needs, especially mine, as I have severe back problems. We left feeling very good about our purchase and glad we got it there.

Roxanne was was so helpful and patient with us. She had a broad based knowledge of all the beds in the store and after a few questions she showed us the ones the would best fit our preferences...She gave us a lot of technical background on the the differences between the beds which was very impressive, since I geek out on that kind of stuff!...In the end we purchased our new bed and adjustable frame that day and are happy with our whole experience!

We were treated well by Brigham, who helped us through the buying process without feeling pressured. The only downside has been slow availability of the mattress and bases, which I understand is a problem a lot of places due to supply chain problems.

I was very happy except that it turns out the warranty I was told by the sales person wasnt right. Its not as good as what she said. And that was a sales point for me. But otherwise I was happy with the service and value. I havent received my mattress yet - still to be delivered, so I cant comment on the delivery and setup yet.

Ordered a mattress last week the salesman told me it would arrive next week. Turns out they don’t have that mattress and it’s going to be a few more weeks before they get it. I feel like the sales guy lied to me for the sale now I’m out of a mattress.

The sales agent was nice but I did not like the way she spewed scripted information at us while lying on beds to see what works for us.I think your staff should let people lay on them try them out and After theyve chosen a couple of beds then the agent should discuss the differences and tell you about them.Its hard to decide and relax while someones yammering on and on scripted words nonstop in your ear.Just let customers be until their ready to talk business.Very annoying and hopefully we decided on the best bed for us but who knows because we couldnt Really try them out on our own without her hounding us.Not a very food sales person

The guys at the Mattress Firm in Murray were awesome. Buying a mattress is a big investment, it needs to be the right one. I went in planning to buy a Purple but after trying several brands end up getting something better. These guys both took the time to show me all the different types of mattresses and demonstrated all the gadgets for the moveable bases. They made sure I was completely happy with my purchase AND helped me get all the discounts possible. I paid just a little extra to come away with a 10 yr warrenty on a moveable base. I definitely recommend you shop here for your next mattress.

We just relocated, and due to covid we were going to have a major delay getting our things from the moving company. I couldn’t take another night on an air mattress. I contacted Mattress Firm regarding any in stock merchandise, and by the time we finished our short conversation, the awesome salesman had located the exact mattress we wanted.... and another of the same mattress that was on clearance!! He gave us an amazing deal, military discount, assisted with financing and made sure it was possible to sleep on our bed just 6 hrs after we spoke! We will definitely be return customers!

Cathy was awesome! She worked some magic and got us the exact mattress we wanted at a price that fit in our budget. We were even able to get a adjustable base with it. Recommend 10/10!Also, I do have to note that she was the only person working in the store and there were about eight other customers that walked in all at the same time. I’m writing this review only because Mattress Firm is pushing google reviews so intensely I have yet to receive the correct mattress. I ordered a Silver Chill FIRM King Mattress on June 28. When speaking with the sales rep, I told him it was imperative that I the mattress no later than that Thursday. He reassured me that this could be arranged. Come Wednesday night, I didn’t receive a delivery confirmation. I stopped in the store and the sales rep had no idea where the mattress was and advised me to call the manager and the warehouse in the morning. I did this only to find out that the mattress I ordered wasn’t expected to be delivered until July 11. After going back and forth, I requested a loaner. I then had to follow up AGAIN about the status of the mattress. Nobody seemed to know what my order was or where to find my receipt. I had to text them proof of my purchase. They told me my order had in fact arrived and they would arrange to have the mattress delivered the next day. Well here we are today and guess what never showed up? MyMattress. Instead the wrong mattress arrived. I had to yet again call the store and follow up only to be told that the mattress I ordered won’t be here until July 20?! It’s one things for your reps to be nice but it’s another thing to actually know what the hell is going on. At this point I am furious. I have spent time away from my work day dealing with this and have had people in and out of my house when it’s not convenient. I HIGHLY doubt that the store will even follow up when my actual mattress arrives and I will be yet again tracking my order down trying to get a delivery.

After having a few issues with what I needed not being available LANDON went out of his way to make sure I left his store satisfied. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend anyone searching for a mattress or bedding needs to go see him!

In a world facing a major decrease in customer service, Landon at this Mattress Firm is a breath of fresh air. If you don’t like long reviews, let me just say, ask for him on your next trip there.* If you don’t mind long reviews keep reading and I’ll explain why.I moved to UT today. Knowing I wouldn’t be bringing a bed, I ordered on online which was on sale. The website told me it was going to be delivered today, but when I reached out to confirm, I was directed to a webpage which only told me that they had not sent it on time. The only info I could find on the website said, “if you were given A time frame, disregard.” Needless to say, I was quite disappointed.Scared that I would be sleeping on the hardwood floor in my new place tonight, I reached out to the local store and that’s when I met Landon.He first, on the phone, calmed my fears. He assured me that if I were to come in he would take care of me. Even though this was in no way his mess up and the fault was 100% the online ordering systems.When I arrived, Landon demonstrated active listening skills as he remembered me and my situation with hardly any additional explanation on my part.He found me a similar (slightly better maybe) mattress and offered me a discount for the trouble.Honestly, it wasn’t the discount that has me writing this review. It’s because he showed exemplar customer service techniques. He followed through on each step of the way and on the one issue we couldnt correct he gave me additional options and I walked away more than satisfied with my brand new memory foam mattress in hand, which he loaded up in my car for me.I will be needing some additional mattresses soon for my 2nd room and I can assure you that I will be going to Landon only, to help out with that and any other mattresses needed in the future. Wow, had it not been for the great associates in the store and the amazing bed I might have just put what I needed to replace off longer. I visited the store three times before finally making the decision to order. Each time the associate was great at answering my questions thoroughly. Knew ultimately I wanted to meet back with Landon who was who I talked to the first time I walked in. His technique of having me lay on the mattress and focus on how my back felt as he adjusted the power base had me sold. Nice he was knowledgeable of the spines natural curve and how beds influence its wellness. Got the best deal available and very happy with the buying experience.

This place is fantastic. Wife and I ordered a mattress from one of the bed in a box online places a year ago to save money. It was great for about 6 months then started sagging more and more. Started looking around and came here. We had the pleasure of working with Landon and he took his time and listened to what we wanted and needed. He showed us many options and we ended up getting a Tempurpedic with adjustable base. Seems expensive for a bed but when you think that you spend roughly 1/3rd of your life sleeping. Waking up feeling good it is money well spent.

Salesman was pushy and lied to us when we inquired about a more affordable Hybrid bed around 1000. After continuing to look online, we found a Sealy bed comparable to the Sealy Hybrid Premium Chill (its the Sealy Performance Kellburn, for those curious) for the price point of 1100, as opposed to the Premium Chill marked at 1994. They also said that the price was fixed, but the very next day it went on sale for 1774. Dishonesty is not how you sell to a customer.
