Very helpful and extremely easy to set an appointment

Was nervous for my appointment. When I walked in to miracle ear it felt very welcoming. Harry was very kind and helped me understand everything that’s going on.

The MISLEADING advertisement that this business insists on sending me seems to imply that hearing loss can lead to dementia. The exact wording is, Untreated hearing loss has been linked to serious health conditions such as dementia and depression. I would suggest that even TREATED hearing loss could be linked to those conditions as well.The wording continues, ... according to a study by Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and National Institute on Aging, People with severe hearing loss are 5X more likely to develop dementia and Alzheimers than those with normal hearing.So in other words, both of those statements are ACTUALLY saying that old people get dementia AND old people get hearing loss, and sometimes both conditions affect the same people.The word is concomitant, meaning that two things can occur simultaneously. Any company that suggests that hearing loss causes dementia is obviously attempting to convince you to buy something. I just wonder if the free exam will be any more than a sales pitch trying to convince you that you need the product whether or not you actually do.And of course, their mailers come in a plain envelope that simply says, please open this, or something similar.Ive put their number in my phone as crooks, because they or someone just like them frequently call, also attempting to sell me something that I dont need.

Went in for a hearing test, very friendly and very quick. They made sure to explain everything and my hearing ended up being fine and they still took the time to tell me what to look for in the future.

Very professional staff. Dr Harry was super friendly and knowledgeable. After taking in a relative of mine, we were very pleased with the hole experience.I decided to recommend Dr Harry to two other people, and they are absolutely happy with the attention and products theyve received! :)

Harry and his staff are sincere, mindful, helpful, friendly, service oriented, and consummate professionals. He fitted me with the Magic-Ear to meet my needs and budget. Took the time to instruct me in its use and Ive had three scheduled followup visits since its purchase; now thats after sale customer service! I ordered hearing aids and had to cancel a couple days later. The doctor was extremely rude. Ill go to Costco from now on. Same quality, lower price, better service.

I like my Miracle-Ear hearing aids! When arrive for my appointments I never have to wait. I also thought that I knew what I wanted to hear from my hearing aids regardless as to what I was diagnosed. The Dr allowed me to make any changes I wanted. I ended up back at the point they thought best and it is exactly where I need to be. Great service and a Dr who listens!

Wonderful accommodating receptionist. Courtious and friendly. Audiologist very knowledgeable and informative and got me in on time of appointment. No waiting. 5-star businesses

The doctors here are extremely rude. If you are in customer service learn to be nice to people. Horrible. If I could give them 1 star I would. Do not go here, seriously. Theyre inconsiderate, they actually yelled at a young lady and she wasnt even arguing back just politely agreeing and the doctor layed into her. Horrendous.

Take my mother here very friendly and you never have to wait I would recommend this place

I was skeptical about hearing aides, but from the urging of family members I made an appointment with Harry Jr.. Harry was very professional and helped me with every step of the process. When I first put my new hearing aides in, it was like blinds being removed form a window. The only thing I can say is I should have done it sooner. Dont wait, go see Harry at Miracle Ear, you wont regret it!

I love the staff at the Murray Miracle-Ear Hearing Center! They carry the best hearing aids and really go out of their way to take care of you.
