I went to three different stores before coming to the Murray Location, and so glad I did. The gentleman who helped me with my trailer rental, forgot his name, but is the assistant manager was efficient, direct, and very very helpful. I even called into the Customer Service and they were beyond accommodating when I needed to extend my rental last minute. At the drop off the Manager was the best ever!!!!!Hopefully I wont need to move anytime soon again to require their services again, but if I should ever need to, definitely coming back to this location!
Every time I come here I wait over 15 mins to be checked out. I just need boxes and tape. People are nice, but definitely don’t put Priority on people needing to get in and out quickly.
What can I say except I made a reservation months ago for an out-of-state move, and just spent $400 on airline tickets I didnt have because U-Haul messed up according to their customer service representative. They overbooked all of Utah for the end of June therefore having to cancel hundreds of people. Super unfortunate that this company has done this!! They have no idea how bad they are affecting peoples lives, with their irresponsibility and incompetence, sure theyre the cheapest around, but you pay for what you get. Always read the fine print, and know that making a reservation with U-Haul does not guarantee you a reservation at U-Haul.

Our entire experience with this location was horrendous. We scheduled a hitch installation and not only did they reschedule it twice, after the first reschedule they called to ask why we didnt show up for our appointment even though they told us that they didnt do hitch installations on a Saturday and that the parts werent in (turns out that was a lie, as the parts were in according to the person who called us), and for the second reschedule they told us they needed to reschedule because they didnt have the parts.After finally getting our appointment scheduled to a date, we dropped the car off and they told us it would take ~2 hours, but took >5 hours to complete. When we went to pickup the vehicle, they also hadnt even given us all of our equipment (the ball mount bracket). The kicker is that they took stuff out of the car that they didnt put back and threw things all over the place making a big mess that they didnt clean up. And even after that, the check engine light now comes on due to a faulty wiring setup according to the dealership so I have to either pay the dealer to fix it, or risk going back to deal with this garbage location.The only positive experience of this entire process was Sierra. When I went in to pick up the vehicle and couldnt find the ball mount, she immediately jumped into action to make sure that I got the pieces I needed and is the one who made sure we got the stuff back that was taken out.
It was good i guess i rent a flat bed to tow my car they where the only one that had a bunch of this They rent it for around $60 dlrs their rental price whent up like double the price just like alot of stuff....
We reserved a trailer 3 months in advance for our move and they still sent us to another location the day before we were scheduled to pick it up. They are nearly impossible to get hold of on the phone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other location. You might actually get some customer service.
Best prices around for renting a truck to move into a new home. The parking lot is really small. They had so many vehicles and trailers around the truck I was using that it was nerve-racking getting it out of the parking lot. But alas! I got it out and was on my way! The ramp it has was very convenient. The truck was super clean inside. It had a lot of damage around it so I was sure to take photos before I left. I didnt want to get dinged for someone elses unskilled driving mistakes.The staff was great. Super nice women who knew what they were doing. They were kind and helpful in making sure I had what I needed.

Luis was fantastic!!! I placed a reservation back on 9/13/2020 and the day before the pick up Corporate canceled ours and said we could have 3 trucks. Umm NO!! I only have two drivers. Luis was able to get me a truck and trailer last minute to do our move when we had nothing. He went above and beyond to help Thank you so very much Luis!!!
Cant call the location, goes to a central call center and they cant transfer the call. I need to speak with someone at 5300 S State yet in the year 2021, they dont have the ability to answer a phone. SMH

Made reservation online and chose to pick up at the store counter. Check in was quick once I provided my reservation info. John pulled the truck around for me and made a point to explain specific details to help with operating the truck.I appreciated the time he spent and all employees at the state street location.When I realized I couldnt finish packing on time to return the truck at the scheduled time, I contacted the store and spoke with john to determine if I could keep the truck over night. He advised I could and we agreed that Id return the truck at 10 am the following morning.This store is where Ive always turned to when moving over the years.

Make sure you verify mileage and gas measurements while standing with them. These guys tell you that you didnt bring it back with gas or different mileage. I drove 17 miles and put more gas in than I used. Apparently 3/8 tank is considered 1/4.

This is my 4th time using Uhual for my moving needs. Unfortunately, this is my first bad experience. Rented a truck that was supposed to be half full, prior to driving I noticed gas gauge empty. I told an employee and she noted that the gas was siphoned the night before. Long story short, I was charged double for not filling up the gas to where it was recorded at. Week later after complaining to corporate and contacting the GM, I still havent received my refund.
Horrible experience. Waited 3 hours on a job they said would be 1. At hour 3 I found out they hadn’t even started. Got my keys and then left. Called corporate to get my prepaid money back and waited for 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. Will never ever again go near this Murray location

I rented a trailer for a few hours to move a couch I purchased. I was quoted &18.00. After I returned the trailer this location sent me a notice that they had charged my card for $56.85. They charged me for a cleaning fee and an extra day of rent. The trailer was only gone for about 5 hours. It was clear and dry. It never left the road. The trailer had absolutely nothing on it when I returned it. There was no need to clean it. There is no justification for charging me for an extra day.
Well, my experience was a little unpleasant. Admittedly I was late on the trailer by an hour and a half. But when they were unable to get a hold of me they called my emergency contact, said they we’re charging fraud. I feel there was a different way to go about it.
I came in for a scheduled appointment to have wiring re-installed for my tow hitch. I called in and finally was able to make an appointment after being transferred around and left in eternal hold. When I arrived, I waited in line for 45 minutes, and was told that I didn’t have an appointment, they could squeeze me in but it could take 2-3 hours since they were busy.Update (two days later): we got a call from their customer service department, who made a new same-day appointment for our wiring re-installation (which was due to the error from a different location). They got it done quickly.
The least helpful customer service that I could possibly have. I made an appointment online to get a tow package installed onto a truck. A few days before the appointment I called to verify the information and see if I could have a different installation option. No one there at the store could say it was possible. It was a small unnecessary upgrade, so I just blew it off.The day of the appointment I showed up 20 minutes early and they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. Mind you, I was just dropping off the truck and coming back later when it was all said and done. They said it would be more closer to closing. I came back 30 minutes before closing, and the truck hadnt been touched. When I was complaining, all they did was say they got backed up and I was pushed off the schedule. They didnt even try and apologize.Never going back.
Do NOT return here. I returned our 15’ truck here yesterday, Morgen (woman) inspected it. She showed me a receipt of $2 for extra mileage and $8 for gas (totally fair, expected charges, no problem there).Today I get a call from them asking where the truck is and when I’d be returning it... 1 hour on the phone later, they find the keys and tell me they’ll return it. No explanation as to what happened.I get my receipt, and the total is $6 higher than quoted yesterday. Not a lot of money, but after them screwing up, and causing this headache in the first place, and then upping the charges??Lastly, they’re completely unwilling to rectify the difference in charges.
Just rented a van 7/5 then returned 7/6. Brought it back full on gas and about 4 hours early. The younger girl working there did an inspection and noticed a small bump (not dent) on the van. She checked the inside and there was no dent to go along with it. Chatting with her about it she mentioned they do a visual inspection with us before having us take it. The young man that gave it to me didn’t do that and didn’t say anything to me about it. When I told her, she mentioned how he was a new guy, and that she would make sure I’m not billed for it. Wake up today to my U-Haul bill in my email charging me for the bump, which is obviously not something I could have done anyway without also denting the inside. Very dishonest and unprofessional. I will take down this review if they remove the bogus charge.
I dont often post and prefer to take the high road when doing so, but I have to agree with the majority. The service at this location is pretty marginal.I used to refill propane bottles there because its close to home, but wait times were long and kept getting longer. The last time, a year or so ago, I stood around for 10 minutes while one person helped one customer and three other employees just seemed to be wandering around.Now I drive three times as far to a place that provides great service.
Worst U-Hal location in the valley hands down! Theyve got the most disrespectful trash employees working there. The kind of place youd have to worry about someone swiping your credit card information. Serisouly, the next closest location would be WELL worth the drive.
I had a bad experience at a Draper location so I reserved a trailer at a Sandy location that has wonderful reviews. I was called and told to pick up at this location. I hadnt read any of these reviews but we honestly had a great experience. Got in and out quickly both on pick up and drop off.
I came here because my usual propane place in West Jordan was closed. More than double the amount to fill, $16.60 to fill a 5 gallon tank. I tried calling before, but after 10 minutes of automated prompts I just drove over.
Awful management. First, they dont answer their phones, so I had to drive across town to go into the store and schedule a date to have a trailer hitch receiver installed. Then, when I came in on the scheduled date at the scheduled time I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled (by the boss, who is conveniently not here today) to an hour and a half earlier than the time which we had agreed upon. Nobody had called me to ask if the rescheduled time would work for me. But the manager lied and said he had attempted to contact customer to reschedule. (I know he lied because when I called the 1-800 number to complain they told me he had written down a note saying he attempted to contact me on the 16th, but looking at my phone record I did not have any calls for that day. Plus the employee on duty said he has done this shuffling before without advising the customers.) I explained that I had budgeted this time to have the job done, that I have a job and cant just easily reschedule, and that I had spent my gas driving across town to get to the appointment. The mechanic on-duty said if I want it done today I would have to wait until he finished another car he is working on. So I am sitting here at the Uhaul waiting until they can get to it, since rescheduling is not a convenient option for me.
When my dad tried to call this and murray location they wouldnt answer one simple question that he asked to the point I had to call to order it because whoever he was talking to was stupid. Too top it off my dad was heading to grab it and the first person I talked to told me if you want to confirm the payment go online to put the payment through, called back and some other guy just told me I had to have my card when we pick up then hung up, and called the 3rd time to talk to another people but they told me its find if my dad use his card because he was already in the valley going to draper location when they took his information but close the shop before 1 so he end up having to drive farther away from home to MurrayWould be nice if the Murray would of told me all of the info in the first place instead of talking to 3 people!!!
The staff was great. I went in with my male friend and they did not automatically assume that he was in charge of the transaction. They helped me to feel empowered.

Gal that did my original setup was great but after that all down hill. I seriously got charged $14 in gas and I drove it exactly 8 miles. How can that possibly come to $14? The gas needle never moved, total ripoff. Then used a prepaid debit so had to put down ridiculous deposit. 4 days later still havent received my refund. I love how with prepaids they can instantly take your money but it takes 5 days to get it back. This just after youve moved and flat broke. 2nd gal I dealt with the phone was horrible. I totally get why their rating is so low. They are thieved.
So helpful! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to make an appointment, but they were extremely helpful in getting our electrical set up. Adam in particular kept checking in on us as he walked us through how we could do it ourselves, since they didnt have an availability to do it for us for the next 2 hours, and we were able to set it up in under an hour.Highly recommend them!
Not enough employees. Long lines takes at least an hr. The person up front has to do the hookup and the check out so it takes forever to get things done and in turn the line moves slow. There is no AC in the building so you stand in there and burn up. Ordering on line doesnt help speed things up either. Had to plan anything when all and all the process is about 2 hrs...🤬🤬🤬
Wow. What a disappointing experience. We did everything online before picking up. When we got there, the owner told us that our F150 can’t pull a car hauler with a Talon. He tried to tell us that our receiver is not rated to pull enough and we need a new assembly with “bars”. We asked “sway bars”? He said it’s soemthing that helps with pulling that has bars attached to the truck and then hook to trailer. Those are sway bars and, NO, they aren’t attached to your truck. It’s a hitch system. We used to rent RV’s for a living. We know what’s needed to tow and know why we can tow with our own vehicle. Can’t believe he’s rather “upsell” then get a rental.
No attention to detail, and no customer support if something goes wrong.I attempted to rent a truck on a Sunday. U-haul now has the ability to unlock the truck with your phone, and since no staff was available on Sunday this was my only option. Obviously you cant open any U-haul, so the truck number for YOUR reservation must match the trucks actual number.They put the wrong truck out, so I was not able to pick it up. The U-haul web app have me 3 truck number options, and none was correct. Calls went straight to voicemail, and I had no recourse. We were 10 minutes early, and sat there for 30 minutes just in case someone had my truck and was running late. Theyd clearly just put the wrong 15 truck outside the gate.So basically the staff here wasted my time and delayed everything we were trying to do that day. We had to take several small loads instead. Its been 10 days, and at no point did anyone ever reach out to update, figure out what happened, or apologize for this mess. My experience so far has been total silence.I tried to reach a human to confirm I would not be billed, and was placed on hold for an hour. The only positive from this experience was that they cancelled the order and so far have not charged me.
Had an appointment at 10:00 for trailer hitch. Technician didn’t show up until 11:00. He didn’t have the correct tools and had to substitute steel rivets for the plastic rivets provided to re-attach plastic bumper. I have now been here 3:45 minutes and they are at least an hour from finishing. Very un professional. There is also a long line of customers waiting for service. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! Update, I’ve been here 5:15 for a job that was supposed to take 2:00 and my car still isn’t ready. 11 people waiting for assistance and one guy working.
Wish I could rate this lower! I normally dont leave reviews, but Im livid. We had an appointment to get a trailer hitch put on our car on a Saturday. We had a late flight, so we had to reschedule the morning of the original appointment and moved it to Monday. We came by, dropped off our car, only to get a call an HOUR later that THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART!!!! Im cool with not having the part, but shouldnt they have known on Saturday that the product was on back-order (and that there was no chance of getting the part on-time)?? We now have to go to a more expensive place, and (after telling them that we needed this ASAP) we have to wait longer, delay our cross-country move, and spend a lot more money than planned. Insane and a huge waste of time. Add insult to injury, the man working the desk was nonchalant about the situation.
Wow, talk about an extremely unprofessional franchise. These guys will charge your card more than once. BE CAREFUL! They charged me four times for 1 hitch. Over $1000. Then dont try to ask anyone there to be responsible, all the did was send me from one extension to another. I finally had to file an action against them with my bank to get my money back. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS. check your accounts, and do a thorough inspection of anything the have going on the road. I wouldnt be surprised if they are pencil whipping their I section sheets too.
My wife and I scheduled our truck pickup a few days in advance and had a fantastic experience picking up and dropping off our truck.Im not sure why there are many negative review but our experience was great!
I have never filled out a google review before but the service was so bad and the owner so rude that I felt compelled to do so. Lines were long, checkouts were slow, and services promised were not delivered. I was in there 5 or 6 times during my move and the owner was incredibly rude on two occasions. I actually felt better about entering the store when he wasnt there. I would have gone somewhere else but I was in a hurry and didnt have time to look for another store. Never again will I enter this store. Im actually thinking of opening something to compete with this guy. If he can run that much business with poor custmer service, imagine what someone could do with just a little customer focus!
This company is the BIGGEST rip off artist. I have been waiting for 3 MONTHS to get my refund check. Spent over 4 Hours on there customer service line. If we owed them money better pay them but if the consumer is owed money we just get screwed. NEVER RENT ANYTHING FROM UHAUL.....
I read the previous reviews and was hesitant to use U-Haul, but I went for it anyway because their price was the best. I called the Murray store to have a hitch installed. On the day of the install, I was in the car on my way to the store when I got a call saying they couldnt do it then (really -- that much notice??). They said I hadnt actually talked to someone in the store -- I had spoken with a scheduler in a call center. What do I care? I called the Murray store and scheduled an appt. They then proceeded to book me out several days later. On the day of the appointment, I got their a few minutes early hoping to get finished early (wishful thinking). They didn’t start on my car until about 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No sense of urgency to finish the job. However, the price was better than Camping World in Draper.
Awful customer service. Super, super slow. I stepped in to purchase some mattress bags and I was forced to sit in the painfully slow line with all the others renting trucks. What could have been a quick puchase ended up a 45 minute waste of time.
Scheduled a hitch install weeks in advance. They installed it just fine but they didnt install the wiring harness because they didnt have the parts. They charged me for those parts and the labor required to install it. I had to go to another place to get the harness installed.

I had a reservation for a pickup truck. Showed up at my scheduled time and was told that they dont have the car available. Instead they offered that I drive to another location for a cargo van or a 20 truck replacement. They had no answer as to why I wasnt notified earlier in the day. The whole concept of reservation, proactive communication and customer service is missing from this company. Very disappointed.
Full service U-haul location for truck rental, hitch installation and moving supplies. Be sure to have a receipt if returning unused moving supplies, will not accept returns without one. Good location, plenty of parking.
I went there to fill up my propane tank and John ( I think.) He did a great job while he was short staffed.

Dont bother. It took me 1 1/2 hours to try to get a quote for a brake controller install. Four different transfers.... finally gave up...
I worked directly with the owner. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He voluntarily loaded my truck up with boxes. Ill definitely return to this location.
Pricing is reasonable but waiting 45 minutes to rent a truck, when its reserved, and 45 minutes just to drop off the key because they only have 1 very slow employee working has me going somewhere else next time

My experience with Uhaul in Murray has been very disappointing and extremely frustrating. My son (16 years old) made an appointment to have Uhaul of Murray install a tow hitch on his car. First, uhaul cancelled and rescheduled the appointment three times. When he finally took the car in, Uhaul then determined that they were unable to perform the installation. They did, however, sell him the hitch kit and he contacted our local shop to perform the installation. The new shop has now just notified us that the hitch that was purchased from Uhaul does not fit the car. He will now need to return the hitch to Uhaul, purchase a new one (NOT from Uhaul), and schedule another installation appointment. At Uhaul of Murray there is a complete lack in their ability to provide reliable, quality or professional service. What should have been a routine installation has cost us a week of time and has been a significant expense.... and we still don’t have a hitch on the car!
Staff is nice, but this place is grossly understaffed and unorganized, I had to get a trailer hitch installed and they rescheduled my appt 3 times, when I finally came in for my appt they told me there was only people working so if it got busy he would have to stop my installation to help other customers. I sat here for hours and watched people wait for an average of 20-40 minutes to be helped. This has been such an aggravating experience!!
If you want to pay too much for a simple service, then this is your shop!save your money, buy yourself a trailer and borrow a truck from someone and make multiple trips. its not worth renting the uhaul. i know it sounds vindictive, but i promise it will be a more pleasant and less stressful situation.the prices are heavy, they offer simple additional services but charge exorbitant amounts for them (for example, they have furniture cushions, but if you open the bag to use them, you are charged >$5. the same goes for the moving dolly. you receive an extra charge for using it. a better service model would be to offer those, free of charge, because you care about your business and your customers.)we were told that dropping it off late would not accrue an additional fee, but it did. an extra thirty dollars for using it past five? ridiculous.the late check-in experience was awful. i cant believe thats whats required to get it in. let me walk you through the process: you park the vehicle, and walk over to the box to drop your keys. or, at least, thats what was explained to us. but alas, we were not that fortunate. it says to use your contract number to log in to check it in. but, instead, you have to make an account on your phone, with poor internet speeds, and go through the lengthy process of taking pictures of the mileage, gas level, interior of the vehicle to prove cleanliness, etc. then you have to upload them, answer a ton of questions, before you can drop your keys. it took an extra half-hour to do this.i am not happy with the experience, and will not be returning to uhaul in the future. i will highly discourage friends/family/otherwise from this service.

Just last week, my sister went into this location to have a trailer hitch installed for a 12000 mile cross county trip. On her way out of town she stopped at my place and mentioned that the dog trailer she was pulling did not have the cooling fans working. Work that Uhaul said that they did. So if she had trusted this place she would have had her dogs dead now. Upon seeing what total criminal attempt of a job that this place did, there is no way that I would send my worst enemy to this place to ever have work done.I have photos and video of the wires draped across the bottom of the car, the loose ground wires, the car taillights that now no longer worked. The damages to the photographs that were in the trunk of the car as well from climbing in the trunk. This will be reported to the Utah Highway Patrol and followed up with a call to the corporate office. For now go anywhere else for your installation and towing needs.

Is the second time I visit this place, very clean their vehicles and I have helped for what I need but, but employees do not have much communication with customers, or I do not know if its because I was Hispanic but I feel that I treated like a customer deserves, I also will work with sevice client and all clients treat them equally, but I feel that this place is not, I think the next time Ill have to visit another place where I feel I was treated respect and kindness
I had kind of a tricky situation with a one-way car dolly rental. They did not have the right part but referred me, made the reservation, and got me all fixed up in just a few minutes on the phone.The clerk, Ricardo, was helpful and polite.
Dropped off trailer on Sunday right at 9. Employee said they would email me a return contract. Then on Wednesday I got an email from lost and stolen department saying it was never returned. Went to the store and the employee neglected to finish the drop off order. Trailer was sitting in the back.
I have rented trucks here on four separate occasions, and its always been a great experience. Im confused by the negative reviews here. Maybe only complainers post reviews, which is why I decided to post. Ive had bad experiences with other truck places not having a truck for me when it was scheduled. The U-Haul on State Street in Murray always gets it right and does a great job.

Absolutely horrible experience!! I called this store specifically two weeks ago for a 26 ft uhaul 04/01 at 11:00 am. I arrive and was advised by the agent at the counter there was no truck, and worse, they couldnt find one. He then asked if I could come back tomorrow, I advised the representative that no, I had 20 people at my house waiting to move right now. The agent then called the manager John Welsh, who said I must have reserved online. I said no, I called this store specifically and reserved it with a credit card. They did have the reservation, but let the truck go. They had no truck for me to use. The agent found a truck in Bountiful, I would have to go there to get it. They gave me 50.00 credit towards the reservation, when I said the 50.00 wont even cover the mileage from Bountiful to my house, that did not seem to concern him at all. The poor agent who was helping me didnt really have any answer except that this happens all of the time. He called and reserved a 26ft uhaul at the Bountiful store. I confirmed before I left the store that there was a 26ft truck waiting for me in Bountiful, the agentsaid yes. We arrive up to the Bountiful store, only to find they didnt reserve the 26 ft, they reserved the 15 ft, yep, completely incompentant. Luckily the store manager the was much more customers service focused and was able to get us a 26ft truck. Do not go to this uhaul.
Horrible customer service. We called in advance and were told that we could have a truck for 2 days. Got there and they told us no, because all the trucks were being used. Couldnt be bothered to see if another location had a truck that we could use for the 2 days.
Most of my reviews on Yelp or Google are 4 or 5 star reviews. Im not a chronic complainer. Heres how I feel about U-Haul of Murray and U-Haul in general.So frustrated. Called U-Haul days in advance of my trip to SLC. Needed a hitch installed so I could tow a trailer back to California. Flew to SLC. Showed up at U-Haul and they didnt have all the parts. Long story short, Ive spent 12 hours over 2 days trying to get this install complete so I can drive tow a trailer to California. I even took at Uber to another shop to pick up parts to try and help them out. After hours of waiting, tons of over-promising, the technician said it didnt work. Now Im stuck in Utah.To summarize:-they overbook themselves and dont seem to care about their customers-they over promise again and again-You get rerouted to the U-Haul call center if the shop is too busy (which is most of the time) and they tend to screw things up as well-Doesnt seem to matter how much you plan in advance, prepare to be surprised and to wait for a long time when you go there.

Stop by to get some boxes on Sunday and spend 25 min standing in line . Employees were slow and incompetent and didn’t care about the line of people waiting. At one time all of us were standing in line inside the building for about 10 minutes while all 3 employees were out and there was no one at the registers. Just an awful experience. Save yourself some time and don’t go there .
IF THERE WAS A LOWER POSSIBLE RATING LIKE ZERO THATS THE SCORE I WOULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS!!!* I Returned my Rental Slightly Late on the Return date due to an Accident that shut down Highway 201!!!* When I pulled in to return the truck, During the Check in THIS EMPLOYEE NAMED DALE SHELTON WALKED UP AND JUST STARTED YELLING AT ME BECAUSE I WAS LATE (DUE TO ACCIDENT) THEN DALE SHELTON STARTED SWEARING AT ME IN FRONT OF YOUNG CHILDREN!!!* NOW THE CHILDREN ARE TRAUMATISED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE... I WANTED TO CALL POLICE OR SOMEONE TO HAVE DALE SHELTON TESTED FOR ALCOHOL OR DRUGS BECAUSE HIS ACTIONS WERE SO BAZAAR!!!* TO TREAT ME A CUSTOMER IS ONE THING BUT TO TOTALLY FREAK OUT THE WAY HE DID IN THE PRESENCE OF SMALL CHILDREN TO TRAUMATISE CHILDREN IS COMPLETELY OFF THE SCALE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!*DO NOT VISIT THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCIMSTANCES IF YOU DO IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!* BUT PLEASE LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME!!!* THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS!!!!* WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER ON THURSDAY 28, 2016 AT 6:30PM HE STILL HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALL!!!!*

I recently had to rent a uhaul and I would have to say that this location for uhaul was a good fast friendly location on 5300 south st in Murray the staff was friendly not extremely helpful when it came to a problem with corporate but over all not a bad place to rent a uhaul.

Went to this location to rent a utility trailer. Was told by uhaul 800 we could take the trailer to Idaho. This location said they have to return this the same location we picked up from. Because they only have a few. What bs Im going to call the 800 number and file a complaint againstthis location
