I wanted to purchase a new sleep number pillow (had my last one for 16 years) so I called first to see if they have all the options in store and was told they do. I was helped by an incredible, kind, patient employee name Charles. He was so helpful without being pushy at all and was so honest. It was a fabulous experience and i am so excited to use my new pillow and weighted blanket. Thank you sleep number and Charles!
I absolutely loved my experience at the Sleep Number store in Murray. I came in 30 minutes before closing time, luckily I already knew what I wanted and Carli was able to help me finalize everything so quickly! I told her what price range I was looking for and she helped me find the bed and accessories that were perfect for my budget! Ask for Carli, she was the best!

I was in desperate need of a set of split king sheets and couldnt find any at any of the usual stores. Someone told me to check with Sleep Number. I called before driving to the store. The gentleman that answered was so kind. Then when I showed up just to purchase sheets, he didnt seem bothered. He didnt try to sell me anything. He helped me purchase some AMAZING sheets!!!!!!!!!! Very helpful & friendly. They encourage trying the beds & will write up an estimate for the beds youre interested in buying that good for 30 days. Thats very useful if there is a limited time sale price. The beds are very comfortable with some cool features.
It started out well at their company store with a tutorial on the Sleep Number system. The salesperson was helpful except when explaining their Guarantee and how the app provided inaccurate information. The daily review showed I was getting a decent night sleep score even though my back was feeling worse. Tried adjusting regularly which didn’t provide comfort consistently. I finally had to see a doctor for treatment because the spasms were unbearable. When discussing taking advantage of their warranty, it was no problem except we are stuck with the base which the salesman never clarified we wouldn’t be able to return if we weren’t completely satisfied. Terrible bed, terrible guarantee. Buy at your own risk!
Honestly not too happy with how this transpired, Sleep Number is not what it used to be. My parents have had a sleep number for as long as I can remember but the one I ordered doesnt even come close to a comparison. The mattress quite literally just feels like an expensive air mattress and the only fix they offered was to send me a foam pad which was previously offered to me for $300 in the store. On top of that Im out $400 in shipping because they dont give a white glove service on a $2300 bed. Seems to me if you feel your product is that good, you shouldnt have to worry about covering the cost of return shipping since no one would send them back. Only reason Im not rating lower was because everyone I spoke to was extremely polite
Carli is AMAZING... My boyfriend and I walked in off the street on a whim, and were pleasantly greeted by Carli. When I say she knows her stuff, boy do i mean it. She spent the next 45-60n minutes walking us around and having us try different models. My boyfriend and I are total opposites when it comes to firmness in a mattress and she had the perfect solution. We ended up buying the best mattress money can buy!!!!

We are so disappointed! With over $6,000 spent on this bed they told us we had 100 days and if we didnt like we would get a full refund. Now 30 days later we have horrible back and shoulder issues and they WILL NOT REFUND even though that is their policy. We have spent 3 days on the phone getting the run around. They keep having different excuses as why its not refundable and its all baloney! WE would have never bought this if we didnt think we had our 100 trial period. BEWARE dont buy its uncomfortable and the customer service is awful.

This is a review from a long time owner. We purchased our mattress set five years ago, and about a year ago it started to sag..... How can an air mattress sag???? Well come to find out after buying a replacement and getting ready for delivery, the box it sets on was broken and failing. I called the customer service and asked what kind of warranty it has, and was advised they would not replace it but would sell me a new one. For the price paid for this set, I expected a better warranty all the way around, but am very disappointed. I would have to say this company seems to only care about a one time sale and not about repeat business. Had they backed their product, I would be getting a king size sleep number delivered, but because of a lack of warranty and service I have gone another direction and will be building a sturdy box for it to rest on.
My husband and I went to tryout the Sleep Number beds after many years of using the TemperPedic bed. I had spent over 30 minutes texting with one of the online representatives about the options we were looking for in a new bed and I have to tell you that he was very responsive and a great help. So when we went into the retail store we had a good idea of what we were looking for.Carli greeted us at the door and helped us from start to finish. She listened to our needs and explained all of the different options and price points. Carli was never pushy and did not make us feel like she had to make sale. Once we made our decision and selection she went on to explain our price and financing options.Our experience was great and we highly recommend Carli and her team (at the end of our experience we found out she was the store manager). Brady was so awesome, he was very knowledgeable about the products and answered our questions without hesitation. He was also very accommodating to us when we showed up at his store a half hour before closing time, and we ended up staying there an hour after closing time purchasing our new bed, which we are so excited to get next week.
I was so pleased to find such pleasant people that were happy to not only help me, but also took the time to answer my questions. Their beds appear to be the best. I was so impressed I bought one of their top mattressesas well as their best based for it. Great time as sale for presidents day offered great financingas well.
After 25 years it is time to upgrade our old Select Comfort/Sleep Number mattress. Enjoyed the explanation of each new level of mattress, trying them out with different number of softness and made a decision to purchase a new smart mattress. Was a little disappointed that as we tested each mattress a remote was used then when we were writing up order they told us the remote is $40 each and not included in the price. We will use our smart phone and didnt purchase remote. Overall a good experience and looking for another 25 years on our new Sleep Number.

These guys sell really comfortable, overpriced beds, overpriced bed frames and very overpriced bed linens. If you cant get a 50% off price then I would go elsewhere and get something else. I did buy a mattress and I really like it, but I got a Black Friday 50% off deal. They wanted $1,600 for the compatible split king, motorized bed frame. I found a nice one on Amazon for $550. After you buy something they invite you into their club and give you small discounts on their overpriced products. Actually I give the mattress 5 stars and the store overall 3 stars. One gimmick they have is that the mattress can help you know how well you are sleeping with a free app. It is so inconsistent its a basically useless gimmick. And I should mention that if you go here you can only order a mattress. They dont have mattresses in stock to buy and take home.Edit Feb 2021: Their sleep app now works quite well. Its not 100% consistent, but it gives a good overview of your heart rate, breathing rate, time to fall asleep, restless sleep, sound sleep time and number of times you got out of bed.After 3 years the top foam layer of my mattress has become permanently crushed. Its no longer comfortable. I need to see if theyll replace it.

I went in for sheets and was very limited in the colors available for purchase I shouldve gone on line, so I had to SETTLE for a set I wouldve never picked The sheets are expensive anyway, I can only hope that these sheets dont RIP like all the others Ive bought in the past.
Such a great experience buying in this store. I had a Sleep Number bed when they were an online company only and slept on it for 17 years. Bought a few beds after that at bedding stores and found that the beds wore out quickly, were not as comfortable and the sales people were super high pressure. Visiting this store in Murray made me wonder why we ever strayed. No pressure whatsoever, except maybe from us, because we knew what we wanted and we wanted all the bedding. Josh, our bed advisor, was patient with me playing the role of Goldie Locks and trying out multiple beds, multiple times, including switching out almost every pillow. He was attentive, let us take our time and focused just on us, until decisions were made and purchase completed. Very happy to be back on one of these.
The sales people at this location are nice and helpful.The reason for one star is I am forced to have one star as a minimum. We were extremely unhappy with Sleep Number as a company. We discovered on the first night that our iQ10 bed had one side that was 1-2 higher than the rest of the bed. It sloped down to the same level as the bed over about 6-8. It was impossible to sleep on that side of the bed. We called Sleep Number and their customer service said unzip the cover and make sure the foam hadnt shifted. We did that, it hadnt - as we could tell from looking at the mattress. We called back and Sleep Number said they couldnt get anyone out for two weeks. We told them the bed was unusable but they didnt care. Their offer was to send someone out with foam to see if replacing it fixed the issue. The right answer to someone who has a bed that cannot be used is We will send out a replacement tomorrow. We gave them several chances to say that, they never did. So, Sleep Number is taking their bed back and we bought a Simmons mattress we are happy with. It was delivered in two business days and cost half as much.In addition to the poor customer service on a premium mattress, the people we spoke to at the call center were just flat out rude - the notable exception being the supervisor we spoke to. He tried to help us but couldnt get anyone out sooner. At least he was nice and was helpful.
