Very disappointing overall. Sales staff was great, and prices were good on what I ordered. But one of the pieces was a discontinued item, and rather than letting me know so that I could choose something else, they decided to use the floor model to fill my order without telling me. Two days before my scheduled delivery, they discovered it was damaged. They tried to repair it and offered to let me use it while they ordered something else, but I really dislike a company that would pass off a used display model as new and never give an honest explanation of what was going on until I called them out on it. Will not shop there again.

After looking at recliners at a local store, and deciding which one we wanted, we went home and did some Internet research. We had thought we were getting a very good deal. Sure glad we didnt buy them then. Called Ashley s and talked to Jillian, and took a ride to Murray, sure glad we did. Not only did we get a better recliner but we saved almost 600.00 on buying 2.

Came in this afternoon with my mother-in-law, looking for a dinning set. I have to say i was very disappointed in the selection as well as the staff. I felt the staff was very rude. We were assisted by one sales consultant but only to direct us to an area, not to help with what we were looking for. Totally disappointed.

Purchased a love seat for my 12 year old son for Christmas. We were scheduled for delivery from 1:00-3:00. Then the warehouse called the day of at 3:00 and said it would be here between 3:00-5:00. It never showed nor did we get a call. I took off from work and my son was very dissappointed.

Have you ever been to one of those places where the item is cheaper online than it is in the store? Well, this is one of those places. The problem with this is the fact that they will not match the online price and make you jump through hoops. Its like Im dealing with two different companies. I ended up buying nothing. Just a heads up Ashley Furniture, quoting company policies is not customer service.
